- Ryan (4/5): - The area had many places that were good for tourists like myself, the staff were all very welcoming and helped me along to get my room early when I was sick. The room had an extra blanket and was very clean when I arrived. The hotel was doing revonations in the room next to mine that woke me up at nine am on the one day I had to sleep in. They held zero remorse for this and simply continued to do their work even louder.

- Cody (3/5): Not worth it. - People were being loud and drinking alcohol in the hot tub/pool area. Staff was dismissive of me when my wife reported it, which was odd considering the rules on the wall stated that it was not allowed. We ended up not being able/willing to utilize the hot tub or pool area because of this. I called down to the front desk to ask if they had an HDMI cable that I could use. Which I expect based on the sign next to the TV which said to call the front desk for assistance. Front desk attendant said no problem, I'll bring on up in just a minute. 20 minutes later, I went down to get it myself. When I asked about it in person, 1 attendant said they didn't have any and the other person, who I spoke with on the phone, chimed in and said he told me they had one. 10 minutes later they were able to locate it.

- Suzanne (8/5): Other than that it was a good stay. - It was clean and a good location The staff - the person who checked me in took a long time to come to counter - even though no one was there. They were not present the entire time I was there. There were toddlers and little kids in hot tun playing ball one day and the next they had speakers and loud music while filming TikTok’s without supervision. All were young. No staff said anything. There were children dancing on tables and chairs in lobby.

- Maria (4/5): - The bedsheets on the bed and the pillows smelled like old man. As if someone had already slept in the bed and no one changed the linens. One towel seemed to have been used but rolled up as decoration. It also smelled like the bed. I didn't call down to have them change the bed sheets etc because i was only staying one night and I got to my room late on Christmas night. I just slept in my clothes on the only pillow that didn't smell. Very surprised as I've stayed at many Marriotts.
- Marilyn (5/5): Just very disappointing and thinking I should have gone to Hampton inn - The intake manager when I checked in was rude, but the manager the day I left was great. Although he couldn't adjust my 1st night because booking com messed up my reservation . I originally scheduled 2 nights of. King room. Which I finally changed over but they did not adjust the price and did not inform me of the difference in price. Also I was never told there would be no breakfast or food on 12/24 and 12/25! I have stayed in many courtyards including this one and this is the only time I have been disappointed! Manager no adjustment to my rate and no food or drink both days
- Yajaira (10/5): - Love that it was quiet, bed comfortable but not the pillows. Great bathroom amenities except missing lotion. Super cleaned and spacious bedroom. We checked in on the 24th of December seems the person working at the front desk wasn't too happy, no smile or welcome just like hurry up check in and leave me alone.. Sad the breakfast restaurant was closed and it was hard to find any place on tje area to eat since almost everything was closed.

- Shannon (6/5): - The hotel was fine. I think it was a bit misrepresented in the photos and reviews. The pool and hot tub area were dirty. There were dead bugs all around the hot tub and a cockroach in the pool. The shower had hair in it and there were crumbs on the rug in our room. Also, be aware there is no complimentary breakfast. It was my fault I assumed, but it’s good to know. The front desk staff were very friendly, however. Overall, ok but not what I was expecting for the price.

The manager Christian is completely unprofessional and rude and not only hung up on myself but my husband as well. We booked a room for my mother in law who was traveling from out of town the front desk lady who helped us said early check in was available as long as she had the exact time that they would arrive we told her the time when my mother in law arrived they told them there was nothing they could do and turned them away and told them to come back at 3pm. When we first made the reservation there was no indication we couldn’t cancel without getting a refund, when we booked no one informed us of this. So we ended up calling and cancelling that morning because they needed a room for the morning. My husband called today and Christian the MANAGER, argued with him told him he wouldn’t help us refused to give us customer service number I asked for his manager or superior and he told me NO ONE IS ABOVE HIM and that he was done talking to me and hung up the phone on us. He was absolutely unprofessional not caring about our experience or even offering to help us resolve this issue!!!!!!!!!!!

- Donna (4/5): - I chose this place to get good rest and feel safe. But my air conditioner did not work until like three in the morning they brought me a fan??? My microwave didn’t work. And some of the folded towels were badly stained with something brown. Gross! Something needs to be done to make it right at least a comp night or some5thing?!

