- Verified traveler (10/5): Cozy Stay - Cute little place. Cozy stay for a couple. The decor was really cute.
- William (10/5): - This is the pefect place to stay regardless of if you're passing through a there for a few days, can't go wrong. Every year I do a bike race in Castell but stay in Mason. This year we decided to go last minute and snagged a great deal on a stellar property that's so well done. The host and the prooerty I can't say enough about, just awesome!! Will plan the next visit for when we can use the start gazing tubs next to the fire pit, on this beautiful and eclectic property. DONT MISS OUT!!

- Walter (10/5): Covered wagon Guesthouse - We arrived in the dark and were met promptly. It was friendly and quaint rustic setting. Bottled cold water in the refrigerator.
- Jimmie (8/5): - Air conditioner cycling would wake us up.
- William (2/5): - Upon arriving at the facility my wife and I decided that there was NO WAY we would stay there. Property was a mess externally, building in need of repair. Frankly - it seemed like a house one might meet someone from Elm Street ... a real nightmare. We could not bring ourselves to even get out of our vehicle to check it out. Made a reservation at a hotel in Kerrville (another 66 miles away). On a 1 to 5 star rating I would give this one a -5.
- KERRY (10/5): Amazing!!! - This was the cutest little apartment. Quiet, amazing air conditioning, beds very comfortable, and there were cookies! Our hostess made sure we were welcome the moment we got here. We enjoyed watching the stars from the star gazing tubs and painting off the river rocks. And the decorations inside are so fun for the kids to look at. This was a wonderful experience.
- Tami (10/5): wonderful - Very nice stay the hostess told us about the restaurants around town and other attractions. Kitchenette was well stocked. Bathroom had all of the needed supplies. The atmosphere reminded you of the old west(covered wagon, lassos, etc). Very artsy environment. we will go back.
- Bonnie (10/5): - We were greeted by Bridget with a warm and friendly personality. Inside, there was a tiny covered wagon with candy to eat, and delcious cookies waiting for us. Everything was very clean. The covered wagon bed was very comfortable, pillows nice and soft, plenty of blankets, and fun stuff to do. Board game, Dvd's, books to read, and you could even paint some rocks. It was extremely quite and pleasant. A great experience.
- GERARD (10/5): - The entire environment is unique and classy
- Dennis (10/5): - Very unique and decorative property with outdoor amenities. Very relaxing and quiet, just minutes from downtown shopping. We will stay there again on our next trip
- Joshua (10/5): - The stay was just for the night. Somewhere to get some rest. As we arrived we weren’t sure if we were in the right place. Cell service is bleak. That’s when we saw a sign with our name on it. That was very neat. Once we pulled in we were greeted by Bridget and given a tour. It was a really nice experience. Would recommend for a couple.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The entire apt. Was so unique down to sleeping in a covered wagon! But the owner Bridget was so friendly and hospitable. We became instant friends.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Very quiet and well kept.
Little crowded on the inside with all the stuff, but it also made it very unique.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - A great place to spend a few days exploring the local area. Effort was made to give the accommodations an old time western flair. Kitchen was equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, toaster, Keurig, cooking and serving utensils, plates, bowls, glasses and cups.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Quiet, peaceful, restful, and decorated in western theme! We especially enjoyed the wagon covered bed.
- Ronald (10/5): Wagonwheel - Really nice and typically Texas!
- Joseph (10/5): For something different from the same old hotel ro - We had a great time at The Covered Wagon!! Bridget is very sweet and helpful and the room was super cute and comfortable. It was a great experience and fun!!
- Philip (10/5): - Great getaway👍
- John (10/5): - The covered wagon bed was a unique experience and very comfortable. Everything was super clean.
- Christopher (10/5): Wagon B and B - Fun place to stay! We enjoyed the room and hospitality. What a great place to stay with all of the comforts of home. Great location near to downtown Mason. Can’t wait to come back!
- Lucy (8/5): - The place is unique in that it has a certain theme. The covered wagon as a bed was enough to win us over. Everything was organized. Drawers were labeled so you didn't have to spend time going through each drawer. If you want to stargaze, there's an option to see the stars in the back. Very romantic. Very quiet place.
Not to mention cool AC, free WiFi and Cable TV, and cookies to greet you when you first arrive. We've got a winner here folks! Ms. Bridget is a great hostess!
Mason is just filled with lots of smiles as everyone is so friendly and approachable. If you're looking to stop by Mason, Covered Wagon B&B should be your home away from home. Thanks!
