Clinton (6/5): - stayed there many times like the fact in the morning I could just go into the hallway and get bottled hot and cold water for coffee etc. Now its gone also don't like itchy blankets they used to include sheets but no more.

Letty (5/5): Less as I was expecting. - I just expected the same way we used when we stayed before, but that was years ago. There should be another sheet before you put on the wooden blanket, because we felt that it is itchy for your skin. Not good for people who have asthma like me. There should be a set of a kettle and cups so if you want hot water you can boil water. The shower taps are very confusing what to turn on to get a good shower. The bidet water tap is placed underneath the toilet rolls, which is not good. It wets the toilet rolls. The tap in the basin when it is open will wet you for there is no control.

Hans (10/5): Great value - Needed to stay close to Fuente area and chose this place. Was skeptical of the low price but was way better than night prices places in the area. One great thing is they have drinking water all all levels. Not an option very many other places
Kent (10/5): Nice place. - Always a great stay here. Price is good and close to everything yet tucked away enough to be quite. This is my go to hotel while in Cebu. Walking distance to mango square and Fuente circle. Hostel 7 directly behind has cold beer and good food.

Emiel (10/5): Great Location - This is a great hotel to get settled in Cebu City before you head out to explore the rest of the island or depart out of the city. Rooms are relatively simple but nice. Only thing I missed was a safe but other than that it was a nice place to stay at!

Chad (6/5): Budget hotel - Stayed four days. My room had ants so I had to be careful what was left out. Got moved to another room for an unrelated reason, where the aircon didn't cool. The staff were friendly and helpful. Not a terrible hotel considering it's prices. Only ate 1 meal there, the buffet was a little pricey and very average. Cheap place to stay but eat elsewhere.

Verified traveler (4/5): - This was the second time I was put in this room that has paint peeling off the walls and the air conditioning unit has a problem where it makes annoying noises. The first time the staff was able to change our room on the second day. This time the place was full and they could not change our room. What I realize is, they don't care!. The room has had problems for months that are easily correctable, but they don't fix it they just keep putting guests in this terrible room!
S (8/5): - マンゴーストリートに近く利便性はいいと思う、フロントも親切な対応をしてくれます、１泊目厨房の排気ファンがうるさくて眠れないと苦情を言って部屋を変えてくれるように申し入れたら静かな部屋に変えてくれました。エアコンの音は大きい、耳栓で対応、あと小さいアリがいることが気になる、気にならない人なら大したことではないと思う。ランドリーも近くにショップがあり便利です。私はいいホテルだと思います。
BRIAN (8/5): - The staff are great ( just like all the places here). It's not new, but they keep it clean. Even brand new hotels have ant issues, so I agree don't bring food in your room. My king room was right on the road, so when I went back I got a twin. Worth the money, great for 2-3 nights for sure.

Verified traveler (10/5): Clean, friendly, spacious and well located - Let me start with the old saying you get what you pay for. And for the price, you get a nice, clean, and comfortable room. Not perfect, as there were some issues here and there with TV programming and internet cutting in and out for extended periods, but still good value overall. The area is safe. The traffic along the road is moderate to busy (-) but no jeepneys (+), not too many heavy trucks or buses (+) and easy to catch a taxi (+). Location is good, short distance to malls by taxi; there is a 7/11 one building over and on the other side is a little strip mall with several restaurants and a coffee shop serving mediocre food (but prices are reasonable and the restaurants are air-conditioned). Staff is friendly and polite. I advance-paid for breakfast with my reservation, thinking based on other reviews that they would serve buffet, but they apparently do that only when occupancy is over 80%. There is still the standard local breakfast, but you can always order and pay that when on site. No need to include that into your reservation. I almost forgot, rooms have a good size and do have a desk, which is useful if you want to do some computer work. Bathroom is a little bigger as well, not the usual tiny ones where your knees hit the door when sitting down.
scotr (8/5): Perfectly good budget hotel - Excellent staff in all areas. Great clean hot shower. Nice little buffet restaurant. Only one minor dislike the beds don't have a top bed sheet only a light blanket. Rather strange and not sure how often they would wash the blankets.
