• yvonne (9/5): Very clean and comfortable. - Clean and comfortable No AC - it was a nice temp while we were there, with windows open, but quite a bit of street noise. I have great ear plugs so was ok for me but just a heads up for others.

La suite de luxe es un peligro llena de escaleras y vigas, te golpes la cabeza, los pies, increíble que la llamen suite y de luxe, está en el ático, acceso por escalera estrecha, vigas bajas y en el suelo, muy pequeña, sin armario...

• Stacie (10/5): Great Camino stop! - Clean and cute. Comfortable bed. Hot water. Great location. Paula gave excellent recommendation for dinner. Shower was a bit small and could use some toiletry holders but water stayed hot and that’s what matters most.
• Sabine (10/5): - Der Checkin war gut organisiert. Es gibt eine Gemeinschaftsbad und ein einzelnes Bad (wenn es frei ist, kann man es nutzen). Draußen gibt's eine kleine Terrasse zum Sitzen. Handwaschmöglichkeit und kleiner Wäscheständer. Abschließbares Fach unterm Bett, Vorhänge, Steckdose, Licht. Ich war sehr zufrieden. Es war meine allererste Nacht als Pilger und ich konnte hier gut ankommen.

• Helene (8/5): Super süßes Haus! - Das Haus ist super schön, die Betten gemütlich und durch die Vorhänge ist ausreichend Privatsphäre gegeben. Der Check-in war super freundlich :) Ich fand die 2 Toiletten auf min. 12 Personen etwas wenig gerade morgens als alle los wollten. Das Viertel fand ich etwas ausgestorben.

Åpningstid først fra kl 15 er sent hvis man henvender seg til pilegrimer hvor de fleste starter å vandre fra morgenen og er fremme tidlig.

• Šimková (1/5): inappropriate communication woth the owner and staff - The kitchen They did not provide my bed, did not send me access code to the house, I could not reach them via phone (I called them at 6:18). I sent them email with the question how could I get in - no response. Finally I reached a woman who claimed she is just a maid and it is not her responsibility and duty to give me the info. This all was a very painfull experience after 12 hours of travelling. Thanks to my friend I was able to get in. But I had to sleep on the sofa in the common room without blanket, towel, locker as the only free bed was taken by a German girl who arrived little earlier and was already for a long while on the phone trying to reach someone responsible for the accommodation of guests. The next day I reached the owner and instead of apology I was given a hard time that it is all my fault, Booking.com is responsible for everything, my problem that my plane was late and if I don’t like it there are the doors!!! Luckily my friend offered me the bed in her private prepaid room for the next night. The owner of the pension has caused me a huge stress, I spent almost sleepless night and had ruined the next day of my well deserved short holidays. He simply was overbooked (he cancelled the accommodation to my other friend a few days beforehand without giving a reason).

• Robert (6/5): - A great locatipn and facility with enormous potential. BUT, see below for negatives. The staff are horrible, and the administration of the site was even worse. One member of our group had her confirmed and paid for booking cancelled with no refund. She had to pay for accommodation elsewhere. The remaining 3 members did not receive any details of how to acces the facility or their beds. One of these 3 was not allowed access to her paid for bed. After repeated requests for honouring the booking agreement though to the next day, the facility finally provided access to a bed. However, this occurred on day 2, and the person had to sleep on a couch in the lounge area for the first night. No explanations were provided for such appalling conduct!!!

• Katrien (7/5): - Het was een net verblijf. Privacy in de groepskamer door gordijnen tussen de bedden. Ieder bed had eigen lampje en stopcontact om op te laden. Kussen, laken en dekbed was aanwezig. De hostel ligt dichtbij de route naar Santiago. In het weekend is er geen personeel aanwezig om in te checken. Ik had geen code ontvangen om de hostel binnen te komen. De eigenaar verwees me door naar booking.com en het kwam uiteindelijk wel in orde. Nadien belde de eigenaar me wel terug op.

• Annouchka (9/5): Je recommande - Propre, bon emplacement pas loin de l'office de tourisme, lit confortable avec draps et couette ainsi qu'un essuie. Les rideaux autour du lit donnent un espace intime très agréable. Échelle pas très pratique pour grimper sur le lit supérieur. Le casier-tiroir situé sous le lit inférieur est très utile, on peut y mettre un sac à dos et plus mais il faut se mettre à 4 pattes pour composer le code du cadenas, c'est le seul problème. Seulement 2 douches pour beaucoup de lits...
