Karlean (8/5): Great location .. room was nice and spacious. - Nice and clean and bed was comfortable,. Great to have the balcony too. The sofa bed was not comfortable at all .. had no bed inside and was stuffed up with pillows. Requested to get it sorted but nothing was done 👎
Emma (6/5): A disappointing stay this time. - This is our fourth time staying at Quest Bella Vista due to its close proximity to the hospital where my husband has had several surgeries now. First three times we found it to be comfortable, clean and friendly staff. The staff member who welcomed us at arrival was friendly and helpful. The restaurant was lovely, we enjoyed a nice meal with a very friendly and helpful waiter. However in saying this, our most recent trip this week was unfortunately not as good as previous. This time we found the standard of our stay to be far less than previously. The room was very, very basic. Just little things that make it more comfortable were missing, especially after a stay at the hospital. There was only one ineffective bedside lamp. Whilst this might not seem like an issue, after a hospital stay having a light bedside for during the night to take medication for example is so helpful. It was frustrating that something seemingly simple was overlooked. The king size bed was two singles pushed together but the gap in the middle of the bed was so uncomfortable, big and awkward, felt like one of us was going to fall down the middle. There was not a single lamp in the lounge area making reading impossible. The television kept turning itself off every three minutes no matter what we tried to change in settings. There obviously had been pictures on the wall but had been taken down and the screws remained. No extra blankets at all. Whilst this might sound pedantic, the curtains had been hung and looked like they came straight out of packaging. They were completely creased and looked awful. All of these things combined made the room unpleasant. The smell of the cleaning products used when servicing rooms was totally overwhelming. The smell in the hallways and rooms was so strong. We had to keep windows and doors open the entire time. On the afternoon I had to collect my husband from hospital it was raining. I asked if I could borrow an umbrella from reception and the staff member said he would look out the back, he came back and told me they had run out of umbrellas. He was unaware however that I could actually see in the reflection of a glass door him picking up umbrellas and then talking to someone else and then coming back to me and said they had none left. Overall this stay was average and disappointing.

I had a room with the door (split room), it was very loud on night three,, with people clearly being heard through the door. at one time or another the door handle was rattled. However, the place was good. I have re booked again in July.
Greg (8/5): Great apart from the food - The room and staff where great The restaurant was very expensive but low quality. Bacon was over cook for breakfast. No sour dough as per menu . Just one piece of very sub standard toast for a $84 dollar breakfast for two. Dinner meal was very plain and tasteless for a $56 dollar steak served with tomato sause and a bad mushroom sause . I have had way better pub meals

Felt like we interrupted when asking where are the lifts and room. Bottle tops under loungeroom furniture backs of bathroom doors disgusting. Wall slop. Toaster almost caught fire.

Linda (7/5): Disappointing! - Upgrade to one bedroom apartment was welcome. It was conveniently located to a shopping centre and had main road access nearby. It was a quiet location. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Our apartment was somewhat tired. There was a smell in the bathroom. Furniture was comfortable but armchair was stained and needed a good clean. Curtains were coming down in lounge, and bedroom curtains were very tired and blockout curtain behind sheers had holes which let in light. There was no tea towel or dishwashing liquid in kitchen- only powder for dishwasher. The place just needs some tlc and attention to detail and would have been great.

Tom (10/5): Comfortable clean and mostly accessible apartment - The accessible bedroom in the apartment and bathroom The balcony due to the 12cm 90 degree angle door lip means the balcony is inaccessible to power wheelchair users, which means a pwc user cannot use the balcony and if they smoke must go down to the ground level which is actually inconvenient.

Tracey (7/5): - Good location for Norwest and Baulkham Hills area. The bottom third of the windows were fogged out and this restricted the views and light flow into the unit. There was noise from adjoining apartments and from upstairs apartments which was distracting. There was water flow noise intermittently at night from the bedroom air-conditioning unit which woke us up several times during the night.

Adele (9/5): If showers were improved overall no complaints, hotel suites our needs. Decor was lovely and rooms were spacious, clean - The location was ideal for our attendance of a family event. Sufficient nearby restaurants for the couple of days. Our 3 bedroom apartment was a good size for our party of five. Beds were comfortable. Shower water pressure was not great. Hot water was lacking. Had to have hot on full blast. Two people couldn’t have a shower in each bathroom at the same time as water pressure was non existent and cold.

Drew (3/5): Hell will be a colder place before I return. - Location The room smelled like a foot, the water pressure was terrible. No Internet. TV in lounge room wouldn’t turn on. Car park was not secured. No USB power sources.

Nick (8/5): I had a good experience - We stayed only one night and didn’t get to use the gym or to explore what else is around. I don’t know when they open but everything look quite new. We requested 2 single beds in the booking and when we got to the room it was a queen bed, didn’t bother to ask to change the room as it was late and the lady at the reception was quite busy when we checked in.

I really like staying here because both of my dogs are also made to feel very welcome and the Hotel is secure, clean, all amenities work and the staff are professional, welcoming and helpful. Lalit (5/5): - Actually one of the room Aircon was not working, I called to receptionist they came and have a look but the thing is he can't sorted out becuase its was a sensor problem, and there was no technician that time as well. So we have to stay in lounge room that night becuase of aircon

Angi3s (7/5): - The actual apartment was good, 2 bedrooms were a good size and had what was needed We stayed 6 nights and the apartment was serviced everyday but 1 however very poorly, not cleaned, floors dirty, soap dispenser not filled, (even when it was put out on the floor and bench to be done), washing machine was filthy and I had to clean it to use. Apartment looked like it hadn't been cleaned between Bookings. Lastly when they did come to service one of the days it was after 6pm.

Michelle (7/5): - Lovely large rooms, friendly front desk, and location. We had issues with the TV and we rang reception 5 times for someone to come up and look but after 35 mins we ended up fixing it ourselves - frustrating.

Kirsten (5/5): Multiple annoyances which added up - It was clean and the location suited us perfectly for the purpose of our trip The staff were friendly * We booked a 3-bedroom apartment (for 6 adults) but there were issues with the aircon so we were put into a 2-bedroom and a separate studio further down the corridor. * There was an alarm going off in an elevator ALL weekend - this meant only one elevator was working and created long delays (not to mention the annoying noise all weekend) * 45minute wait to get coffees from the hotel coffee shop * We got into out room once and then the battery in the lock was flat and we had to wait for maintenance to change it before we could back in
