I don't think you could find two better staff to look after you . Paul The only negative was our room 2012 air conditioning fan was very noisy and had to wear earplugs at night to sleep . We had the engineer look at it and it was i little quieter after his maintenance but still too noisy to sleep without earplugs. Paul

Daniella (8/5): Overall it’s a beautiful hotel and the rooms were fantastic - Our room was massive and had an incredible view of the skyline and palm trees. There was construction going on every day from 9-5pm so it wasn’t possible to relax and enjoy the pool or the balcony because of the noise.

It was noisy and disruptive from 09 O'clock in the morning to 2100 at night. The system should have a modification done to defuse the loud splash making it a tranquil sound.

Andrew (4/5): Horrible will not return - We stayed at Bandha last time which is why we booked it again. We actually booked 4 rooms, of which only 1 was good. Unfortunately the staff, the premise and facilities have not been upkept at all, a lot of the stairs/pool area were dirty and not safe during the hot days. A lot of the rooms had a bad smell and the the toilets, sinks etc were quite damaged. It's a shame to see such a nice hotel go downhill. Some of the worst staff we have had in Bali. I'm not sure why they make the booking process so complicated. We booked massages multiple times via the hotel reception and whatsapp confirmation, but we would rock up and there would be no booking. The first time they managed to fit us in, no issues. The second time they stuffed up again, 2 guests were impacted who were travelling with us. Again we said no issue, things happen, and since there was no deposit paid there was no issue. HOWEVER, this was after we checked out so we had 2 hours to kill before our driver came (which is why we booked the massage 2 weeks in advance) and we all stayed in the foyer. One lady at reception carried on in Indonesian talking about the guests that it impacted, probably not realising we can understand her quite well. This has made the entire stay quite bitter and we do not recommend Bandha at all. The minute there is any problem the staff pretend not to understand you, or change personalities and make the rest of your stay quite uncomfortable. Natalia (7/5): Despite the positive time in the hotel, wouldn’t recommend to my friends. - The breakfasts were great, the food quality in mozzarella breakfast menu was excellent. Adding on to that the massages were really nice, the facility was really tidy and the procedure was relaxing. Unfortunately, I was not congratulated on my birthday on 15.02, although the staff was informed about this fact. Couple days later we saw the hotel congratulating other people. The beds were too soft and the pillows were too big.

Bizden sonra gelen herkes giriş yaptı. - Kahvaltı çok güzeldi 18 Ağustos 2025 tarihinde ailemle birlikte (4 kişi) The Bandha’ya saat 10:30’da giriş yaptık. Bizden sonra gelen yaklaşık 10 kişilik bir grup otele erken giriş yapabildi. Yine bizden sonra gelen 5 çift’de otele erken check-in yapabildi. Bizim bir odamızı 14:45’de diğer odamıza ise 15:15’de check in yapabildik. Üç kez resepsiyonda ki görevlilere bu kadar kişi bizden sonra geldi ve hepsi check in yaptı biz neden giriş yapamıyoruz diye sorduğumuzda bizim odamızın hazır olmadığını söylediler. Anlayacağınız nedenini bilmediğimiz bir şekilde ayrımcılığa uğradığımızı ailemle birlikte deneyimledim. Otelin konumu, kahvaltısı ve temizliği gerçekten çok güzel fakat müşteri hizmetlerinde insan ayrımcılığı yapılıyor.

Deck chairs very low to get in and out of near pool! Multiple times no pool towels and were told to go to our room and get our bath towels when we were wet! What service is this ?
