- Patricia (10/5): vintage luxury! -
- DeJuana (8/5): - Host was great - very friendly and welcoming! Loved the home's character. Breakfast was delicious! The grounds of the home were unkempt.
- Griffith (10/5): Southern charm - Very courteous and friendly hosts. Knowledgeable and helpful. Would definitely recommend. Loved the old claw-foot tub. No disappointments.
- May (10/5): Best Place to stay in Nacogdoches. - My Host Rowan was not only likeable, but he was also an amazing host. He went out of his way to make sure I had whatever I needed. I can't think of anything.
- Kimberly (10/5): Fantastic find and excellent stay. - The history of the house was interesting and fun to learn about. The ability to walk into town to visit shops was a great distance, less than 10 minutes. N/A - The Bed and Breakfast was a great place to stay. I enjoyed the food that was made each morning, and the coffee was good. Would definitely book a stay again
- Guest (9/5): Wonderful B&B within walking distance to historical Nacogdoches - Great hosts, very comfortable and quite rooms
- jan (10/5): -
- Diana (10/5): - A beautiful place in this old Victorian home. CLEAN, COMFORTABLE, and close to everything we wanted to see and do. That we had to leave.
- CFA (10/5): - The host was amazing! Beds were very comfy. We look forward to coming back again soon!
- Dwyer (10/5): Wonderful experience - My wife and I enjoyed our stay. Rowan was very kind and accommodating with our meals. We had a wonderful visit with other guests and breakfast. Walking to the Fredonia Brewery makes this a great location. We enjoyed our stay in a little piece of Nac History!
- Sandy (10/5): College checkin for Parents/Grandparents made easy! - We were checking in our college grandson so location was close to SFA. There were other parents/families at bfst
doing the same so it was fun to meet them. Parking is behind the home as well as on the street. We came home exhausted and ended up bringing take out home for late dinner and were able to get utensils and glasses. If you have a late initial checkin, they'll give you instructions, then a key for house and room for your stay. We will definitely stay when we go back for visitis! Book early! There are stairs to get to your room, so be aware if that is a problem for you. Pack light! :)
- floyd (10/5): - Location Low toilet
- Brewer (10/5): - Breakfast was good and the house was beautiful.
- Guest (10/5): Lovely place to stay. - I was able to access my room earlier than normal checkin. The Crockett Room is wonderful - a mix of old and new. My husband loves the bed and pillows. Breakfast was phenomenal. It's like staying with family.

- Guest (9/5): We would definitely come for another visit! - Breakfast was amazing! Cooked to perfection, well rounded with fruit and banana bread, eggs, bacon and toast. Owner was very kind and friendly. House was beautiful. Our room was a little cluttered with too much furniture but was very comfortable, none the less. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch. Table/chairs could be cleaned, but it was very pleasant out there.
- Guest (10/5): -
- Pam (10/5): - Good parking. Flexible arrival coordination and good communication. Welcoming cold bottle of water in the fridge outside the rooms and welcoming mint on the dresser. Nice room, good shower.

- Anonymous (8/5): We will come back - should we go back to Nacogdoches. - Hostess was enjoyable and very engaging. Breakfast hit the spot Being elderly, the stairs did present a problem; but we knew that before the booking. Only real negative is that toilet is very low and difficult to get up and down.

- Janis (10/5): Excellent bed & breakfast in the heart of Nacogdoches - I liked the house because it was built in the late 1800’s, had wonderful antique furniture and appointments, yet it had been upgraded with new bathroom facilities. Our room was roomy and parking was on the property. Kim was

- Annamarie (8/5): Loved my girls trip with my daughter - Nice no hassle check in. They had a great breakfast! And it was nice and clean. I would have preferred the option to have breakfast in my room, instead of socializing with people I didn’t know.

With its Roku tv, you could log into any of your streaming services for your evening entertainment. Its proximity to the Fredonia hotel came in handy as most eateries, and the brewery, were closed the day we arrived. The hotel bar had Fredonia brewery beers on tap and good food.
The hot breakfast in the morning was very delicious. Plus, the host and hostess were extremely nice and welcoming!

- Janet (10/5): Comfortable stay in the oldest town in Texas - The location was great. Easy walk to nearby Fredonia Brewery and eating options in historic town center. Historic inn run by lovely innkeepers who are very nice and thoughtful. Excellent breakfast every morning. Ample on site parking; air conditioning and ceiling fan in room to keep Texas heat/humidity at bay. Very comfy bed. I also appreciated the small fridge with bottled waters and tourist info located near stairwell for all guests. Nothing. To be honest, I had thought I was booking a different B&B initially- one we had experienced years ago. That turned out to be a happy accident. I would definitely return to this one again.
