I was left without accommodation at night despite informing the property about my late ar - Nothing I informed the property in advance through Booking.com that I would arrive late at night due to my flight. While I was already in the air, the host suddenly sent a message saying check-in was only possible until 23:00 and then completely stopped responding to calls and messages. I arrived at the property during the night, called multiple times, sent messages, and nobody answered. I was left outside at night in a foreign city and had to urgently search for another place to stay. This situation was extremely stressful and unprofessional. Communication and guest support were terrible.

• Axel (8/5): - I really love the location of this as it is near to the train station, cafes and convenience store. Also, the rooms and bathrooms are always kept clean, which is really good. Only minor which is the lighting in room no. 2, the light is not appealing though.

In this price range i think it’s very good option. - So i stayed at this place for 4 days, the hotel is in pretty decent location it’s right in front of metro line and is only 20 minutes away from centre, the room is nice & clean, bed is really comfortable , the room also has air conditioning & a cupboard where you can store your luggage & hang your clothes. The area where hotel is located sant john depsi is very quiet & peaceful. The owner is also friendly 😇 The washroom doesn’t have proper privacy as the window doesn’t close properly & the person passing from hallway can see inside through space in window.

• Neus (6/5): Muy mejorable - Son gente muy amable y la habitación está limpia. Está al lado de la vías del tren así que escuchas trenes día y noche. Mira bien al reservar porque el baño es compartido y no todo el mundo lo deja bien. Además, me tocó puerta con puerta y se oye todo. No se corresponden los servicios que se ofrecen con el precio que pagas.

• Radovan (3/5): - Jedná výhoda je umístění hostelu velmi blízko ke stanici příměstské vlakové linky (3. zastávka od Barcelony) Bez kuchyně. Nebyly žádné příbory, nádobí, jídelní stůl. Okna bez zvukové izolace, kousek od hostelu projíždí vlaky, které ruší poměrně hodně pobyt, také ruší motorová vozidla. Ruší také běžný hluk ostatních hostů. Poměrně vysoká cena k nízké kvalitě.

• Laura (4/5): - La habitación en si estaba limpia Baño compartido (ya lo sabía) pero esperaba uno al menos para mujeres y otro para hombres y no es así. Hay 2 retretes para un montón de habitaciones. Ruido del tren te despierta. Olor a tabaco a pesar de que no se podía fumar, el de la habitación de al lado abría ventana a media noche para fumar y llegaba olor a mi habitación. Era como si le tuviese al lado tosiendo. No considero que eso cueste 60 euros la noche y persona.
• Samuel (7/5): Calidad - Precio bien - El trato de la mujer, sincero y agradable, me sentí seguro en la habitación, con mi llave y un baño que estaba bien (aunque compartido). Todo limpio. El tren y los compañeros de habitación, pasan trenes todo el rato y se escuchan a los vecinos. Pero a pesar de eso no he dormido mal.

• Claus Fernando (5/5): alojamiento normal - el anfitrión muy simpático y servicial. fue una acomodación normal, sin lujos ni detalles. Pero para ese precio no se puede pedir mas. Ruidos molestos de calle y habitación adjunta - no exagerados pero obviamente molestos. En resumen, bien pero no extraordinario.
• Daniel (10/5): Buena relación calidad precio y comodidad - El personal fue muy amable. La ubicación es tranquila y tienes cosas cerca como bares, supermercados y una churrería muy recomendable para desayunar. El aire acondicionado fue una bendición con el calor que hizo esos días. El baño es pequeño estaba limpio además que no parecía que no lo usábamos muchos huéspedes. Pese a ser una pensión humilde, la decoración es la justa y necesaria para que sea agradable y, lo más importante, las camas son cómodas. El único problema es que está en una zona de bajas emisiones por lo que depende cuando vayas no podrás acceder con un coche viejo, además las páginas oficiales no lo explican bien pero no es problema del hotel. La vía del tren está en frente y puede resultar ruidosa, aunque con el cansancio es algo que no noté.

• Mara (6/5): Budget accommodation in Barcelona - A budget private room in an expensive city, in a nice residential neighbourhood, and just a few minutes from the train station. Just one bathroom for the floor. No facilities other than the bed - a folding chair but no desk, no common sitting area (just 2 chairs in a gloomy hallway with timed lighting) and no coffee or tea making facilities.
• Maud (1/5): À fuir - Les photos sont extrêmement mensongères. L'hôtel est si proche de la gare que les murs et tous les meubles tremblent au passage d'un train (très fréquent). Il y également au moins trois chiens qui aboient en continu nuit et jour pour vous rendre fou. Les toilettes et salle de bains à la propreté douteuse sont partagés. Les chambres minuscules et non insonorisées. En bonus l'odeur de cigarette froide qui traverse les murs et qui rend la salle du comptoir de l'hôtel totalement irrespirable.

• Cameron (5/5): Noisy and smells like cigarettes - Friendly host. Clean bathrooms. Most of the place smelt like cigarettes. Pretty expensive considering it is far from central Barcelona and the airport and nothing flash. Walls are very thin and people can be noisy all night and it is close to the train station.

• Beatriz (7/5): Bien - El baño compartido lo tenía enfrente. Para dormir una noche para ir al aeropuerto está bien. La cama era muy incómoda y estaba por un lado más gastada. El hotel está pegado a las vías del tren y se oye todo y las paredes retumban, para aparcar está difícil.

• Valentyna (4/5): Selbst der niedrige Preis des Hotels gleicht nicht alle Unannehmlichkeiten aus, die wir erlebt haben. - Positiv war, dass die Einrichtung des Zimmers trotz der geringen Größe optisch recht ansprechend war. Die Möbel waren sauber. Das Zimmer wurde zudem täglich gereinigt. Es gab nur ein Badezimmer mit Dusche für vier Zimmer. Oft gab es kein Toilettenpapier. Die einzigen elektronischen Geräte im Zimmer waren ein kleiner Fernseher, aber kein Wasserkocher oder Tassen. Es gab auch keine Gemeinschaftsküche, d. h. es gab keine Möglichkeit, Tee oder Kaffee zuzubereiten. Ein kleiner Kühlschrank wäre in einem Zimmer wie diesem schön gewesen. Es gab in der Nähe keine Cafés zum Frühstücken. Der nächste Ort, an dem wir Kaffee bekommen konnten, war die Innenstadt von Barcelona, ​​​​die eine 30-minütige Pendlerzugfahrt entfernt ist. Die Trennwände zwischen den Zimmern waren so dünn, dass wir unseren Nachbarn schnarchen hören konnten. Gegenüber unserem Fenster standen außerdem Mülltonnen, und am Wochenende kam morgens und abends ein Müllwagen. Es war so laut, wenn er die Mülltonnen abholte, dass man nicht schlafen konnte. Alle 20–30 Minuten fährt direkt vor unserem Fenster ein Pendlerzug vorbei, und es ist sehr laut. Der erste fährt gegen 6 Uhr morgens. Das heißt, entweder Nachbarn, Pendlerzüge oder Müllwagen störten ständig meinen Schlaf.
