Room overlooking the pool was big and has everything you need - it even has a Japanese style toilet, which is a nice touch! Pool itself was great, plenty of towels offered and several sun beds to sit out

Pictures promised more than we got, rooms were old and needed some touch up, there was water under the floor and floor was lifting. Breakfast was so weird, everything was cold, even sausages and what needed to keep cold like salad dressings was room temperature. No sun at the pool area.

- J (8/5): A well rounded stay @ PLAAI Prime Hotel Rayon. - I recently stayed at the PLAAI Prime Hotel Rayong SHA Extra Plus Hotel, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. Here are some of the key pros and cons I found during my stay: Pros: Location: The hotel is conveniently located on Sukhumvit Road, just a short walk from Passione Shopping Mall, making it easy to access shopping and dining options. It's also close to Saeng Chan Beach, which is great for a quick getaway2. Cleanliness: The hotel is well-maintained, with clean rooms and common areas. The housekeeping staff does an excellent job of keeping everything spotless2. Service: The staff are friendly and provide excellent customer service. They are attentive and always ready to help with any requests. Amenities: The hotel offers a variety of amenities, including a fitness center, pool, and business facilities. The pool area is particularly nice, with plenty of sun throughout the day. My nephew loved the pool and spent many hours each day enjoying it. Cons: Noise: Due to its central location, there can be some noise from the surrounding area, especially during peak hours. This might be a consideration for light sleepers. We had a rear facing room overlooking the pool so noise wasnt an issue for us but may be for some in front Sukhumvit facing rooms. Price: While the hotel offers good value for its location and amenities, it can be a bit pricey compared to other options in the area. It's worth considering if you're looking for a more budget-friendly option. Overall, I would recommend the PLAAI Prime Hotel Rayong SHA Extra Plus Hotel for its convenient location, excellent service, and great amenities. If they are running out of something, they win’t refill at all. Recommend having breakfast very early of don’t pay for it at all, not worth the price

Other services, such as a parking lot, lounge, and elevator, are satisfactory and adequate for surf customers. The selection during breakfast is rather minimal. The service was only OK; they forgot to verify that we had requested a certain bed type when we made our reservation and instead offered us a different room.
