• René (10/5): - Es ist ein sehr altes und Hellhöriges Gebäude, doch die Lage macht es gut.
• Guillermo (8/5): - Excellent location. The registration process by an “app” is not friendly and if you add that when you travel you struggle with internet connectivity make it worse. During the stay there were several electronic problems and the electronic lock was not working, so we have issues during the stay.
• vera (4/5): - This stay was awful , in Expedia that stated that there is elevator, but really my appartment was on 4th floor, no elevator and spiral staircase, I called them , no answer, I message them and they answer to me in the evening , couples hours before my flight . Reception was fifteen minutes walking from appartment and the address , which stated in Expedia description is not correct , they give me different address, thanks to Uber driver , who transfer me, my husband and my two large baggage to new address, when I asked the reception about misunderstanding with addresses, the answer was , it’s not a problem , it’s not far away, really it was 10 minutes distance from one to another, I checked it myself. So I think they just lie to guests and they do not have the right of 4 stars. Do not recommended

• Verified traveler (4/5): Falsly advertised as 3 rooms - We rented a 3 room apartment, to be able to have a bit of privacy and uninterupted sleep for our group of 3 friends. But what we got was an apartment with 3 double beds in 1 big room, and no privacy.
• Addisu (2/5): - We told to check in at a different location than the room only to be given a piece of paper with room access code which could have been done through email. Wi-Fi don’t work most of time. TV not working properly. Lots of security cameras on the staircases, and we have a feeling that some hidden cameras in the house. No hand washing, soaps or paper towel. Overall overpriced. Very bad experience.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Stor och rymlig lägenhet mitt i Prag - En stor och rymlig lägenhet mitt i centrala Prag i gamla staden. Karlsbron ligger bara ett stenkast bort. Ett perfekt läge. Prag är en gemytlig stad där det finns gott om sevärdheter och restauranger.
• Lydia (6/5): - Leider kein Tageslicht im Apartment da alle Fenster zum Treppenhaus raus gingen. Nachts war es teilweise sehr laut, da Leute rumgeschrien haben. Die Lage des Apartments war jedoch sehr gut.
• Natalya (4/5): - Checking in was night mare. Didn’t know how to get the key. You pay deposit ahead of time 2 days before check in and after that they know where to be found. No full size mirror. You can’t get in the shower at all.

• LAURA EMILIA (8/5): - L'appartamento e' in una zona molto centrale e comodo per visitare le maggiori attrazioni della citta' a piedi, vicinissimo all'orologio astronomico. E' molto grande e comodo unica pecca riguarda l'equipaggiamento; avevamo un solo asciugamano a testa non abbiamo trovato nessun prodotto per il bagno se non il sapone per le mani. Penso che questo aspetto sia migliorabile ma per il resto ci siamo trovati bene. Il personale della reception e' accogliente e disponibile.
• Ben Sen (6/5): Nice Stay with 10m walk to parking and check in - Can be a bit noisy as cargo are unloaded at 6am. If you drive prepare to pay 700 per day at parking lot at padalium. The place is very big and spacious. Will stay again.

• Claudia (6/5): Nice apartments. Bad check in with long walking. - Stay an apartments were Nice. Really near to the City centre. The problem it is the check in. The apartments offer you a taxi to pick you up from the airport but when you arrive they made you walk 7 to 8 minutes to the apartments. That is not Nice with a baby and suitcases to carry. They were Nice to letting us stay until 11:30 for the checkout but its not Really confortable to walk so long when you are carrying luggage and a baby stroller. They should fix the transport to the driver leaves you directly on the apartments that is why you Really are paying that service.

• Mariela (10/5): Super bien ubicado y lindo apartamento - Tuvimos una excelente experiencia, teniamos reservadas 3 apartamentos por la cantidad de personas, 10 en total, y a la hora de hacer la reservación nos ofrecieron el apartamento premium, 4 habitaciones y dos baños completos; la ubicación excepcional. Tip: hicimos campamento en dirección de apartamento y enviamos a 3 al checkin (otra dirección de recepción) sin maletas, así nos ahorramos el traslado de un punto a otro.
• Mario (8/5): Schönes Dreizimmerappartement - Sehr großes drei Zimmer Appartement mit einer Top Lage im Zentrum. Aber da die Fenster schon sehr alt sind ist es in den zwei zimmern zur Straße die ganze Nacht sehr laut, bei uns war es jede Nacht bis ca. 3-4Uhr Morgens.

