Czyściutko, przytulnie. 50m od metra i komunikacji, 15 minut na nogach do atrakcji. Świetna lokalizacja! Bardzo polecamy!

Gelegen aan de rand van de "innere stadt" is het een ideale uitvalsbasis voor de oude stad te verkennen. Prima ontbijt en supervriendelijk personeel. • Astrid (9/5): Schönes Hotel in Top-Lage am Rande der wunderschönen Innenstadt von Wien - Wir hatten zwei Einzelzimmer gebucht und haben stattdessen ein Einzelzimmer und ein Doppelzimmer bekommen. Beide Zimmer waren top, die Betten sehr bequem. Das Frühstück ist gut, nachmittags gibt es sogar noch Kaffee und Kuchen, was wir tatsächlich täglich genutzt haben, obwohl wir keine großen Kuchenfans sind. Für eine kleine Pause vom Sightseeing war es prima und immerhin umsonst (man darf jetzt keine Sachertorte o.ä. erwarten, sondern z.B. Marmorkuchen und Croissants). Am besten gefallen hat uns die Lage! Ein paar Schritte, und man ist in der Innenstadt. Auch zur Straßenbahn und zur Bushaltestelle (auch Hop on Hop off) sind es nur ein paar Meter. Uns gefiel auch gut, dass es ein eher kleines Hotel ist. Da fällt mir nichts ein...

The staff were all very helpful and pleasant. The rooms are very comfortable with adequate space; our room had a balcony which we enjoyed. Defekte Birne im Bad wurde umgehend ausgetauscht,´. Für 4* etwas überschaubares Frühstück. Tee nur auf Anfrage und dann Beutel mit " Staub". Waren am letzten Tag sogar lieber auswärts frühstücken. Höhepunkt 1. Tag: ein Gast weigerte sich sein auf laut stehendes Handy abzuschalten ( indische oder pakistanische Nachrichten). Reaktion des Servicepersonals mehr als unglücklich. Haben dann den Frühstücksraum verlassen. Ein No-Go bei 4 Sternen.

Mención especial y agradecimiento por el trato de Úrsula y Marco, que además hablaban español. El personal del bufet también muy amable. También es de agradecer que había algún canal en español en la TV . La habitación muy pequeña y sucia. La moqueta era repelente. El baño también sucio, el tapón del lavabo roto, con peligro de que se cayese algo y lo tragara. Un abuso pagar 1775 € por esa habitación. Las sábanas nos las cambiaron a petición porque parece ser que no las cambian hasta que no te vas.

• Bertie19210 (10/5): First rate - I first read about this hotel on a U.S. web page for Vienna and did they get it right!!! Yes, you do or may pay a little more than other hotels, but and it’s a BIG but. You get what you pay for. Everything you have read regarding the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff/hotel is a given. Where this hotel excels is location. It is situated at Swechdenplatz and at this point, there is tram stops, the U-bahn or underground and across the road is the ferry terminal that will take you to Bratislava if you so wish, if you don’t, you also have the choice of a cruise on the Danube canal or part of a cruise on the canal and a trip on the actual river Danube. Both cruises are approximately 1 hour 15 and are a nice way to see a bit more of the city. The bottom line with the Capricorno is that if you want Teutonic service you can receive that. But, if you prefer the home away from home approach, then this is also available. Nothing is too much trouble and that is worth its weight in gold.

• Mark (10/5): Very few hotels are like this one. - The staff are first rate, nothing is too much trouble. If they can do it they will. The location of this hotel is second to none, you only really appreciated it when you have experienced it. To be fair, the only thing that bugged me, was while sat on the balcony with a cup of coffee, the sirens of the passing police cars did make a din. But, also be aware that the hotel has excellent double glazing and the excessive police noise was barely noticeable inside the room. Outside of that, absolutely nothing to complain about.

Está muy bien ubicado con acceso a la estación de Metro lo que te facilita el que puedas dirigirte a todas las zonas de la ciudad. En realidad lo recomiendo porque nos han consentido mucho y han hecho que nuestra estancia sea muy agradable para descansar. Gracias!!!!

Personalet var vennlig og kompetent. Rommet var stort og trivelig. Frokosten var trist. 2-3 dager gammelt brød, svette gulostskiver med stivnede kanter. Det enste av eggeretter som ble tilbudt, var noe eggerøre-/omelettaktig som var nesten hvit av mangel på eggeplommer. Pluss for mye frukt og bær.
