• Volodymyr (9/5): - Расположение и квартира вполне пристойно для недлительного пребывания 3-4 человек. В квартире есть все необходимое. Ключ был легко найден. Оснащение вполне хорошее. К сожалению вход в квартиру расположен позади дома в таком месте, где много битых бутылок и подростки курят траву.
• Lara (1/5): DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! - AVOID!!!!!! Had issues at check in meaning I couldn't gain entry to the apartment - keys fit in the locks but the door would not unlock. No answer from messages and the "24/7" helpline and support is non-existent. They left me stranded at 11pm with no support on my own. Street is very dark with little to no lighting. Felt very unsafe and vulnerable. Still currently fighting to get my money back. Didn't ever gain entry and they are refusing to give me any refund. Had to book elsewhere last minute.

Przydała by się deska do krojenia w kuchni. Przydały by się rolety w salonie bo zasłona trochę za mało zasłania. Woda pod prysznicem jest strasznie gorąca.

• Yevheniia (7/5): Не впевнена що оберу це помешкання наступного разу. - Зручне розташування в центрі. Виникли проблеми з ключем, служба підтримки швидко відреагувала. В побажання я вказувала, що прошу постель для дивану окремо, її не було. Також в помешканні при заселенні був різкий запах хімії і є цвілі стіни в коридорі. Відсутня витяжка.

Amit a bookin.com-on olvastam, de nem volt a közelében sem a valóságnak: recepció: nincs egyedi be és kijelentkezés: nincs soron kívüli be és kijelentkezés: nincs éjjel nappali recepció: nincs (kikérem magamnak!) tea és kávéfőző: nincs konnktor az ágy közelében: nem mindenhol síkképernyős tv: van, de nem működik kábeltévé: fentiek miatt nincs ingyen pipereholmi: sampon és tusfürdő spórolósan wc papír: 4,5 napra 5 emberre 2 tekercs. természetesen nem elég. ágynemű: szégyeljétek magatokat, mivel első nap üzentünk (a telefonra nem válaszoltok) hogy 4 paplan van az 5 emberre! tehát nincs elég! vízforraló: van, de nem működik konyhai felszerelés: erős túlzás és most nézzük azt, ami nem a felsorolásból lóg ki, hanem egyszerűen borzalmas: a konyhában a hűtő nincs rögzítve a szekrényhez, így az külön életet él, ha nem vigyáz az ember ajtónyitással együtt a lábára esik. a mosogatócsap szintén nincs rögzítve, mozog. a szagelszívót amikor kinyitja az ember, beleesik a mocskos szűrő az ételbe. ezenkívül a szagelszívó az ételszagot a szekrénybe szívja bele, amibe beleszerelték, ennek a tetején van két nagyobb luk, így az ételszag úgy ahogy van a szobában marad, ahonnan indult. az étkezőasztal melletti székek közül az egyiket a szentlélek tartja egyben, gyakorlatilag bármikor széteshet. A fürdőszobában orrfacsaró bűz van, a zuhanytálcából jön, szinte biztos, hogy nincs beszerelve bűzelzáró szelep, ez az egész lakásban terjeng, gusztustalan a csatornaszag. A wc öblítőszelepe tőbbször felakad, ilyenkor folyamatosan öblít. az elhelyezése annyira rossz, ha több vagy, mint 75 kiló és 160 centi, akkor gyakorlatilag jógaoktatónak kell lenni, hogy tudd használni. A leírásba hálószoba 1, és 2 van feltüntetve. gyakorlatilag az egyik hálószoba az az előszoba - folyosó kombó, itt van egy kanapéágy, ebből nyílik az egyetlen valós hálószoba 2 gardrobszekrény ajtóval elválasztva egymástól a két teret.

• Joanna (7/5): Ok, ale mogło być lepiej - Lokalizacja i czystość na plus. Sam rozkład mieszkania bardzo dobrze przemyślany, jak na dość małą przestrzeń. Plus za małą półeczkę pod prysznicem, bo często zdarza się, że ten szczegół jest zupełnie pomijany i nie ma gdzie kłaść kosmetyków. Świetna lokalizacja, ale wejście nieoznaczone żadnym numerem. Skrzynka z kluczami też bez rzekomej naklejki Renters, co utrudniło zlokalizowanie wejścia. Drzwi wejściowe się zacinają. Mieszkanie nie zagrzane wystarczająco - tylko działający elektryczny grzejnik, który nie był podłączony. Materac łóżka jak dla mnie za miękki, ale to kwestia preferencji. Telewizory nie działały- nie odbierało żadnego sygnału.

