- Nadya (10/5): Релаксиращ престой, с гледка към планината и дъх на море - Закуската беше чудесна, имаше разнообразие и за всекиго по нещо. Персоналът беше много отзивчив и усмихнат. Хотелът на много удобно, тихо и централно място. Стаите са просторни и уютни с приятни тераси, които могат да бъдат с различна гледка според предпочитанията. Забележка имам единствено към Wifi-я, наложи се 2 от дните да работя оттам и ако не бяха мобилните данни на приятелите ми, които ми ги споделиха нямаше да мога да свърша нищо. Но пък и това си е бонус когато си само и единствено за почивката, без служебни задължения. И може би за кофите/контейнерите за боклук да бъдат изнесени по-встрани от хотела, защото при изхвърлянето им рано сутринта стаите кънтяха от шума и се будехме всеки път, а това се случваше много, много рано.

- Katerina (3/5): Enttäuschend - Das Hotel entspricht leider nicht den Bildern bei der Buchung. Es gibt renovierte Teil, aber auch nicht renovierte Zimmer, in denen die Betten sehr alt und unbequem sind. Dadurch bin ich jeden Morgen mit Rückenschmerzen aufgewacht.

- Fatme (7/5): Disappointed - The location is perfect and convenient for going to the the beach and day or night out. Very short walk to everything. Nice pool and pool bar. The breakfast was nice too. Easy chek in and out. Plenty of free parking. As listed as Resort or a Hotel you would expect standards and policies, well it was quite disappointing. The room we stayed was very very basic, with small kitchenette with non functional fridge, freezing everything inside and accumulating heat outside which make the room boiling. The cutlery and plates/pans provided are not enough. The wall under the sink cupboard was mouldy and smells.The bathroom, well it was shocking, toilet seat moving, no ventilation, the light was fixed on the mirror (literally bulb hanging from a whole in the mirror) the mirror was hunged very high so we couldn't use it. The shower tray very small with no enclosure, so everything was soaking wet after shower. Not enough hot water . The most disappointment was from the cleaning ladies, we decided to go to the beach a bit later on our second day as wanted to rest. As soon as they have entered the building it was all shouting, banging etc, when she came to our room with the 1st knock she entered and started refilling and changing the bins, which is fine, but she was talking to the colleague who was outside and was moaning about us and laughing. Absolutely no manners and so rude. Later I realised the refilled bins and towels were just thrown neglected. I was shocked from the service as I use to work in a hotels. The pool area send the pool bar are nice, but then if u are lucky enough to get a sunbeds. Every single day of our stay the beds were occupied from the same people same towels,same books from very early in the morning . The hotel have to have policies about that.

- AnaAdra (9/5): - Hotel je cist i uredan i u dvoriste i u sobe, lokacija hotela blizu plaže blizu centra, bazent cist osoblje fino,svaki dan cistenje sobu i novi peshkiri, Parking je bio za pohvalu, hvala vam, opet bi letovali kod vas. Nadam se vidimo se iduce leto.. poseban pozz do recepcionerke Milice 🤗👍 Dorucak u restoranu bi mogao da bude razlican a ne isti svako jutro, iako je bio raznolićan, i obilan 🙂

- Ivan (1/5): KATASTROFA I PREVARA !!! - Ništa. Na slikama je korektan objekat, a dobijete praistorijski smestaj koji nemozete videti na slikama. Jednostavno PREVARA. Platiš i očekuješ smeštaj sa slika a dobiješ raspalu sobu iz 80-ih godina. Nesvidja mi se to što je PREVARA u pitanju. Rezervisao sam prilično modernu sobu sa bračnim krevetom ,a dobio bolničku sobu sa razdvojenim krevetima iz 80-ih godina.Balkon se ne zaključava ,tako da su vam dokumenta,stvari i novac ugrozeni.Ne postoji sef niti bilo kakvi standardni dodaci,koji se mogu naci u svakom smestaju. Takodje na moju žalbu vlasnik hotela nije imao drugo rešenje,a nije hteo ni novac da vrati. PREVARA I SRAMOTA!!! Nebih nikom preporučio ni besplatno!

- ilona (10/5): - Our experience with the hotel was very satisfying. The room was clean, people were very kind and the location was perfect ( very close to the beach) as well. The breakfast offered variety of options, so it has everything for every taste - from healthy options like eggs and yogurt to some nice pastries, which was very important to us cause we prefer healthy options. I recommend to add clothes drying racks to the room because we didn't have such in our room.

А интернет мрежата е под всякаква критика!

- valentin (2/5): Dezamăgire totală, o mare înșelătorie. CITIȚI TOATE RECENZIILE - Aproape de plajă Au o politica înșelătoare. Au postate 131 de fotografii. Până la foto 102 toate bune și frumoase. La poza 131 este fotografia unei camere triple standard de nivel o stea. .in momentul in care selectezi camera ( camera triplă standard) îți apare afișată fotografia unei camere frumoase. Când deschizi foto apare și camera fantomă. În momentul în care ajungi la locație te cazează în camera fantomă. Mergi la recepție să le prezinți situația iar ei îți propun schimbarea camerei cu una ok ( ca cele din pozele până la 100 sau ca prima poză din meniul rezerva camera tripla standard) contra unei plăți suplimentare de 20 euro / noapte. Tipul de camera fantomă merită maxim 20 de euro pe noapte. Concluzia: te atrage cu politica înșelătoare a camerelor frumoase iar când ajungi acolo e durere.( nu ai cum să pui la fografiile din momentul efectuării rezervării fotografiile a două camere complet diferite ca nivel). În descriere , la momentul efectuării rezervării aveau trecut uscător de păr și aparat de cafea. Când le-am atras atenția că acestea nu există au și șters aceste dotări de la descriere. Când am întrebat cine postează fotografiile proprietății pe booking recepționera mi-a spus că fotografiile sunt postate de booking.

Abends gute Sportmöglichkeiten, Basketball und Fussballfeld. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auch in der Nähe Wir waren im neuen Gebäude. Leider fehlte es an Ablagefläche im Badezimmer. Der Kleiderschrank für 4 Personen war zu klein. Der Kühlschrank kühlte nur ganz wenig. Kein Lift vorhanden.

- Petar (5/5): Ukratko, cena od preko 100e za noc nije realna za ovakav smestaj. - Lokacija je generalno dobra, plaza je na 2minuta, setaliste na 5minuta.. Kompleks (spolja) lepo izgleda.. Osoblje je jako prijatno i ispunilo je sva nasa ocekivanja i zahteve. Prebacili su nas u sobu na prizemlju bez problema kako bi bili sigurniji zbog klinca.. Sve u svemu, Osoblje, lokacija, kompleks (eksterijer) pa cak i hrana, dobijaju pozitivnu ocenu... Velicina sobe, pocepani komarnici, frizider koji se klati, vrata koje se ne zakljucavaju iznutra, velicina kupatila, problem sa otkljucavanjem vrata spolja, reso (potrebno je 15-20min da provri 1 mala kafa).. Generalno nas ceo dogadjaj su pokvarili komarci koji su nas izujedali kao nikada do sada te nije bilo spavanja uopste.. Nema privatnog parkinga

- Mariyan (7/5): - Excellent location - almost at the beach. There's effort put to make the outside of the hotel attractive - pool, palms, etc. The staff is friendly. The rooms are clean. The included breakfast is good. We got a room with 1 king-size and 1 twin beds instead of the booked 3 twin beds. The room quality is not the same as the outside of the hotel, but it's good enough. The room equipment is covers the basics. The included breakfast coffee is disgusting - mainly water.
