• Charilaos (7/5): - Overall well maintained and clean. Enough kitchen and living space and convenient bed rooms. Easy process for getting in the house, without need to interact with staff. The following were missing (compared to the advertisement): 1. Microwave (they brought one a day after we asked for it) 2. Satellite channels. There were none, only local channels and this wasn’t resolved. 3. Hot water. The boiler did not work, so for two nights we did not have hot water to shower at night. This was fixed the third day after we told them about this. This should have been checked before us using the property. Also, the location is not great. Not close to the beach, so you either have to walk 2-3 km or take the car to go to the beach. Also not close to Protaras avenue where the main shops/bars/restaurants of the area can be found. Kitchen appliances and fridge are old. Fridge didn’t keep temperature as low as expected after we included groceries. Also, after you book on booking, they send you a lot of extra messages within the booking message app and also outside of booking directly to your email, which is bad user experience and confusing. They also prescribe you to their mailing list and send you advertisements for sales of holiday villas. On-line check-in is required, where you need to provide full details like birthday of every single guest, which is a pain and needless.

• Mary (9/5): Architect's Villa - The villa was clean and had lots of utensils and everything we needed to cook etc. was very impressed that they had been thoughtful enough to leave milk, bread, wine, water, jam, teabags, coffee and sugar. Especially as we did not get to the villa until late. The villa had clean linen on the beds and air conditioning. Plenty of room for a family of five. We all enjoyed the pool and it was well maintained and cleaned whilst we were staying there. Was close to a taverna and shop and only five minutes drive to the beach and promenade which had lots of restaurants and bars some with children's play area.s. There was a bus stop outside the villa to. Very private and fairly quiet residential area. WhatsApp group set up so any questions answered quickly. Would definitely recommend.
