- Marion (8/5): Hôtel confortable et bien situé, mais service à améliorer - Emplacement parfait, chambre étonnamment spacieuse, lits très confortables. La réceptionniste qui nous a accueillis était très aimable. Deux points négatifs : - pas de couvertures dans la chambre, on a eu froid pendant la nuit - surtout, le petit déjeuner (facturé) était très en dessous de ce qu’on peut attendre. Servi en principe de 7h à 10h, il n’y avait plus rien à 9h15. J’ai demandé à avoir du pain, on m’a péniblement rapporté un panini décongelé. Pas de chocolat chaud. Pas de jus d’orange. Deux mini croissants et deux bouts de gâteau qui restaient (nous étions 3). Grosse déception.

- Samuele (4/5): Poteva andare meglio. - Pulizia di camera e bagno. Ambiente accogliente e ben tenuto. Non amo mettere recensioni negative, ma ci sono alcune cose che ritengo opportuno segnalare. Parcheggio: fuori dall'hotel solo posti a pagamento, oppure un parcheggio gratuito ma un po' distante e con un discreto dislivello (questo non è colpa dell'hotel, ma può essere utile saperlo). Detto questo... Siamo arrivati intorno all'ora di cena e ci è stato detto che l'hotel "collabora" con un ristorante lì vicino e che se avessimo prenotato come clienti dell'hotel avremmo avuto un "trattamento di favore". Detta così, chiunque penserebbe ad uno sconto sul conto del ristorante, dove invece non ne sapevano niente e ci hanno fatto prezzo pieno. Al nostro rientro ci è stato detto che c'eravamo capiti male e il "trattamento di favore" era semplicemente relativo all'accoglienza e al trattamento generale (posso garantire che al ristorante non hanno steso né tappeti rossi né ci hanno dato sedute più comode degli altri clienti). La mattina, avendo la camera proprio accanto all'ingresso della sala della colazione, siamo stati svegliati dalle chiacchiere del personale e degli altri clienti (ma vabbè, questo è andato male a noi, non sarà così in tutte le stanze). Siamo arrivati a colazione circa 20/30 minuti prima la fine del servizio e da mangiare era rimasto veramente molto poco, ancora meno per quelli arrivati dopo di noi. Mi rendo conto che al mondo c'è gente che non ha da mangiare e mi dispiace fare questo appunto, ma insomma, se pago per un servizio...

Se la struttura è situata in una posizione strategica, il vero "valore aggiunto" è rappresentato dai ragazzi che vi lavorano. Staff giovane, motivato e attento. Tutto perfetto.

- Fiamma (10/5): - L’albergo si trova in pieno centro nel borgo di Bracciano, a piedi si raggiungono il castello, il duomo, i belvederi, ogni vicolo ed anche la stazione se si viaggia in treno. Le stanze sono spaziose, pulite e il letto comodissimo. Lo staff gentile e disponibile. Buona anche la colazione. Consigliato!

- terrycI9144CR (10/5): Great hotel with fantastic staff - Really lovely hotel in the middle of Bracciano. The staff are incredibly welcoming and couldn’t be more helpful. Bracciano is a hidden Jen with so much to see and with some fantastic restaurants and cafes. Definitely worth a visit before more people find out about this amazing place. We had a fantastic visit and will be back again for sure.

In auto trovare parcheggio vicino potrebbe a volte essere un impresa, ma ne vale la pena.

Posizione dell'albergo eccezionale, a due passi dal castello, circa 3 o 4 minuti a piedi. Il bagno piuttosto datato, anche se pulitissimo e dotato di ciò che è necessario!

Posizione centrale Gli alberghi con la moquette non dovrebbero più esistere, per quanto si possa cercare di tenerla pulita è sempre fonte di allergie e batteri. - Sara (8/5): - La ragazza della reception era davvero molto professionale e gentile, così come i ragazzi della colazione. Direi che lo staff è senza dubbio il punto forte. La stanza è accogliente, pulita e spaziosa. La struttura è molto graziosa. Se Proprio vogliamo trovare il pelo nell' uovo, mi viene solo da dire che forse la stanza era un po' buia. Non c'era una luce grande che desse particolare luminosità ma piuttosto tutte lucine fioche.

- Daniela (4/5): La cortesia del personale compensa tanti disagi. - Colazione discreta, personale eccellente , buona biancheria e materasso Il difficile accesso attraverso una scaletta a chiocciola, l'attraversamento di una terrazza scoperta per accedere alla camera malamente e insufficientemente illuminata, il bagno consunto e " vetusto", direi indecoroso e degradato, vasca con doccia senza tenda , senza luce sullo specchio e senza mensola, portasciugamani scomodi . Positivo il radiatore scaldasalviette.
