Roztahovaci gauc potrebuje vymenit, cely apartman ma uz nieco za sebou, aj ked nam na jednu noc bez problemu splnil potrebne.... Neda sa tam vyvetrat, je to dlhy byt s oknom len na jednej strane....klimatizacia vsak funguje dobre (celkovo 3 vnutorne jednotky).

- Luis-78 (1/5): Posizione comoda ma camera poco confortevole - La posizione è perfetta anche se il parcheggio pubblico in strada è spagamentosulle strisce blu. Letti vecchi e scomodi. Porta del bagno non si chiude. Cornetta della doccia rotta. Acqua calda nel bidet non arriva.

L’unica difficoltà è dovuta alla rama di scale per raggiungere la stanza, con il passeggino è un pò complicato, ma non impossibile, per questo vi dico che ci ritornerei comunque.

- Riccardo (1/5): - Appartamento con scarsissima pulizia, la finestra del bagno era piena di escrementi di piccione, nel pavimento c'era polvere e capelli. Gli infissi vecchissimi e usurati, e il bastone della tenda si è staccato quando ho spostato la tenda per aprire la porta. La finestra che da sulle scale interne era rotta e non si poteva aprire. In cucina non c'era una tovaglia per apparecchiare il tavolo e nemmeno un canovaccio per asciugare i piatti, sostituito da un asciugamano da bagno. Non vale assolutamente i soldi spesi, e non è nemmeno giustificato dalla zona in cui si trova, sarebbe quasi da segnalare per le gravi carenze igieniche

- Anita (9/5): Nice large appartement at a good location. - Nice, spacious apartment. With very comfortable beds! And, if anything is wrong, there's someone close by to help. I our case the batteries from the a/c control were empty. Within 10 minutes new ones were brought! Nothing.

I didn't like that the flat had very little sunlight and it had a very strong and weird smell like a dead rat , and even after complaining and asking for being placed in another flat there was no answer. If you can find out that the problem with the smell is solved I can say that it's a very nice cozy flat for a couple or going alone

- Marcin (1/5): - AVOID THIS HOST Do NOT trust this host. This place is a trap and a risk for your personal data and money. The host demanded that I send photos of my ID via WhatsApp, even though the listing stated only to show an ID at check-in. After I provided all legally required details in writing, the host still refused to let me in and denied me access to prepaid accommodation. This is a clear violation of Booking.com rules, Italian law, eu law and GDPR. Extremely unprofessional and unsafe behavior – I strongly warn other travelers not to book this property.

- Mariana (9/5): - O apartamento é muito grande, muito bonito. Destaco o quarto com banheira, incrível. Recomendo vivamente. Infelizmente a internet não funcionava pelo apartamento todo (falhava, sobretudo, na zona dos quartos). Como ponto de melhoria apenas, a cozinha poderia ter forno ou microondas e uma torradeira (a que estava no apartamento não funcionava).

- Adriana (6/5): appartement très très bien situé, mais peut mieux faire en terme d'équipement. - Le point fort de l'appartement est clairement sa localisation: au pied du quartier historique du Castello, il suffit de descendre la rue et on tombe sur un supermarché bien remplie, une place pleine de bon restaurants et de glaciers, et si on descend encore on tombe sur la rue avec tous les bars. Et quand on continue c'est la rue des magasins. On est aussi à 5/7 min des nombreux arrêts de bus qui nous emmène à la plage. Bref, tout est dans un mouchoir de poche dont l'appartement se trouve au centre. La chambre est top, la literie confortable et bien faite et la salle de bain nickel. L'accès est bien indiqué, l'hôte est réactif. En arrivant , l'appartement était propre. Il manque trop d'équipement. Rien que dans la cuisine: il n'y a pas de micro-onde, pas de torchons pour la vaisselle, trop peu de vaisselle. Dans la chambre: il n'y a pas assez de rangement pour les vêtements (rien qu'un portant avec des cintres et 5 ou 6 cases, personnellement je trouve ça trop peu à 2) Pour le ménage: il y a une machine à laver mais pas d'étendoir pour faire sécher le linge. L'appartement était très humide (il n'y a qu'une fenêtre qui donne sur la rue, et qui est à l'opposé de la salle de bain. Il donne sur la rue donc ça ne donne pas envie d'ouvrir souvent). Ça donne aux serviettes et au linge qui sèchent une odeur pas agréable. Il n'y a pas de balais non plus, et comme on allait souvent à la plage, le sable et la saleté s'accumulaient sans qu'on puisse nettoyer, laissant nos pieds sales. Le salon (ou plutôt l'entrée) est bizarrement faite: il y a un canapé qui donne sur un mur vide, 2 chaises hautes au milieu de la pièces, la télé devant la table à manger.

L'appartement était très beau mais pas très fonctionnel : l'eau giclait violemment des robinets dès qu'on les ouvrait, la douche gouttait et il n'y avait pas de pommeau de douche flexible, juste le pommeau de douche fixe qui n'est pas très pratique pour se rincer. De plus, il n'y avait pas de dosettes de café ou de thé quand nous sommes arrivés et nous avons dû attendre 1h30 avant de récupérer les clés car le ménage n'était pas fini.

More soap, shampoo and toilet paper should have been provided given we were staying for a week. More information on how to deal with rubbish/recycling would be helpful.
- Beth (4/5): Location good but apartment was disappointing and poor value for money. - Location was very good. Concierge available on WhatsApp and was very helpful and responsive with enquires and requests. Overall quality of apartment furnishings very basic. Tatty bedcover and no mattress protector. The "balcony" was just a door/window onto an inner courtyard that was used for storing utility items. It was dark with very little natural light and needed lights on inside all the time.
- Kayleigh (8/5): Perfect city location in a spacious apartment - We stayed in the largest apartment and it was really spacious, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. It was a great location, barely 2 minute walk to one of the central Piazzas, with plenty of restaurants and bars. The bath was deep and big, plenty of hot water too. Please be aware this apartment only has one window so there’s not loads of natural light, but we went out most of the day so it didn’t bother us. The coffee machine also did not work and appeared to have a piece missing, also not a big issue as there were plenty of cafes nearby.
- Glenis (2/5): Felt totally stressed after a weeks stay - couldn’t sleep because of uncomfortable bed - Location Shower awful took pictures door broken - no soap holder - disgusting - floor coming up in a few places pieces throughout, leftover soap. Only 2 rolls of half full loo roll. 1 tea towel- coffee machine broken. No duvet cover or pillowcases for uncomfortable sofa bed. Requested a balcony - wasn’t one. Numerous more complaints. Can I request a refund !!!!

- Bernard (7/5): Generally speaking: ok - Comfortable apartment, convenient size for a family/group of three or four. Nicely laid out and not too far from points of interest of the city and/or transportation to move around. Cleaning lady quite friendly. Laundry bags permanently left on the stairs and on the pathway (most probably for the lack of space). No possibility of storage for cases, which would be beneficial when travelling back in the afternoon/evening, given that check out time is at 11am. Communication for collecting documents, and giving general information on the city could be anticipated and not left at the last minute, leaving only the instructions for entering the property on the day of arrival. Contact with the property a bit ‘dry’.