• Dagmara (1/5): Zdecydowanie nie polecam - Lokalizacja jest dobra Nie polecam tego miejsca. Przy temperaturze odczuwalnej –9°C w apartamencie nie działał żaden kaloryfer poza tym w łazience. Po zgłoszeniu problemu przyszedł pracownik, który sam potwierdził, że ogrzewanie nie funkcjonuje. Poprosiłam o dodatkowy grzejnik, jednak otrzymałam informację, że nie mają takiego do dyspozycji. W zamian dostałam jedynie dodatkowy komplet kołder, przez co zmuszona byłam spać pod dwiema warstwami. Czystość apartamentu również pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Drzwi wejściowe się zacinały, a telewizja była rozkodowana. Za trzy doby pobytu zapłaciłam prawie 800 zł, natomiast za pobyt w zimnym apartamencie zimą otrzymałam jedynie 114 zł rekompensaty. Kontakt z obsługą klienta był bardzo utrudniony – za każdym razem zajmowała się sprawą inna osoba, co tylko potęgowało chaos. Pobyt, który miał być miłym czasem w Polsce, zakończył się stresem. Zdecydowanie nie polecam.

• Asia Gala (5/5): - Lokalizacja była wspaniała, bezkontaktowy odbiór kluczy również. Niestety stan mieszkania nie był zgodny z opisem : nie było możliwości zrobienia kawy, czajnik elektryczny był uszkodzony( nie wyłączał się )więc pierwsza osoba po prostu się poparzyła próbując go wyłączyć. Dzień wcześniej dostałam wiadomość, że mieszkanko będzie przygotowane dla 5 osób ale brakowało talerzy, były w przylądkowej ilości, czy prześcieradeł - były w sumie 2 sztuki na 3 łóżka. Sporo elementów było po prostu uszkodzonych: niedomykające się okno w salonie, luźny kran w kuchni, zepsute drzwi w szafie przesuwnej, uszkodzony panel w podłodze. Były tabletki do zmywarki zostawione w kuchni, ale nie było zmywarki w mieszkaniu. No i ciepła woda leciała tylko gdy był odkręcony prysznic. Także do umycia naczyń czy zębów trzeba było odkręcać wodę pod prysznicem. Byliśmy grupą przyjaciół więc pewne rzeczy po prostu przejęliśmy takie jakie są ale nie wrócimy już w to miejsce. Przed kolejnym wynajem właściciel powinien po prostu zadbać o takie podstawowe, użyteczne rzeczy.

• Ирина (10/5): - Приезжала мне те с маленьким ребенком! Местоположение просто отличное. Рядом все достопримечательности, кафе ,торговые центры, магазины,автобусные и трамвайные остановки. Квартира маленькая, но очень уютная и комфортная. Мне и сыну очень понравилось!Есть все необходимое для жизни. Рекомендую!!!

• Silke (8/5): Dejlig lejlighed og god beliggenhed. Værterne kunne godt have mere aktive over besked. - God rumfordeling og super god belliggenhed. Værterne var langsomme til at svare, og det var for det meste bare et auto reply svar. Der var et hul i enden af dobbeltsengen, så den bulede nedad.

