• Paul (9/5): Ein sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt, in dem wir wunderbar entspannen konnten! Definitive Empfehlung! - Die Unterkunft liegt sehr nahe am Stadtzentrum (ca 4 Autominuten entfernt). Auch wenn es draußen heiß ist, bleibt es drinnen angenehm temperiert. Der Unterkunftgeber Kostas ist extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir haben uns als seine Gäste sehr wohlgefühlt! Außergewöhnlich ist auch der tolle Garten mit direktem Blick auf die Burg. Die Küche könnte noch etwas besser ausgestattet sein. Mit Kind braucht man doch etwas mehr Geschirr :)

• Tim (8/5): Nice and spacious accommodation just outside of Nafplio - Nice accommodation located just outside of Nafplio at the base of a mountain, providing a scenic view of the city. If you have a car and want to be close to the city, but with peace and quiet that a city cannot offer, this is the perfect place. The city is only like a minute drive away, while other worthwhile destinations are similarly close by. The accommodation itself was spacious, with plenty of parking space, and had a large garden that was perfect for relaxing after an active day, or to let our kids pay in (we had the entire place to ourselves at the time). The hosts were very friendly, and our room was cleaned on a daily basis, even taking care of our laundry! Overall a great experience. The walls are a bit thin, and you can hear sounds fairly well. There were two evenings where nearby dogs (from the neighbor) were barking non-stop at passing cars, which was a bit annoying. Fortunately we sleep with earplugs. Some of the basic kitchen stuff was also missing. Not a very big deal though.
• Cornelia (9/5): - Tolle Lage in einem großen Olivengarten etwas außerhalb und oberhalb von Nafplion mit schönem Blick. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich, alles war unkompliziert. Wir hatten ein sehr großes Zimmer mit einem Balkon und einer Terrasse. Alles war sehr sauber und es erfolgte zusätzlich eine tägliche Reinigung sowie mehrmals ein Wechsel der Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Küchenausstattung könnte etwas umfänglicher sein, es gab z.B. nur einen einzigen Kochtopf.

• Claudio (10/5): The perfect, idyllic base for exploring the Argolis - The property, which includes a total of 5 apartments and a parking lot, is located 2 km from the center of Nafplio—less than a 5-minute drive away—but outside the town center. The setting is idyllic and very peaceful, surrounded by greenery with olive trees, a large garden, a playground, and ample parking, as well as a view of the Palamidi Castle. We stayed for 6 nights in the apartment on the upper floor in the northwest part of the building (No. 1 – photo on Booking under “Superior Studio”). The apartment is spacious, well-furnished, and spotlessly clean, with a balcony overlooking the valley on one side and a covered terrace on the other, where you can eat in the shade during the summer. The kitchen area features a kitchenette with a 4-burner stove and oven, a kettle, and a coffee maker, as well as a fridge where we found delicious homemade jams available for our use. Linens and towels were changed every 2 days. The bathroom and shower were comfortable and equipped with everything needed. The owner is exceptionally kind, always ready to help; he resolved a minor technical issue in just a few minutes and even acted as our guide, showing us the way with his car along secondary roads when the main road from Nafplio was closed due to the national holiday. A recommendation: definitely follow his advice regarding the taverns where to eat—they’ll lead you to discover authentic and delicious Greek dishes! The location is ideal as a base for exploring the surrounding area: the archaeological sites of Mycenae, Tiryns, Epidaurus, Asini, Larissa, and Acrocorinth, as well as, of course, the nearby Palamidi Castle and—in the warmer months—the nearby beaches, so plan for a longer stay! Absolutely nothing negative. As suggestions for “continuous improvement,” the following minor things: the room is very bright; for those who like to sleep long in the morning, a dark curtain on the large glass door next to the kitchen would be a plus, and a smaller saucepan in the kitchen for those who want to boil just one egg would help save time and energy :-).

• Iwona (10/5): - Bardzo sympatyczny i kontaktowy Gospodarz. Duży pokój z aneksem kuchennym. Ładna sypialnia. Wyposarzenie wnętrza nie jest najnowsze, ale jest zachowana nienaganna czystość. Po 2 dniach zmieniane ręczniki i pościel. Co dzień były wynoszone śmieci. Bardzo miła Pani sprzątająca. Parkowanie blisko domku za zamykaną bramą. Położenie na uboczu ruchliwego miasta, ale w kilka minut samochodem można tam dotrzeć. Nasz piesek był mile widziany. Za zwierzęta nie ma dodatkowych opłat.

