- Lea (5/5): This place is not what I expected- not because the room is small but the cleanliness is suboptimal. - It has elevator, decent location We were in Room 1, which is not a very good room- noisy. The bed looked clean. The floor, and the desk is not very clean. The bathroom smelled musty. There is no ventilation so the whole room smell like a "wet carpet," even though it is a hard wood floor. When we opened the window/door it was very noisy so we can't really leave it open to get good air circulation. What made it worst is the shower head , was splashing everywhere. I hope they fix that because we ended up using the hand held shower. Also, they said they provide free bottle water but it is a bottle that they refill- it is not sealed! I know the room is small but I expected a clean place. I have travelled many places- in Japan, the rooms are smaller but they are very clean and tidy. In fact, when do they do room service, they include cleaning everything including sweeping the floor!

- Petra (10/5): Definitely recommend to stay there! - The room was ready before check-in so we were really happy. The room was clean and the whole hotel smelled very nicely. Lady at the reception was polite. Towels and linen were clean. Bathroom was spacious. The space in room was tight, but it wasn't a problem for us since we used it only for sleeping (we had quadruple room with 2 beds). After the check-out we had the option to leave our luggage at the reception which was really useful.
We would definitely come back. The rooms werent soundproof and the water in shower was changing from hot to cold every 2 seconds by itself, until 2nd-3rd person went in (only then it was finally hot water only).
- Sally (8/5): The hotel room was very comfortable and perfect for one night before getting to the station the next morning. - It was in a quiet location within easy walking distance of the station and close to the centre. There were many cafes and restaurants nearby. The stairs between 4th and 5th floor were very steep.
- Huyen Thanh (8/5): -
- Nessa (8/5): - Superbly friendly staff who also gave tips as to where to go for dinner and breakfast. The location was perfect. The place itself was clean and welcoming. When in the room (14) you could clearly hear the clients of the nearby bar / winebar but not enough to put me off staying again.

- Colette (8/5): Overall it was a really great stay. - Very clean and a great location Front desk was not always open. We received a late check in despite being asked what time we would like to check in.
- Grace (8/5): - Great location, very friendly staff, light rooms - wojld recommend. It can be a noisy location with the food market setting up early on Saturday morning so bring your ear plugs. The room was a good size but needs some TLC - some paint was peeling, the insides of the drawers were discoloured and there was a very noisy pipe for most of the night (room 14). Expensive for what is on offer.

- julie (8/5): Overall went well and felt safe. - Cool old historic building. Courtyard view was nice. 1 of 2 staffers were very helpful. Bikes nice. Location was perfect, walked with roller bag to and from central station and able to navigate back home easily after being out all day. Cleaning staff left towels outside my door even though I marked no service needed - was nice to have extra towels. Staff/ lounge area hours - very limited and late breakfast. TV was odd and difficult to use, also slow. Given age of building would have expected more for the price tag. Although I do get location is #1 and i felt like a local after 24 hours and only stayed 36 hours. Would recommend giving more detailed information about perks like the bikes - was under impression they could only be taken out 9:30 am to 5:30 pm, but come to find out I could keep it over night. Little things like this make a big difference when only in town for short periods of time.

- Stephanie (10/5): Perfect stay in Amsterdam, don’t hesitate to book - The most perfect location in Amsterdam. Stylish, clean, well sized bedrooms. Very friendly staff. We were allowed to check-in early and could leave our bags once we checked out. Don’t hesitate to book! Everything was perfect.
- marybeth (10/5): -
- Amaury (8/5): - Great location 5th floor staircase is small and dangerous with luggage
- sophie (10/5): - The hotel is in a fabulous location. It's a really authentic place to stay. The staff were friendly and responsive. Some reviews mentioned issues that were off putting. From our perspective it was a great hotel, in a great location and would definitely stay again. Nothing.
- Keiran (4/5): - Location
Decor Size of room
Really noisy
- Peter W J C (7/5): - Staff were friendly and the position of the hotel suited us for what we needed. The room was far too small for us and the bathroom was tiny. I had a 30cm gap to shimmy around the other side of the bed also trying to avoid the tv hanging on the wall
- Emily (9/5): - Great location and lovely sun trap on our balcony in room 7 👌🏻
- Bruno (7/5): - The location, the area around is very quiet A bit of noise at night, due to the heater mechanism
- William (5/5): -
- Vibeke (8/5): - Balkong. Midt i sentrum. Putene var harde og store. Veldig ubehagelig for nakken
- Erin (9/5): Chic small hotel in the charming Jordaan neighborhood - beautiful, clean, modern & away from the hoards of tourists. - The location is perfect - amid the charming Jordaan district & just far enough away from the thick touristy areas. Beautifully designed - with just the right touches. The blanket was too heavy and hot. We would have liked to be able to control the temperature in the room and the bed more.