• Monika (2/5): Najgorszy pobyt jaki rezerwowałam przez booking - Oprócz lokalizacji to nic. Na wejściu zastaliśmy wyrwany kontakt ze ściany. Lodówka była niewypoziomowana i nie dało się jej otworzyć, zahaczała o szafkę obok. Ogólnie brudno, listwy od paneli odpadały, w schowku gdzie była szczotka jakieś połamane płytki. Od razu zadzwoniliśmy do firmy Renters, która zajmowała się wynajmem lokali. Przyjechał serwisant, który naprawił gniazdko i lodówkę, chociaż nie do końca bo przechylała się do przodu. Firma niestety nie chciała skrócić naszego pobytu. Dopiero we wtorek wieczorem gdy klamka od kabiny prysznicowej odpadła i jedno skrzydło drzwi wypadło i oczywiście po półgodzinnej rozmowie z konsultantem Pani właściciel postanowiła że możemy opuścić lokal w środę a za dwie doby zwrócą nam pieniądze czego jeszcze nie zrobili. WC strasznie ciasne, deska sedesowa się cała ruszała. Wystawały kable ze ściany. Mieliśmy nocleg dla 5 osób a brakowało prześcieradeł. Parking płatny 7,50zl za godzinę od 9-20. Tv nie działa. Listwa w łóżku pęknięta. Lokal nadaje się do remontu. W WC dziwny zapach, w samej kamienicy również. W mailu była informacja że lokal znajduje się na 4 piętrze a był na 1. Ogólnie nie polecam. Lokal wygląda jakby remontował go Pan Wiesio z Blok ekipy. Niestety można dodać tylko 4 zdjęcia ale mam ich znacznie więcej. Nie polecam!!!

• Andrii (10/5): Exceptional - Everything went awesome. Location is 4 minutes walking from old Town Hall. The apartments are in good shape, nice furnishing, comfortable beds. Nice view from the window. I can't remind any issues apart from a bit smelly sewerage.

• Anneli (8/5): Nice and modern looking apartement - Very nice apartment. But it was not in the place as mentioned in Hotels.com (a couple of hundred meters wrong). Very good with 2 bedrooms and a sofa that also could be made as bed. Unfortunately was there no hot water in the shower at all (quite freezing actually) for the whole weekend.

• Ann-marie (10/5): Highly recommend 57-59 Organa - If you are staying in one of the Dom and House apartments in Gdansk you must pick up and drop off your keys to their main office(Szafarnia 11 Street).  Full and easy instructions will be given before arrival.  We recently stayed at 57/59 Ogarna, which luckily is only 5 minute walk to the office.  I would highly recommend this apartment at 57-59 Orgarna. It looks exactly like the photos, had plenty of space and was SPOTLESSLY clean.  One double bed, one large single (or a very tiny double) and a single sofa bed in the living room meant not only did my teens get a bed each but they were happily surprised to have a room each!  Full bathroom and a second WC was very useful too!  It's situated on a beautiful, quiet , residential street with no traffic or shops. It's on the first floor in a building of privately owned apartments so wouldn't be suitable for partying.  The street is quiet but felt very safe at night. And it  is parallel to Dluga street (almost behind Radisson blu Hotel) so it is seconds from everything.  I would highly recommend this apartment for anyone staying in Gdansk.

• Piotr (9/5): Great stay, amazing place at the hear of the old city centre. - Great location, very close to the bars, restaurants and museums. A lot to do and see. The apartment itself was very tidy, cosy and comfortable to live in. The bathroom facilities were top quality as well. I'd definitely recommend staying there. Great and approachable hosts as well with the main office roughly 15 minute walk from the apartment. The only thing I'd improve would be the bed as it was just too soft for us, but that's a personal preference. Other than that, everything was absolutely spot on!

• Anna (4/5): Disappointing - The apartment is in a great location. Opening the door with the code was easy. We appreciated the radio in the bathroom, it was fun. I was texting with someone who sent me a code to the door. After my arrival I asked if we have wifi at the accommodation, I was told that I was writing to someone's private number and that his working hours were ending, so I should write to another number. So I wrote to another number and I have not been answered to this day. It was cold in the apartment (the heating was warm, but probably it was not enough). The TV didn't work. The bed was the least comfortable bed I have ever slept on.

It’s few meters away from Długa with lots of restaurants and shops within few hundred meters. The apartment has all the amenities you need for a short stay. Some extra toiletries and kitchen item (such as microwave and washing up liquid) would be nice to have.

Delicious breakfast just outside the door. - Great location, good Wi-fi and amazing coffee shops just outside the door serving delicious coffee and breakfast. There is also an amazing Ukrainian restaurant a few meters away from the building. The bedroom windows blinds don't entirely block sunlight in the morning (should have curtains instead) and the bathroom should have a shower instead of a bathtub.

