Guest Reviews
- Liz (8/5): - We have stayed here several times, always a quiet place, very friendly helpful staff at front desk, nice views from backporch. Grandkids love the backporch to play on!
- Chris (2/5): - I rented 3 rooms and all had dirty bathrooms. Had to clean tubs before we could use. We got in late and checked in the next morning and after they ran my card, I found out they don't refresh the bath towels. If I had known before I was charged I would have never stayed there. Won't go back again.
- Mary (6/5): Just a place to sleep - The non smoking room room smelled of cigarette smoke. The beds were damp. You could see daylight from underneath the doors. In the bathroom there was hair left in the floor. The sink has a constant drip
- Brandon (2/5): - I checked in around 2am I open my room door and I go in and with in minutes of walking in the was trash next to my trash can in the room along w empty alcohol bottles under the sink with a little alcohol in them worst stay every had at this resort
- Debi (4/5): - We love the view. Couldnt be better. The room this time though was not so good. Carpet had stuff all over it. Black hairs all over the bathtub. The toilet seat had like a burned peeling part on it, that looked very germy. The microwave had food stuck all over it. The fridge had food and liwuid dried up in it. I REALLY love staying in this area. Just hope they xan improve the cleanliness. We travel with a baby so we really like it to be clean. Grest price on the rooms, but this time, not even worth that price.
- margaret (10/5): loved - Loved this place, just right for us.
- Liz (10/5): - We had several family members that were on this trip... management made sure we had rooms right next to each other.
Rooms were larger than we expected and had plenty of space for kids to play, loved the covered back porch area, it was nice to have the extra seating area and it was clean.
- Mike (10/5): - Clean, quiet, close to everything in Branson, without all of the entertainment hustle.
- Terry (10/5): - Short drive to Silverdollar city.
- Deborah (10/5): - Older but clean. Close to what we wanted
- Cathleen (8/5): - It was good for the $
- Roger (10/5): - Clean,
- Clay (6/5): - No continental breakfast as advertised and no room cleaning while we stayed, trees need cut back and the deck needs maintenance. No night crew if you need something. Pool smelt mildewy
- Rebecca (10/5): Awesome - Everything was very clean. The view from backdoor was beautiful.
- Debi (8/5): - Easy "late" check in. Got there after 5. No problems. Beautiful view from the the back of the room. Clean room. Only issue we had was only hot hot water in the sink. No big deal though. Great price for a nice room. Comfy beds, plenty of pillows
- Todd (8/5): - Nice quiet and each room had a balcony type setting over looking the forest below
- Cameron (10/5): - This was our first time staying, but we were pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and stocked with extra towels, blankets, and pillows. We arrived after 5, so our room keys and all needing information were in an envelope beside the office. The property is nicely lit at night, and right across from a few popular restaurants. We will definitely stay here again in the future.
- june (10/5): - front desk very helpful
- june (10/5): - front desk service was first rate.location excellent for those attending silver dollar city.good eateries close-by.no pool for kids.price was very good.
- june (10/5): great service - great service.nice valley view from back deck
- Gail (10/5): Personal and friendly - My stay was very nice. When I checked in she knew me as I walked in the door and had the paperwork all ready for me. It was quiet, clean and the bed was comfortable. All around happy.
- ZACHARY (2/5): Like staying up all night? Stay here. - We arrived shortly after 5pm, found keys in box, quickly learned room key would not only open our room, but every other room in the hotel. Terrified. Stayed up all night worried someone would be able to gain entry to our room. If this isn’t the biggest safety concern, I don’t know what is. I have reported establishment to the State of Missouri through their health and safety site. It’s to hard to rate any other part of the hotel, but as far as hotels go, it’s sub par at best. I did try to contact after hours number about the key issue and no one answered after multiple calls. Informed front desk I would be reporting them to the state, no apology or explanation. Hopefully the state takes action and hotels.com doesn’t allow them to list anymore. I hate to be so critical, but my entire family was freaked out over the whole deal.
- Scott (10/5): - The property was very clean and convenient.we enjoyed the back patio and vow.my family and i will be using this hotel again....
- Ashley (8/5): - Restaurant across the street.
- Randall (10/5): - They were so nice and accommodating
- Lisa (10/5): Very pleased - It was a perfect place for our family. The room was very spacious. Had microwave, coffee pot and refrigerator. We will definitely stay again when in the area. Also location was great, so close to silver dollar city, shepherd of hills and just slightly out of town so not in the craziness!
- Donna (10/5): - Connie at registration was great!
This place is convenient to Silver Dollar City and directly across from one of the most popular restaurant in the area..Billy Gails!❤
- Debra (10/5): - Nice place to stay.
