The staff was very caring and helpful. Overall the place is so nice and welcoming. I will tottally reccomend the place. The only thing is to find the place for a visitor, at some point I felt lost. But The address was correct. Just don't expect it to be like in the airport hotel. :P

I got dressed up for my wedding here and Abba just made me feel amazing about myself. The pictures at the property turned out gorgeous! The concept of naming the rooms inspired from flowers is very cute.

The room was very noisy, we could hear everything from the couple above, who where very much in their honeymoon phase, so we heard every noise. The hot water took a very long time to come through. There was no kettle in the room, so we could not make tea or coffee in our room which was frustrating.

Beim Frühstücksservice fehlt leider der Service. Es steht Frühstück da, man räumt sein dreckiges Geschirr weg, aber es kommt niemand der sich mal umschaut. Für uns war zum Beispiel kein sauberes Geschirr mehr vorhanden. Schade.

Einzig und allein, da das Zimmer so kalt war, muss ich leider in der Bewertung Punkte abziehen. Das Zimmer war im Keller und um die zehn Grad warm. Es war ja bekannt, dass wir kommen, dann hätte sich gut vorher darum gekümmert können, dass es eine normale Temperatur bekommt. Wir mussten in langer Kleidung schlafen und konnten nur zusammen gekuschelt unter der Bettdecke die Zeit verbringen. Sogar das Wasser zum trinken war kalt, dass es an den Zähnen weh tat, ohne im Kühlschrank gewesen zu sein. Der Pool bräuchte etwas mehr Pflege und Reinigung.

Only thing i would say, is i wish this place was pet friendly because my corgi dog is well behaved and wouldnt be a nuisance whatsoever.

Nicole (7/5): Enjoyed our stay - Love the heated pool, the breakfast spread especially the fresh fruits and the location. The bed was firm comfortable for us. Loved the outdoor breakfast area. The iron was top notch. The room was not very clean, hair clumps in the bathroom and hair on bedroom floor. The room is in need of a deep clean, caked on dust on baseboards and top of clothes rack. The walls and floors could use a deep clean.

Philip (9/5): Superb - Newton Villa is very nice and clean. There are plenty of parking and the staff, Abba, is very courteous. She showed me how to fetch hot water and made accommodation for my dietary need (Gluten-Free). The breakfast had good variety including eggs, fruits, cereal and pastries. The shared facilities like dining room, sitting room, gym, office, and laundry room are great. My room is quiet. Newton Villa is a very large house on a big plot of land in a nice residential area so it is very quiet. On the other hand the location is quite remote. Surprisingly Brampton is a very large suburb and it took a lot of driving time to get to the other side of Brampton. Another thing is the door of my room required strong force to shut and I was worried that the sound might disturb my neighbors.

Pedro (8/5): - It is placed in a beautiful neighborhood. The food places are not that conveniently located, but they are not too far. It is a very homey feeling, and my bedroom was ample and very clean. I was there one night and arrived late, so obviously the staff was almost at the end f their shift. I did not see anyone when I left.

Janet (8/5): - Even though I live in Toronto I’m unfamiliar with that part of the GTO. I was surprised by how spacious and grand the estates are in that neighbourhood - including Newton Villa. Sign in was quick and welcoming. The decor was well designed and exceptionally clean.
Jacqueline (8/5): - Truly beautiful place with the amenities you'd expect at a hotel. Hostess was lovely and very professional and welcoming. Continental breakfast was very nice and dining room was very clean. You had to ask for juice as it was not readily available with the tea and coffee. Perhaps they were limiting it... Bed was very comfortable and room and washroom were spotless. My only complaint was that our room was freezing most of the night, and there were no extra blankets in the room. Would stay again, but most likely in warmer weather.

Verified traveler (2/5): Didn't stay because of noise - I ended up leaving very shortly after check in because you could hear everything through out the building, people talking on the other side of the building, doors opening and closing etc. I was offered a room in a "quieter wing" but was asked to pay a substaintial difference to move rooms. I didn't feel confident there would be any meanigful difference in the sound proofing.

Francesca (8/5): Very good - It’s a nice place located in a affluent area. (I suppose the Villa was a private house before). As it’s October, we didn’t use the swimming pool, but for sure in Summer it’s very nice because they have a very big garden too. It would be useful to have a big central light in the room, not only the two little ones at the bed sight. There are no closet or drawers to put your clothes, just a couple of hangers which are not sufficient. The breakfast could include some juices

Bruce (6/5): Thank you for the good service. - Newton Villa was fine and our room was clean and quiet. Towels and bedding were of good quality and the bed was firm but comfortable. The bathroom was bright and well organized. The pool area and grounds were attractive and we felt very safe during our visit. The breakfast was good and everything seemed fresh. The carpets were stained and looked really worn and dirty (I know that our room had been freshly vacuumed and cleaned, but it still looked rather grimy). This really was a detractor from an otherwise good first impression. There is too much extra furniture and decoration everywhere. Fake electric fireplaces, pots and furniture on the landings should be cleared out.