- Christopher (8/5): Not bad, but you have a lot of choices in Omaha. - Location is great. Beds are comfortable. The walk-in showers allow water to go everywhere in the bathroom. You have to have multiple bathmats to soak up the water. Also, even though there is a no smoking policy in the hotel, my room had a smell similar to one that is trying to cover up a smoking smell. Not pleasant.

- mark (10/5): - We were in town to help remodel a family bathroom. Parents were at a different hotel that was NOT handicapped friendly and we needed to move them. Taylyn was so understanding and amazing helping us get them moved to a suitable room. We have stayed at this hotel many times over the years while visiting family. My only complaint is the bistro. It would be great to have other options at the hotel to eat other than the bistro. Having a continental breakfast for guests would be even better. Unfortunately, I find it to be overpriced and not enough workers for the time it is open. Will we go there again, Yes! The rooms are clean and comfortable; the staff has always been accommodating. Again, thank you to Taylyn for going above and beyond to make things work better for our family during this transition!

- Melinda (6/5): - I attempted to walk to an adjacent property along the sidewalk in front of the hotel. The sprinkler system had wet an area that was visible and I attempted to step over that and the area surrounding it was covered in slime. I fell and had my daughter not been there to help break the fall I could have been seriously injured. I did fall and scrape my leg and arm, but luckily no bones were broken. I attempted to bring this to the attention of the front desk and I got no more than a shrug. That's the reason I am even responding to the questionnaire.

- Taylor-Jayne (10/5): - It was beautiful and extremely clean. Staff super friendly and helpful. Pool was smaller than we expected bill and plain but as shown in the pictures. The bistro menu was small and a tad over priced but the bistro burger and fries were very flavorful and tasted better than a restaurant. The shampoo conditioner and body wash was eucalyptus scented and made you very clean and females will love the conditioner. Definitely recommend staying here. It was 15 minutes away from omaha and traffic was at the minimum at all times! Perfect stay and place! Thank you!
- Clint (8/5): - Spacious rooms. In fact, there was some underutilized space in the room. There is enough room against the wall for another table/surface of some kind, because with two people, it could have used another small table. The microwave and fridge setup is unique. But, the tv is pretty small by today's standards. I would've appreciated a few sizes up. But, they did have lots of channels. The A/C was effective and did what we asked. The shower is a traditional tub/shower. I'm waiting for hotels to switch to a purely shower sutup and ditch the tub with an annoying shower curtain. The beds were good and the pillows were sufficient. The hotel is in a quiet part of the Omaha metro area. I liked it. Plenty of stores and dining options. There was a bit of a swampy smell in the vicinity of the hotel. But, not bad at the hotel itself. There are walking/biking paths directly behind the hotel. I was traveling with my dog, and there are plenty of areas to walk the dog.

- Laura (6/5): - The Starbucks in the hotel was not really a full Starbucks coffee shop - the bar was part of the Star bucks ??? And the outside seating area did not have enough places to sit. The pool was super small for such a big hotel - I was not impressed and especially for the price I paid.

Any time we came down to enjoy the Bistro or have a drink in the lobby, the lobby was full of kids yelling and running around playing football or soccer in the sitting area and area in front of counter.

The price that Courtyard Marriot charges, you would think they would take complaints/repair requests more seriously. I am extremely disaapointed and will not book there agajn.

- bb99er (10/5): Nice Hotel - Three week stay. Front desk was very helpful and professional. Room was clean, a/c worked great, shower was nice, and the housekeeper was awesome. Good location, nice gym and pool, even has a fire pit. I had to marked down the bar. The ladies working the bar were very nice, professional and helpful. But only one person working either mornings or evenings...if you order food they go in the back to make it which leaves no one up front to take orders or make drinks. Also, Stevie behind the bar does not know how to use the espresso machine, first night I asked for a latte he said they don't serve coffee at night, next night he said the machine doesn't work...frustrating because when the ladies work the evenings they make me an iced latte. When I asked him about the price of my double drink (it was cheaper than I expected) he said the "double" button doesn't work on the register so I was getting all my double drinks for a single price, nice for me but not good for the hotel...consider training him on how use the coffee machine and the register.