- Evelyn (9/5): Highly recommend this gem of a hotel in a great neighborhood. - Wonderful location that is walking distance to Central Station and many restaurants and shops. Noelle was a wonderful representative of the hotel - knowledgeable and helpful.
The room (including bathroom) was clean and surprisingly large. The beds were extremely comfortable. The tv/wifi was not always working but we did not spend that much time in the room.

- Clare (7/5): The property needs to increase it’s staffed lobby hours - there is no restaurant on site This is a small hotel. The lobby staff is only on site 9:30 -17:30 each day. Not much availability by “hotel” standards . The premises are very well maintained, but the our deluxe room was very small, with the bottom of the bed ,two feet from the wall, no place to set a suitcase, and only four coat hangers. The bathroom was fine and the small balcony wth a small table and chairs was a real plus. Both mornings I was awaken before 6, by the neighbors shower. The neighborhood is quietly vibrant, with an excellent breakfast cafe, a deli, and restaurants steps away. There was an extensive outdoor market set up on Saturday morning , and since we had plenty of time to wait for the taxi, we had an opportunity to meet our gracious lobby manager, Patrick, who set up the well priced ride to the airport . So at 500 euros a night, I would say this property needs longer lobby hours, if Iam to recommend it to others.

- Jin (9/5): a decent hotel in city center - very central location, within walking distance from the main train station, and the buildings and canals around are really lovely and enjoyable a bit small and price is high in general in the city center. I'm glad I got a deal with it otherwise I probably won't choose this hotel.
- Guus (8/5): - Personeel was erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Niets
- Barbara (8/5): Very convenient place to stay and overall the staff were helpful and friendly. - The rooms were very clean and had nice sheets, towels. The bed was very comfortable. It was quiet and we did not hear noise from the street or from other guests. The location in the Jordaan area was very convenient to shops, restaurants and museums. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The rooms were small; two unopened suitcases filled up most of the room. The room was small; also we did not have any issues but the staff leave the desk at 5 pm.

- kate (3/5): Very expensive for what it was - Location The rooms were tiny , no access to communal areas after 5.30 so no where to sit unless your bed and if u had no WiFi or battery on phone access to property after 5.30 was a struggle !
- Aina (7/5): - Excellent location and service of reception. The room is not quiet, there are noises all the time.
The room is very very small.
- Ju (8/5): - Fantastic location in the historic and lively Jordaan part of Amsterdam, with plenty of great cafes and bars down the street! Spacious room that was tastefully furnished. Nice "bar" area downstairs (with restrictive reception hours though). Upper rooms are accessible only via a narrow and steep staircase after elevator - it seems normal in Amsterdam but just to be prepared! Some small things coudl be improved: The app promised complimentary "drinks" in the fridge, which was empty (why write it?). It was generally very clean except some crushed nuts on the floor that the room service didn't remove the next day either, also no more bath mat provided after room service. Small things but for the price one could expect attention to detail.
- Florentin (9/5): -
- Valerie (9/5): -
- Abigail (9/5): Sweet place to stay - Cute, cozy, really nice neighbourhood. A little away from the grubbier city centre but just a 10 minute walk to Anne Frank Huis and plenty of other attractions. Bed was nicely comfy. Nice products provided in the bathroom. Efficient housekeeping team to make up your room each day. No breakfast served but there are cafes very nearby so you have options. Nicest place I’ve stayed in, in Amsterdam, would stay here again. Rooms on the 5th floor aren’t suitable if you need an accessible room. Shower leaked all over the floor. These were minor gripes.
- Anne (4/5): Not a great start not able to get into room and it didnt really improve. - Fantastic location as just round the corner from Anne Frank's house. Very clean. No staff at property after 5.30 - we arrived at 5.35. You need an electronic key to get in but nowhere on our booking instructions had we been told this. One of the guests let us in and another gave us the number to ring which led to us been let into our room by phone signal. The delay meant we missed our booking at the Anne Frank Museum but thankfully they let us in. When we saw the receptionist in the morning she said she had spoken to me and made arrangements - she hadn't and think she must have spoken to another guest. Receptionist was very nice but really didnt make up for the mess the night before. It is not really a hotel it is more a very upclass hostel. Very clean but the inside is all new and wooden which looks lovely but makes it very noisy as anyone going up and down the stairs can be heard. Also whenever someone flushes the loo it can be heard in the rooms below. in an excellent position but would not stay here again.
- Stacey (10/5): -
- Jennifer (9/5): Historical yet contemporary, central yet peaceful, we would highly recommend the Adam Suites for new or seasoned travell - Accessibility, cleanliness, friendliness of
concierge and being in the attic room, gave a wonderful historical flavour of living in Amsterdam. Coffee was amazing. Room very simple but classy. Not a fan of leakage from the traditional continental shower arrangement - but wasn’t a problem.
- Amy Richardson (7/5): Location cannot be beat. This would be a great place to stay for a young couple. - The staff was really lovely, excellent spacious bathroom with heated floors and great water pressure. The location of this hotel simply cannot be beat. If you are a family traveling with kids over the age of 3-4, I would pick somewhere else -- this was simply way too small for us + our teens, especially without access to the lobby during the times we were actually at the hotel.
It was unclear that their lobby is only open from 930-530, so if you are out the door early for an adventure, and then back in the evening there is no place to grab a coffee, speak to staff to ask for anything, or to work/relax with a little more space. This made it really uncomfortable since we were a family of four (with teens) especially when I needed to get some work done.
The lobby situation also added to some discomfort when a woman was knocking on doors at 2AM asking for help (there are no peep holes on the door and a card is needed to access the building but we weren't comfortable opening the door for her with our kids inside).
- Jeromy (10/5): - Great service, Fast responses i really liked everything. Nothing
- Nieto (10/5): Amazing stay, great location, excellent service - Everything was clean and organised. Service by Noa was amazing! She is very kind, attentive and always willing to help. Also makes great coffee. Everything was great

