Maria rosaria (10/5): Gioiello nelle Marche - Dimora storica. Pezzi d' antiquariato ovunque. Un' immersione nell' arte, nella storia ,nei profumi che inebriano le aree comuni. Oltre ad essere ad un passo dal mare con ristorantini e bar. Oltre alla vista meravigliosa che godevo dal terrazzo. Colazione delicata e deliziosa ( crostate , yogurt...prosciutto...). Pulizia eccellente. Bagni marmorei .Stanza comoda e superaccessoriata con ottimo gusto. Nonostante la vicinanza al treno non si e' sentito nulla. Non dormivo cosi bene da anni. Staff disponibilissimo Nulla.

Great to swim and a couple of great restaurants and a bar right on the beach Nothing . We thought checking in would be hard as it is remote- it is easy

Rossella (9/5): Rilassante - Soggiornare in questa villa hotel è stata un'esperienza davvero incantevole. La struttura si trova in una posizione comodissima, a due passi dal mare, il che rende le giornate in spiaggia estremamente facili e piacevoli. Ciò che colpisce subito è l'atmosfera: la villa è un'oasi di tranquillità, fresca e accogliente, perfetta per rilassarsi. La pulizia è impeccabile in ogni angolo, e il personale è incredibilmente gentile e disponibile. La signora Francesca, la gestrice, è un vero tesoro: la sua cortesia e la sua premura ti fanno sentire subito a casa. La colazione è un altro punto a favore: ricca e deliziosa, con prodotti freschi e di qualità per iniziare al meglio la giornata. Consiglio vivamente questa villa hotel a chi cerca una vacanza rilassante, con la comodità del mare vicinissimo e l'ospitalità calorosa che fa la differenza. Se proprio devo trovare un difetto, i materassi potrebbero essere più comodi. Ma, onestamente, è un piccolo neo che passa in secondo piano rispetto a tutti gli aspetti positivi di questo soggiorno.

Adriana (10/5): Amazing stay for vacation, families, couples, honeymoon or other anniversaries. For us it was simply fantastc! - Amazing! One of the best stays we had so far! Property conveniently located in walking distance from the beach, restaurants, local church, convenience stores and market. The interior and rooms feel royal! Spacious, great views, breakfast was very good and of course great espressos and capucino. The host and hotel manager extremely nice people, welcoming and always available. Nothing really.

Robert (8/5): A beautiful Italian villa next to the beach. - A beautiful Italian Villa with some interesting Italian antique furnishings. Situated next to the beach which has some delightful little restaurants for during day and night. Delightful staff, helpful & spoke good English. Breakfast in the courtyard garden was very tasty. A few Parking spaces outside hotel if you’re lucky. Otherwise you have to park on station car park a short walk away. Trains run very close to Villa but the double glazed windows prevented them disturbing our sleep.

Breakfast dreadful - Very nice reception area Breakfast was extremely disappointing - prepacked biscuits, long life cakes etc. Poorest quality that we have had in Italy in over 20 years of travel. I did not know that the East Coast railway line carried so much traffic during the night and it certainly disturbed my sleep on many occasions They appear to employ only one person!
