• Lidia (10/5): - Il punto di forza della struttura? Sicuramente la posizione 5 minuti a piedi dai punti panoramici di Firà e 3 minuti dalle vie centrali (ristoranti, bar,supermercati, discoteche). La gentilezza delli staff ci è rimasta nel cuore, hanno soddisfatto ogni nostra richiesta! Le camere sono un po’ datate, ma davvero pulite e con tutto il necessario!!! La zona piscina molto curata, ci hanno permesso di trascorrere in piscina l’ultima giornata anche oltre l’orario del chech out, il deposito bagagli è gratuito!!

• Matthew (9/5): - Patron and staff were lovely and couldn't be more helpful. Location is very close to the centre but located down a quiet street. The room was a bit on the small side, but was kept in good order and was very clean. We had a lovely 4 days and I'm happy to recommend the hotel. Bathroom was a bit cramped, but the water was always hot so no big deal.

• BOZENA (10/5): Perfect - Absolutely beautiful hotel. The marble floors/pavers were washed daily. Pool area spotless. Comfortable new lounges. Bed linen and beds very comfortable. Everything was so clean and fresh! 50m to a small supermarket. 100m to main square. Staff speaks good english and are extremely helpful. Especially the lady owner. We even got small gifts at the end of the stay. I highly recommend this place.

• Tejas (9/5): OVERALL I WILL RECOMMON TO STAY IN HOTEL. LOVLEY STAFF , VERY POLITE AND HUMBLE. - LOCATION IS FANTASTIC. JUST WALKING DISTANCE FROM FIRA HIGH STREET. ROOMS ARE CLEAN . The bathroom is very small, and we’re not used to the whole space getting wet after a shower. It’s a bit inconvenient.

• Triol (10/5): The New Haroula is a great option for travelers who want a convenient, warm Santorini experience. - The property was in a great location to downtown Fira for walking distance. The staff was helpful and kind. They made us feel very welcome. They gave us good suggestions about what to do and see on the island. The shower was a small and uncomfortable to use.

Bassengområde var pent og vi slappet av på rene solsenger og badet i rent og fint basseng. Personale var helt nydelige. De var veldig hyggelige og ga oss tips til turer og spisesteder samt busstider til der vi måtte ønske.

Naponta tiszta ágyneműt és törülközőt kaptunk, és tiszta fürdőszoba kilépőt és felsöpörtek, felmostak naponta. A medence és az épület gyönyörű, kedves recepciósok akik mosolyogva fogadtak mikor a repülőgépünk Budapestről 06.08-án késve érkezett -mert Wizz gépet visszafordították és mentesítő járattal érkeztünk hajnali 2:00 körül és megvártak minket! Kényelmes volt az ágy, ami fontos ha az ember nyaralni megy napi 10-15 km séta után jól esett a pihenés egy kényelmes matracon és párnákon! Köszönünk mindent!

Доволі великий басейн - приємний бонус. Окремо порадувало розташування готелю: зовсім недалеко автобусна зупинка та ресторани, до майданчиків, із яких видно чарівні заходи сонця, 20 хвилин повільною ходою. Собака власників просто чарівна!

Skip the breakfast, one of the worst breakfast I’ve had despite the low price. There are a number of better breakfast options very close.

O hotel é antigo e o banheiro precisa renovação, principalmente o banheiro. O box é minúsculo. Cama tamanho casal normal. A propriedade tem muito potencial para melhorias.

As instalações são amplas, área da piscina maravilhosa, recepção com poltronas. O café é simples, mas suficiente. A Sra Maria foi atenciosa e nos indicou um bom passeio de barco. O banheiro do meu quarto não era ruim, mas o chuveiro é impraticável, com uma cortina de plástico. Você não tem muitas opções: ou afasta a cortina e inunda o banheiro, ou toma banho com o plástico grudando no seu corpo.

Очень хороший бассейн с лежаками, креслами и столиками. Мы отдыхали в конце августа и отель был переполнен, но благодаря интересному расположению комнат, никого не было видно и слышно. Отдельная благодарность хозяйке - очень позитивная, веселая и внимательная. Встретила нас, угостила холодным апельсиновым соком. Помогала с выбором экскурсий, маршрутов и вообще была советчиком по всем вопросам. Персонал очень внимательный и дружелюбный. Оказавшись там, чувствуешь себя как среди родных людей. Очень рекомендую отель как для короткого, так и длительного пребывания.