- Vicki (10/5): - The promo showed the beautiful balcony views and that nailed the sale for me. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony as much as anticipated. It's a lovely area. The restaurant across the street is awesome. Connie just couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. She helped rearrange our arrival date to a day earlier and then was able to help us add a day at the end of our stay. The only downgrade was to the facility question because we had no hot water for a day, but the staff did keep us informed and they offered us the use of the showers at the associated campsite. The room is lovely. We appreciated the table & chairs for meals and board games. Wifi worked. We had everything we needed. Loved being able to bring the dog for a reasonable pet fee.
- Fay (10/5): Awesome stay - Connie at the front desk was Awesome. Room was very clean and comfy and loved the balcony view and little outdoor table and chairs where i enjoyed my coffee at in the mornings. Will definitely be back!
- Patricia (10/5): Great place to stay - We had a great experience here...room was very spacious...clean...and a great woodsy view off of the balcony ..owner was very pleasant...we will be staying here again...
- Raeona (10/5): Nice - Wonderful views spacious room all around great stay
- Virgil (10/5): Great weekend lodge accommodations - Our stay was great, the rooms were clean, access to ice machine was very close, quick access to a great local restaurant directly across the road. Management was pleasant. Secure electronic door locks, we arrived late so the keys and lodge info were left in a secure location for us. Good lighting in the parking area and around the building. The location covered all the basics which is what we wanted. Thank you.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The peace and quiet but not to far from city of branson. Staff was very friendly and no issues. The outdoorsy feeling felt like home
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The rooms were rustic but huge. Outside balcony walkway and gathering area was great with views of dense woods. Breakfast was just across the street (busy but great food). Basically just around the corner from Silver Dollar City, which was our destination. Being away from congested Branson traffic was also a plus. However, due to Covid restrictions, we had to make do with the towels furnished, since cleaning staff could only enter rooms after the people have checked out. Not their fault, but inconvenient non-the-less. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - I thought it to be a pleasant place to stay. I thought it was odd there was no landline in the room but it wasn't a huge deal. The room was comfortable and clean.
- Blankenship (10/5): Great view, Great service, Great area - Very quiet. The front door not much to see but ooen the back door and its woody area. Each room has own porch.
Clean grounds. Tge swimming pool goes 3ft to 8feet.
Billy Gails is right across street.
Silver Dollar City was not bad the week in August while we were there.
Compared to other hotels this one had a lot of walking room and seemed bigger.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Nice place to stay. Older facility but the rooms are well maintained, very clean, and the staff was super nice and helpful.
It was a really nice to have the air conditioner running in the room when we arrived. There's nothing like walking into a nice cool room out of the blistering heat outside.
There are nice views out back for relaxing in the morning. Recommend staying there. I will definitely stay there again.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - We liked everything including price :)
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Great place to stay!
- Richard (8/5): One night stand - The room was musty smelling when arrived turn down thermostat on ac and when came back that night less smelly. The bed was hard as a rock, but was too tired to worry about it. Loved the view from the deck.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Staff rude at check in. She was yelling at someone on the phone when we arrived. Would not let us have extra towels either “due to covid” so we had to use our beach towels that we brought from home for showers.
- Deanna (2/5): Only sleeps 4 and beds are awful! - Website says it sleeps 6. It only sleeps 4. No hideabed. No rollaway. Arrived at 7 p.m., but office was closed. An envelope with my last name was in a box at the office door with the room key and no description how to find the room. No one answered the phones. Had to leave voicemail, which was returned after 9 a.m. the next morning. We had to drive to Walmart and purchase a blow up mattress, pillows and blankets. In addition, the beds were AWFUL! Only good thing was that we were able to cancel the remaining nights without having to pay for them.
- Jennifer (8/5): - Newly renovated rooms, good location.
- James (10/5): - Great stay off the strip!
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Close l 9to all locations. Needs managers at the office till 9 o'clock or so for ck in and make sure rooms are set up right.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Great place, great location, easy checkin and out, would stay here again.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Awesome front desk clerk and peaceful back porch !
- Kathryn (6/5): - The place was decent for our stay! We were suppose to call 24hrs before we got there for instructions cause of covid. I called multiple times and left 2 messages and my call was never returned. Key was still left out for us to get in room. We never had housekeeping while we stayed their. Had to ask for extra pillow and extra clean towels. Family of 7 here. Lady was rude to my husband about it. Office is closed and only open during certain office hours. Not sure what you would do if you needed something or if something happened in room. Im assuming cause of covid they are doing things differently and that they are short staffed which is totally understandable. We weren’t in room too much so it was good for us and what we needed. Just those few negative things. Maybe without covid and with staff they would be a place we would stay again.
