• Deborah (9/5): Highly recommended. I would definitely stay there again. - The location was excellent - right by the harbour in the Old Town, with plenty of shops restaurants and amenities on your doorstep and within walking distance of the main town, taxis and buses. I felt safe at all times. The room was clean, comfortable, functional and had everything that I needed. The decor was quirky, yet fabulous. Staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended. My only suggestion would be somewhere to put your clothes in addition to the hanging space, especially if there are two of you staying for more than a few days. Maybe a chest of drawers next to the wardrobe? If you have limited mobility the stairs will be a problem.
• Stephen (7/5): This is a great place to overnight if you prioritize Old Town Chania location - The location was excellent. High ceiling and Venetian touches added to a comfortable homey effect. The breakfast nearby was excellent. We sat at a table looking out to the harbor and were attended to by gracious servers. The $$ was reasonable. The bed mattress needs to be replaced. A box spring mattress is not something that you want to sleep on whether you are tired or not. Let travelers know about the TP issues... I mean tissues. The shutters to the balcony are closed but it is not obvious how to open them. We left them closed for 2 days until the mechanism was explained to us.
• Niamh (9/5): - It was a lovely building with lots of character. The location was great, you were only a very short walk to the Venetian harbour and just under 10 minutes to the bus station. There is also a pharmacy at the end of the street and a supermarket round the corner. The bed was very comfortable. There was a little noise at night from the restaurants below but it wasn’t significant.

Molto comodo il late check out! Le scale per arrivare alla camera sono molto ripide e strette e, sebbene l’arredamento abbia molto stile, la camera risulta molto affollata.

• Tayfun (7/5): Hotel is nice, but poor management unfortunately - Rooms are very well equipped, cosy, nice and clean, location is great as well ! Breakfast is served in a restaurant outside the hotel, it was delicious with beautiful sea views ! Unfortunately staff is not professional, I believe the lack of English made our communication difficult, they did not understand our request and replied in very rude way., that made overall impression very bad.. also you can hear everything when someone takes the stairs or moves in the corridor. It’s an old building and also there is a terrible noice from water heating system when someone takes shower, that must be fixed

• Teodora (10/5): Magical place - This was a little magical corner right in the heart of Chania! We loved all the whimsical decorations, they really set the tone for the holiday. My boyfriend said it was the prettiest place we ever stayed. Also, the use of the space was very smart, the room had a lot of appliances, even if the space was small. The two small jars of traditional preserves were also a very nice touch. We loved everything and we will be sure to come back /

• Linh (3/5): Nie wieder! - Lage top! Das uns zugewiesene Zimmer mit der Bezeichnung A1 war aufgrund erheblicher Mängel nicht bewohnbar. Zwar verfügte das Zimmer über ein Fenster, wie in der Buchungsbeschreibung angegeben, allerdings war dessen Nutzung unmöglich: • Geruchsbelästigung: Beim Öffnen des Fensters strömt ein sehr starker Geruch von Bratfett ins Zimmer, da sich die Abluftanlagen der benachbarten Restaurants direkt davor befinden. • Lärmbelästigung: Neben dem Fenster sind zudem die Lüftungs- und Klimaanlagen eines Nachbargebäudes installiert. Der Lärmpegel war extrem hoch, vergleichbar mit einem Flugzeugstart oder einer Landung. • Schlafqualität: Aufgrund dieser Umstände konnten wir das Fenster nicht öffnen. Das Zimmer war extrem stickig, was dazu führte, dass mein Partner und ich die gesamte Nacht nicht schlafen konnten. Wir haben den Gastgeber bereits über die Booking.com-Nachrichtenfunktion über diese unhaltbaren Zustände informiert und um einen Zimmerwechsel oder eine Teilerstattung gebeten, damit wir uns eine andere Unterkunft suchen können. Leider haben wir bis jetzt keine Rückmeldung erhalten.

Il personale fantastico è molto gentile! Le scale da salire per arrivare nelle stanze sono la morte, però superate quelle il posto vale la pena.

• MP (10/5): Amazing place right at the heart of Chania <3 - An absolutely beautiful place to stay in! Right at the heart of Chania. This is the kind of place to stay if you want to explore the city at any time without paying for transport - but also quiet during night time. Very close to the bus station. We didn't get a chance to meet the host but communicated through booking.com and they were very accommodating - thank you :) Definitely recommend and will visit again! Nothing at all.

• Deanna (10/5): - I will def stay here again. We were two people in the standard room with balcony. Check-in was easy and on our own time. Manager was attentive during off hours, via messaging. The location is perfect….restaurants and bar below but door to balcony sealed well and there was no noise pollution. The place was super clean and we had everything we needed (robes, hair dryer, covers for the drains, etc). The balcony is lovely, albeit for smaller people to sit on. There is really nothing I can think of to hold back a star on my review.

• Rose (10/5): Dream art studios felt like a home away from home on our short stay. - Location, as central as it gets in beautiful old town Chania. The breakfast arrangements were amazing. The waiter was very kind, and the food was extremely quality/ more than enough to fill you up. It gets very loud outside, but the windows kept most of the noise from entering. The water pressure may have been the most pressure we have ever experienced anywhere. The cleaning lady was incredible at her job and deserves a lot of credit for how polite and professional she is. Give this woman a raise! The bed was by far the worst part of the experience. We were able to endure it, but it felt like we were sleeping on a hard wooden sheet of ply-wood. The mini bar is un-needed and took up space from where we needed to store our water and food. The steps felt a bit sketchy and borderline unsafe in my opinion. Luckily we were on the first floor. We really would have appreciated if the host had chatted with us for a couple minutes! Katia was busy with other guests, but a quick 1-2 min conversation would have made us feel even more welcomed.

Eccessiva scomodità nell’abitare l’alloggio (scale per raggiungere camera e soppalco pericolose) Assenza di lavandino al piano inferiore (nell’eventualità si volesse lavare della frutta) Assenza di una finestra vicino al letto con conseguente obbligo di utilizzo climatizzatore anche se la temperatura non eccessivamente elevata. • Von (8/5): We love Chania. - Wow, we were right in the middle of the old town right by the heart of the famous inner harbour. Even though space was tight, the suite had everything we needed including a mini fridge, microwave oven, and kettle. Tastefully renovated and decorated. As a couple we would have appreciated a second set of entry keys. As seniors it was a long way up the many stairs to our room carry 20 kg of luggage. All in all, though, we would certainly recommend Dream Art Studio.

• Fresh (10/5): Excellent, this is the place to say 100/10 - I love the originality of the place, and how close it is to everything, especially to the pastry shop right underneath. Clean and comfortable, but also far enough so you don’t hear the noise from outside. This is the place to stay if you’re coming to Chania.

• Michelle (9/5): Storybook beautiful, very home like. - Aesthetically speaking it was really nice. The location cannot be beat if you are looking to be in the old town. Meals and shoppinng and history weere everywhere. In my room, there was not a propper window. They were small squares that didn'tlet in any light or air. and the green emergency light was aweful for sleeping. If I hadn't brought a sleeping mask it would have ruined my stay.
• Michala (9/5): - Everything, especially the roof terrace. The stairs are many and narrow. Not an issue but just to be aware if you have luggage and/or mobility issues.

• Paulina (10/5): - Lokalizacja doskonała w samym centrum starego miasta. Śniadania z pięknym widokiem w restauracji niedaleko obiektu, smaczne i urozmaicone - grzanki, omlety, owoce, coś słodkiego, napoje, Obsługa miła. Jeżeli dłuższy pobyt ( niż 4 dni ) to więcej do wyboru zestawów śniadaniowych.
