• SHU TING (7/5): Nice location but facilities maintenance and checking should be improved - - 24 hrs front desk and prompt service - we asked for more bottled water/ blanket/ maintenance, they come to solve the problem quickly - Good city view from 6th floor room!! - Location is good! The shower pressure is not enough and heater was not functioning when we returned exhausted from sports and realized the issue at midnight.. fortunately, the front desk arranged the maintenance to fix it within an hour. However, I hope the housekeeping/ hotel will ensure all the facilities are properly checked before guests check into their room.

• Justine (7/5): Good location, toilet could be better - Great location, shops and restaurants within close proximity Toilets drainage system wasn’t great, blocked up a few times. Also, staff will only give one roll of toilet paper per day
