• Keang Young (8/5): - 프론트에서 맞이해주신 남자분이 매우 친절했다. 그리고 준비해주신 식사도 특히 카푸치노가 맛있었다. 지하주차장이 있어서 차를 안전하게 보관할 수 있었고 엘리베이터가 있어서 짐을 옮기기 좋았다. 외부는 낡았지만 내부는 깨끗한 편이었다. 침구류에서 냄새가 났다. 욕실에 물곰팡이가 있었다. 식기류에 물을 끓였을때 기름이 떴다. 청소 상태가 완벽하지 못했다. 라스페지아 역에서 걸어서 20분 정도 걸리는 곳이다. 버스를 타니 12분 정도 걸렸다.

• Riccardo Ugo (5/5): Würde ich niemandem empfehlen….. - nichts Das Frühstück war nur im Freien (ohne Ueberdachung) möglich, bei ca. 15 Grad. Man hatte zwar auch Tische mit Ueberdachung, jedoch auch im Freien ! Das Parkieren ist in einer offenen Garage, frr Boden nur teilweise geteert, mit diversen Schlaglöcher, Rest Sand !!!

Personale cordialissimo e disponibile Colazione buona, con possibilità di prodotti Senza lattosio e Senza glutine. A disposizione anche un posteggio coperto per la macchina. Materasso del letto matrimoniale molto comodo e anche i cuscini La tapparella elettronica della porta finestra della cucina non si chiudeva fino in fondo, per cui, chi ha dormito nel divano letto, purtroppo si è svegliato con la luce del mattino. Il balcone della stanza da sui binari della ferrovia (veramente una decina di metri). Se si sceglie la camera loft, e si è in due coppie, la privacy non è molta in quanto è presente un'ampia apertura, a mo' di finestra che dalla camera da letto da sul living/cucina, e non è presente una porta per chiudere la stanza Per il resto comunque funzionale.

• Magdalena (9/5): Highly recommended for its bearing clean, spacipus, contemporary space. - Very clean, spacious apartment, big and clean bathroom. Well equipped kitchen, including the washing machine and the dishwasher. Very contemporary and well organized space with the balcony. Good breakfast with the mix of sweet and savory. Host speaking good English and willingly advising on the sightseeing spots. Parking spot in the underground garage. Very good overall experience. Highly recommended.

• Borisander (10/5): - Отличный отель, рекомендую! Заселение: Очень быстрое. Сотрудник встретил, всё показал и проводил до номера. Парковка: Удобная, крытая, прямо под ДОМОМ. Номер: Чисто, уютно, есть всё необходимое и горячая вода. Завтрак: Компактный, но очень вкусный, напоили хорошим кофе. Животные: Огромный плюс за dog-friendly подход — заселились с щенком вообще без проблем. Персонал замечательный, вернемся еще!

Inoltre la struttura sembrava un po in ristrutturazione quindi c’era un po di polvere

He also speaks english well. - Available parking on the road trip is always one of the most important features, especially if you want to use local transportation while staying at the destination. The apartment is spacious and quite well equipped. The chairs on the balcony were rusty. Some of the furniture needs to be replaced.

• Carlos Cristiano (7/5): Pelo preço, acho que valeu a pena... - Já é praticamente um hotel... Os proprietários possuem vários apartamentos para locação, e no térreo eles já tem até uma mini cozinha para preparar o café da manhã dos hóspedes, que inclui uma bebida quente, iogurte, ovo, sanduíches salgados (atum ou presunto), croissant, pão de leite, manteiga e geléias. O atendimento do Giácomo é 100%, muito atencioso e prestativo. A única desvantagem do apartamento em que ficamos é que não existem quartos fechados: as camas ficam distribuídas pelo apartamento (deve ser o que eles chamam de maisonette...), e havia apenas 1 banheiro para 5 pessoas. Também tivemos um problema bem desagradável com algum tipo de vazamento dos meus dados, pois alguma pessoa, se passando pela Booking.com, me procurou pelo whatsapp pedindo meus dados do cartão de crédito (como essa pessoa sabia que eu iria ficar hospedado no Levante Residence, sabia meu nome completo, meu número de telefone, as datas em que eu ia ficar hospedado, etc?).

Il parcheggio gratuito nella struttura è stato prezioso, buona la posizione per raggiungere a piedi la stazione e la fermata del bus, rispettivamente per le 5 terre e portovenere La pulizia era un po' superficiale e aggiungerei un altro specchio oltre quello in bagno.
