Guest Reviews
- Christina (10/5): - Colin & Lisa who own the guest house are a really nice, down-to-earth couple, nothing too much trouble. We were left to come and go as we pleased.
The house is spotlessly clean.
Our room (No.4) was very spacious with twin beds, large bath &over shower.
The location is great, lots of small shops and cafes 2 minutes’ walk away.
Would defiantly recommend
Breakfast was great, all you could ask for and well cooked.

It’s perfectly located for all local amenities.
Kelso is perfect for visiting the Borders but also for Holy Island and the north east coast of England -the reason for my visit. Ideally I prefer a double bed but the singles in my very spacious room were comfortable.

- Bigbazwaller (8/5): Excellent stay in Kelso - B&B Wasing a great location in the centre of the town. Owners were excellent and called ahead to let us know we could have an early check in. Great service. The room was slightly lopsided, so you feel off balance quite a bit. I guess this is due to the way the property has settled over time and the history of the place.

Colin & Lisa were excellent hosts who were very helpful from advising where to eat and things to do and places to walk. It's an older Georgian property next to the Town Square and well kept. There was a lovely breakfast to start each day perfectly. We'd definitely come back.

- Donald (8/5): Kelso Civic Week - Very pleasant stay in Kelso during the Civic week. B&B is centrally located but also off the main central street so it is very quiet. Couple that run the B&B are very accommodating and helpful.