Abbastanza pulito L'appartamento andrebbe rinnovato, ci sono tutte le comodità e gli spazi necessari ma è datato. la struttura è un po' fuori mano rispetto al centro città pertanto sarebbe utile avere l'auto

Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato acqua fresca in frigo e tutto il necessario per la prima colazione. Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo. L’ arredamento e i bagni sono un po’ datati, in giardino qualche cosa dell’arredamento potrebbe essere tolto o sostituito ma tutto era così in ordine e pulito che ha dato alla nostra esperienza una sensazione di genuinità, come stare a casa di parenti.

• Evangelia (9/5): Ανεση, δροσιά, εξυπηρέτηση - Μεγάλο, άνετο διαμέρισμα μέσα σε όμορφο και ήσυχο κτήμα με ελιές, με πολλά μεγάλα ανοίγματα που βλέπουν την κατάφυτη πεδιάδα και δύο βεράντες αντίθετου προσανατολισμού για να μπορείς να κάθεσαι έξω βράδυ και πρωί. Ευγενέστατοι και πολύ εξυπηρετικοί ιδιοκτήτες, είχαν φροντίσει να υπάρχει νερό και είδη πρωινού σε αφθονία. Δροσερό σημείο σε μια περιοχή που έχει πολλή ζέστη, κλιματισμός και δυνατός ανεμιστήρας για τις ζέστες ώρες. 7 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο από την παραλία της Καραθώνας. Πολύ άνετο κρεβάτι με κουνουπιέρα που δεν χρειάστηκε να τη χρησιμοποιήσουμε. Εξαιρετική επιλογή για οικογένειες με μικρά παιδιά. Στην ανατολική πλευρά ακούγεται έντονα η κίνηση του επαρχιακού δρόμου. Θα ήθελα να υπάρχουν περισσότερες κρεμάστρες στην ντουλάπα και περισσότερα κρεμαστάρια για τις πετσέτες στο μπάνιο. Επίσης ένα μικρότερο φως στα κομοδίνα, για όσους διαβάζουν λίγο πριν τον ύπνο.

Αξίζει να το επισκεφθείτε. - Μείναμε πάρα πολύ ικανοποιημένοι, το διαμέρισμα πολύ μεγάλο, άνετα φιλοξενεί μέχρι και 6 άτομα, η κύρια κρεβατοκάμαρα μεγάλη με μεγάλο άνετο κρεβάτι. Μας είχαν βούτηρο και μαρμελάδα για πρωινό, καφε και τσάι. Γενικά δεν βρήκα κάτι να με δυσαρεστήσει. Οι 2 κυρίες που μας εδωσαν τα κλειδιά ευγενέστατες. Μια πολύ καλή εμπειρία. Θα ξαναπάμε σίγουρα. Ολα ήταν τέλεια.

Tranquil, surrounded by beautiful nature, comfortable, just 5 mins drive away from downtown. It offers free and spacious parking. There is great terrace in front of the Appartment with a table & chairs, where one can enjoy breakfast etc. The owner is a very distinguished lady, kind & helpful. The shower could be a bit more spacious. The rest of the bathroom is great.

Molto silenzioso e dotato di tutto quello che serviva per il nostro soggiorno di due notti. La proprietaria ha risposto subito alla nostra telefonata e ci ha portato le chiavi. Consigliato

• Mei (10/5): Nice villa - This is like a villa. Nice location with great view of the city, the sea and the castle. The rooms are spacious with many beds. We were also allowed to use the swimming pool. There could be payment issue with using credit cards (perhaps because the credit cards are not issued by European banks)

• Giulia (9/5): - La titolare ci ha accolto (tra l'altro parlando un ottimo italiano) fornendoci tutte le prime indicazioni necessarie. In cucina abbiamo trovato pane, caffè, zucchero ma soprattutto in frigorifero acqua e burro/marmellata per la colazione (tra l'altro la marmellata era squisita e quando l'abbiamo finita ce ne hanno messa altra). Ottime le pulizie quotidiane. L'appartamento è comodo e spazioso, ad un prezzo decisamente più ragionevole di quelli trovati per la Old Town Unico limite che trovo nella scelta di questa soluzione è l'obbligo di avere un'auto. Nauplia non è distante, ci si può arrivare anche a piedi, ma la struttura è piuttosto isolata e per spostarsi (sia nelle spiagge, sia nei siti archeologici) senza un'auto diventa piuttosto complicato

• Claude (9/5): Idéal pour des vacances entre mer et histoire ! - La propreté, les équipements et les petites attention pour le petit-déjeuner (café, thé, confiture, pain de mie, ...). La proximité des centres d'intérêts (centre ville et forteresse de Nauplie, Mycènes et les plages, particulièrement celles indiquées par la propriétaire). Le grand parking de la propriété. Les allées et venues des locataires de l'appartement mitoyen dont l'accès se fait par la terrasse commune séparée partiellement certes par une clôture occultante.