- Carlos (8/5): Would stay again, great location. -
- Hilde (9/5): -
- Karin (9/5): - Cute street. Very central
- Gaedje (4/5): - Nice location Wasn’t clean. Loads of hair on mattress, no light in bathroom, no lightbulb in bedroom lamp. Lounge area was closed most of the time only available to sit from9:30 - 5. Walls very thin. People in room 6 were very loud, yelling, blasting music & no staff on site to manage the situation.
- Valérie (9/5): -
- Amy (7/5): -
- Mariuccia (9/5): - Posizione perfetta e hotel molto ben tenuto.
- Jakob (9/5): Lovely room for a trip to Amsterdam - Loved the location in walking distance from the train station.
The small balcony is definitely a plus and so is the little fridge in the room.
The staff was super nice and we even could use their rental bikes for free.
Lots of nice cafes and restaurants around the hotel.
Only thing we couldn't figure out was the A.C./heating system. It was quite cold in the room, but we only stayed for 1 night, so didn't bother to ask the staff (which would have helped for sure).

- Mario (9/5): Great hotel. Strongly recommended. - Renovated with a contemporary look. The experience with the staff was outstanding!! They were very kind and very helpful. No staff available after 5p.
- Kathy (9/5): Great property, friendly staff, would stay again. - Great location & comfortable hotel. Very accommodating as we arrived early. Liked everything.
- Anna (8/5): - Wonderful position, easy to reach from the airport and main station (walking distance). Plenty of lovely restaurants, bars, and cafés around. Good value for money. The room was clean and the staff very helpful. The heating / ventilation system was a little bit loud.
- Eleni (10/5): -
- Cunningham (2/5): Sleepless in Amsterdam. - Location Bedding was useless, no double quilt or sheets, they put SINGLE QUILTS ON A DOUBLE BED.TERRIBLE IDEA. couldn't sleep properly, ruined our stay .
Staff are not on sight when you need them, they start at 9am, we are out sightseeing by that time every day, then at 1730 the staff go home, only saw staff when checking in.
- Shailesh (8/5): -
- Anita (9/5): -
- Suemei (10/5): Comfortable rooms , in a calm place of town and great service - The front person was really helpful. We manage to check in at 11am which we really appreciated given our jet lag. She gave us tips were to go to for breakfast and dinner. They make you tea or cofee free of charge
- Adrian (10/5): Worth it ! - Staff was nice
It was clean
Easy acces
Good area The price can always be better.but considering is amsterdam, not too bad !