• Tomáš (9/5): Good accommodation in the center of Gdansk - Good strategic position in the center of city. Close to train, tram and bus station. The apartman has a separate entrance with code lock (not necessary check in/out in the accommodation provider's office). The kitchen is equipped with basis kitchen utensils. Clean apartment. Sometimes you can hear noise from other apartments in the house, but nothing terrible.

• Gabrielius (9/5): Superb - Place was modern and good. We ordered apartaments in old town to feel spirit of past time, but they could offer just new apartaments.
• Viktoria (10/5): Recommended - Location was perfect, appartment as well. We had everything what we needed. Key pick-up is a bit complicated when you are new to town. It is in the office appx 7min walk from the appartment. Parking was also complicated, only resident zones, but we found a place nearby.

• Robert (8/5): We enjoyed our stay and were fascinated by Gdansk, especially history and architecture. Affordable! - #10 apartment at 89/90 Ogarna was clean and very modern, seemed to be brand new. Great location, right near the Neptune statue and center of the historic old city. Great bargain, considering quality of the place and location. My wife and I are in our 70s and we wish we had been told that the apartment was on the third floor, up three long flights of stairs (64 steps!). We would have requested a different apartment. The place was a bit too cold for us and the heat would not work. We kept asking the staff about it and were told that someone would fix it. But not until the last day did a staff person inform us that it was government policy not to heat the place until later in the fall. We accept that, but somebody should have just told us earlier. Returning the key was a bit of a problem. We were told we had to bring it a half-mile away to main office or lockbox, but after politely complaining, we were told that we could put it in the apartment mailbox. Despite these problems, the staff was friendly and tried to be helpful.
• Mon (9/5): Superb - Excellent location, walking distance to the centre, without the noise. Would be easier, if the keys were available to pick up on site. But would happily recommend and stay again!
• Marius (4/5): Be careful - In the center, but noisy at nights. Host is a company, which runs many such apartments and not care customers at all, not answer to sms, calls (we had questions about wi-fi). Check in and check out are in other place (their office) on their working hours and additional conditions (if you check in late or check out early, you must pay extra fee, but it is not mentioned when you book). Also we were prepared check out at 9 am, but they didn’t work and didn’t answer to calls. Attitude with customers
• Verified traveler (4/5): - Overall, this was a very frustrating stay. First off, the office location is not possible to drive to because of construction. They didn't warn us, and it was very frustrating to find. The apartment said stairs - they didn't say it was a 4th floor walkup. The overview should clearly say never ever stay in this apartment if you have a car. The lot they suggested was closed, and the only alternative was paid street parking that only accepted change. The entire trip was a blur of driving around trying to find a parking spot, and then walking to and from the spot to pay. Near the end we finally found a paid lot we could leave the car in peacefully, but the first few days were a nightmare. The apartment was clean enough, but otherwise not that great. Sleeps six adults, had a family of five, and the apartment only had three working chairs. The forth was bust self-disassembling. The apartment has an induction stove, but only one pot that worked on an induction stove. Substantially smaller and less attractive than the pictures - which were of a completely different apartment. Returning the keys was the same problem - driving randomly through a maze of construction to drop the keys off. Change the locks so that you can leave the keys in the apartment!

• Robert (6/5): Pół na pół - Informacje z hotels.pl nierzetelne, inna cena (ok. 25% wyższa niż podana jak do zapłaty w objekcie), inne miejsce (Tartaczna zamiast Mariackiej), przedstawicielka, która nas umieszczała w hotelu na Tartacznej nie umiała wytłumaczyć skąd różnice w opisie i rzeczywistości. Na szczęście sam pokój był w miarę, chociaż widok na wjazd do garażu podziemnego nie był zachwycający. Na szczęście wpadaliśmy tam tylko na spanie i chwile odpoczynku po zwiedzaniu miasta. Deklaruję, że z hotels.pl nie zamierzam nigdy korzystać.
• Britt Vestergaard (8/5): - Rigtig fint og super centralt! Dejligt med eget køkken, men glassene var beskidte og der var læbestift på nogle af dem. Ikke så lækkert. Der var heller ingen airconditioning, så det var meget varmt på værelset. Dog en overordnet dejlig oplevelse