• Cristina (10/5): Great location - walk everywhere - We loved this apartment which is 1/2 block from Charles Bridge. It was spacious and had everything we needed. Kitchen is basic but perfect for preparing breakfasts/sandwiches - coffee machine, toaster and microwave. We did not cook a meal. Excellent heating and hot water. Note no overhead shower - hand held in a bath. Apto is not serviced but we stayed 5 days so they cleaned it once and changed towels. Location is great - walk everywhere. Price is very good.

• Kevin (4/5): Not what they make it out to be!!!!! - Horrible! We had to walk 10 minutes to our apartment after checking in to the “reception”. I booked this on Hotels.com and had no idea! Then I had to pay a deposit of $100 CASH, I was told that I was lucky as it was usually $200. This was not listed anywhere when I booked. The apartment was not very clean we wore socks or shoes the entire time inside, floors were gross and dirty. We had 1 roll of toilet tissue for a group of 3, for a 3 night stay. Seriously. Half the lights had bulbs that were burnt out and the entire apt. Smelled of smoke include the bedding and towels. No soap or shampoo and 1 towel per person no extra hand towels. I stayed in a hostel last week in Havana that was not as nice as this but I knew going in what I was getting and was 100% pleased. Very disappointed that was made out to be a 3 star apartment when it was less than that.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - Stor och rymlig lägenhet. Grymt bra läge men läget gjorde också att nattlivet hördes in i sovrummet. Ganska hårda sängar och lite kallt i lägenheten men annars superbra. Rekommenderas absolut!

On top of that the door key was broken. So it took all the way to 4pm to get back the original property I booked. I felt like the management company gave me the"Switcharoo" for their convenience. Not good.

Me queje a Expedia y han quitado lo de las magnificas vistas a la ciudad del anuncio pero no he recibido ninguna respuesta ni de expedia ni del gestor del apartamento. La foto del edificio solo la ves desde la calle el apartamento da a un patio interior.

• Marcos (2/5): Péssima hospedagem!!! - Fomos enganados. Colocaram-nos em um outro apartamento bastante inferior. O prédio estava em reformas. A escada não tinha iluminação, as paredes estavam sem reboco, janelas com vidros quebrados, material de obra pelo caminho. O apartamento não tinha iluminação na cozinha, não tinha cortina na área do chuveiro e o ventilador de teto ficava próximo da cama superior ( um perigo para quem tem criança - que era o meu caso). O fato é que não nos colocaram no Charles Bridge Premium. A hospedagem foi péssima e só ouvi um sinto muito. Tenho todo registro fotográfico.

• Rebecca (10/5): - My husband and I stayed here with our 5 month old baby. The location was absolutely perfect! Right in the heart of the city! Did not find the location to be too noisy. The apartment was very nice and clean. The beds were comfy and the check in process was easy. We did have a walk about 0.5mile to the office to check in so it was kind of a pain to lug our luggage and a baby around but it was doable.
• Maria (6/5): - The apartment was ok however, the service was horrible. No communication on where to go and how to get the keys. There should be a better way to deliver the keys to the guest.
• GEANNINE (2/5): LOST RESERVATION - We went to Charles Bridge to only find out we had to go to another location walking in the rain not knowing where we were going . We get there and they don't have our reservations. Says it was lost. After an hour of pure frustration, they could not find us another location. Would not up grade. We had to book another room on our own. You just can't say I am sorry we lost your reservation. Another one should have been made immediately regardless of their extra cost for upgrade.
• Shahin (2/5): Be careful about your apartment! - When I checked at 11:30 p.m they told me your apartment is occupied they gave me another one! I had no choice and I had to accept. I booked the premium one but gave me not the same and location was different.that was not fair because of non refundable rate
• Vicki (8/5): Perfect location on the main square - When we checked in (at a separate location), we were told we had been moved to a different apartment. The location was very nice, thought the entrance to the apartment is through a not-very-nice hallway and stairway. Once inside, it was beautiful. The main shower was in the same room as a toilet and sink. When the shower ran, everything in the room got wet, and the water rolled out into the hallway. It was an odd setup, and we used lots of towels to keep the water from rolling out too far. The shower was modern, but not at all practical. It does have 2 bathrooms, and a washer (but no dryer). The living room windows looked out to the main square which was filled with a Christmas Market, and the view was beautiful!
• Lisa (6/5): Beautiful apartment in directly under a night club - The premium apartment was beautiful. High ceilings, great kitchen and bathrooms. The only problem was it was impossible to sleep. A nightclub directly under the apartment and one across the street remained noisy until the cleaners arrived around 6 am in the morning.