- Leslie (8/5): Nice place - The woman that works the front desk, she needs a break. She was rude and seem very bothered I was checking in after 5pm. The room was HUGE and clean, AC worked fabulous! Definitely worth every penny!
- Verified traveler (4/5): - This was a last minute trip and we had trouble finding any availability in Branson. The room was clean and had lots of space. However, there was no bedding for the sofa bed and because the office closes at 5pm we had to call 3 numbers before we got ahold of someone. They brought us sheets quickly but no blankets. The king size bed also didn’t have a blanket, just sheets and the uncomfortable hotel comforter. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the TV did not work. There were also no locks on the doors that my 2 year old couldn’t reach and operate.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Property manager was very understanding when a family emergency required us to leave a day early.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - It’s the best nightly rate, close to SDC, and the back balcony has a good woodland view.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - I love how they treated us they where very nice and honest.
Very clean..and organize..and i loved there swimming pool.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - U have to check in before 5 or u can not talk to staff.. can't ask where ice machines are, wifi or anything
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Room was dirty when we arrived (after hours so there was nothing that could be done about it). Room was very old and not everything worked in the room. Bed was lumpy and very uncomfortable.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - I really loved the balcony on the back.
- Shalee (10/5): LIKE A GIANT TREE HOUSE - We absolutely loved it here. The view was amazing and so was the nice lady at the front desk. The water went out while we were there and they were very quick to fix it. I would defiantly recommend this place and I will defiantly stay here again on my next trip through. Thank you so much for the pleasant stay.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The Staff was friendly and helpful. The Room was spacious and well appointed. I found the layout unique in that the room had two entrances, one near the parking, and the other overlooking the Wooded Area to the rear.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Staff responded quickly when room keys wouldn’t work at check in. Rooms were clean with plenty of towels for my family of 5. Only complaint was the beds were uncomfortable and very steep stairs to landing were room was located. I’m sure the view would be outstanding during the summer and fall
- Kelly (4/5): - There was no staff available after 5pm & the very loud, rowdy neighbors were terrible! The room was not in acceptible condition either! They did refund all the money I had paid & seemed very concerned that our stay was so unacceptable.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - We stayed 2 days. The staff was awesome. The rooms are a little dated but we didn’t care about that at all. The back deck view is amazing!
- Destiny (2/5): DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! - Very bad stay. They were doing work on the room when we arrived and had bedbugs! It took my over an hour to contact someone and the only other room was full of cobwebs and had bedbugs too!!!
- Verified traveler (4/5): - The room was dirty, tv didn’t work, no one was in the office. The lobby closes at 5pm everyday. Beds were very uncomfortable.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - An gg7 no BFF go on no n go go go by up much V but g go on mod go in N hi B B hi my go
- Linda (6/5): Convenient. - It was a convenient place to stay. Hot water failed. The lady who checked us in was kind and attentive.
- Amanda (10/5): Will stay again - My family and I have stayed a couple years in a row now, it is close to the camp ground where our parents stay and we love that the staff is friendly and accommodating.
- Malinda (8/5): - Needs a little update. I know they are working on it. Very accommodating. They made sure our group was close together. Pool is nice and clean. We will be back
- Caitlyn (8/5): - We definitely enjoyed our time at this resort! The resort was extremely close to attractions such as Silver Dollar City and offered a pool, laundry services, and WiFi to keep us entertained and taken care of when not exploring Branson attractions. Staff was friendly, room was clean, and check in/check out was speedy. I would consider staying here again the next time I visit Branson!
- Rose (8/5): - I loved the view and the quiet, needs updated and the room had a dampness to it
- Jerry (6/5): - The room was clean but very musky smelling. Great little deck outside the room to sit and have a drink or coffee.
- Donna (8/5): - The room and property was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. There was little or no staff available at certain times. That is the only reason I didn't give it a five-star. It was comfortable, quiet, and met our needs totally.
- Ally (6/5): Free Limited Wifi - The staff and back porch view are very nice. Room could use a update and the battery to the card slide thing died and we had to leave the back door unlocked (thank goodness we had our dog in the room to prevent unwanted people coming in)That being said this hotel has limited wifi, they give you 2 access codes that you can only use once to connect a device. We are very wifi loving people so only being able to connect our cell phones and not my computer and roku was disappointing. We would not go back on that issue alone.
- Greg (10/5): - Witchy weekend is always a great time for our family. The staff & amenities are always exceptional. I would recommend this place to everyone.
- Crystal (4/5): - The stay was alright just that the room had a very bad odor and the box springs had stains