• Gro (2/5): Stor mauer og krypdyrproblem i leilighetene. - Leilighetshotellet sliter med et stort mauer/krypdyrproblem. Vi fikk invasjon av maur i leiligheten. Hotellet var ikke villig til å gjøre noe med det og ikke villig til å omplassere oss uten veldig påtrykk fra Hotels.com. De innrømmet at dette var et kjent problem som de mente vi bare burde leve med. Det er ingen resepsjon for henvendelser, kun et telefonnr som ikke blir besvart dersom de ikke vil, og når de tar den er de særdeles uhøflige, frekke og lager usanne historier om gjestene. Det finnes en truende sikkerhetsvakt i porten som stort sett prater i private telefonsamtaler, som lett blir truende og aggressiv dersom det stilles enkle spørsmål. Leiligheten var ikke rengjort godt nok og badet var skitten. Mauerene koste seg med skitten og formerte seg hastig utover kvelden. Dette er et leilighetskompleks jeg ikke vil anbefale til min verste fiende en gang! Takk for all hjelp fra Hotels.com, som var uvurderlig underveis!

• Martin (8/5): Flot og ren lejlighed. - Meget ren og flot lejlighed. God beliggenhed,tæt på gågaden og ingen larm.
• Lasse (4/5): Problematisk innsjekking - Problematisk innsjekking. De bør sende en mail noen dager før for å informere om hvor nøkkel skal hentes. Adressen stemte ikke med den som sto på hotels.com. Leiligheten var liten og seng 3 var vond. Nøkkelkampen var sur og lite vennlig.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Venter og venter.... - Vi satt sent på kveld i gått over 1 1/2 å ventet på å få nøkkelen. Vi ringte og ringte, men de ikke ta telefonen. De få gangene de tok den fikk vi bare beskjed om «vi er rett rundt hjørnet», noe de ikke var. Vi fikk også vakta til å ringe flere ganger. I tillegg gikk det lokale forbi som sa «haha, er de forsinket igjen». Så det virker som at det var slik det pleide å være. Det eneste vi fikk i kompensasjon var en liten frokost. Flaks for de at leiligheten var helt sinnsykt fresh.
• Philippe (6/5): Pas top suite à une mauvaise adresse sur le site - Problème important dès le départ l'adresse de l'appartement n'est pas la bonne on réserve dans un lieu super bien placé qui n'existe pas et lorsque l'on appelle pour dire que l'on ne trouve pas on nous envoie à une autre adresse beaucoup moins bien placée. Le problème est connu car à la fausse adresse il y a un antiquaire qui nous dit qu il en a marre de voir venir des gens pour un appartement et que le problème existe depuis lontemps. De plus sur le site lorsque réserve on doit payer 9 pln au loueur qui se transforme en 100 pln avec le ménage ce qui n'ai pas prévu Par contre l'appartement est très bien et propre mais internet et la tv ne fonctionne pas.
• m (10/5): 좋은 위치와 깨끗한 시설 - 처음 예약한 곳과 다른 주소의 숙소를 배정받아 기분이 나빴지만 결과적으론 다 만족하게 해준 숙소... 새 아파트먼트에 모든것이 새것, 역도 가깝고 구시가도 가까운 거리에 있어 좋았다
• Verified traveler (10/5): På genomresa i Gdansk - Lite krångligt med att behöva gå till kontor och hämta nycklar men det fungerade snabbt och var nära lägenheten. Däremot extrakostnader för städning och för sen incheckning är ju inte ultimat för man vill ju se hela kostnaden när man bokar. Dessutom trodde vi att vi skulle bo på huvudgatan med stadsutsikt och det blev en sidogata. Vi hade en mycket trevlig vistelse hur som helst och kan rekommendera uthyraren för det var högklassigt boende och lugnt och bra.
• Verified traveler (6/5): You have better choice - There were two addresses on Hotels.com, and I sent email to check which was correct two months before I arrived, they didn’t reply. Until the day I checked in I got a message telling me the address which wasn’t showed on Hotels.com. I just got Poland and couldn’t text them back with my phone so I waited for someone check me in for one hour. Finally checked in, the wifi account and password offered in the welcome book was wrong, I had to ask the security woman to call. Outside road was under construction while my stay, very noisy in the morning. The only good thing was walking distance to old town and train station
