- Grace (2/5): - There were stains on every single bed sheet and pillow. We had a cockroach in our room. Some cocoon creatures on the ceilings. The shower head is something out of a nightmare. I’ve honestly never stayed in a dirtier room in my life. But the front desk staff were nice. Stay somewhere else.

- Martin (2/5): - Upon arrival their were ready to charge me for the stay even though I provided reservations information. After clearing things out they were asking me for my driving license and my government identification to hold them in a very insecure location. After going back and forth I asked them to cancel my reservation bc I was not going to be driving without driving license or without any proper identification. Very rude new administrator and really a poor educated arrogant person. After all she was not able to cancel my reservation nor she didn’t want to try as well.

Ots a nice humble quiet place. Wpuld be little better of they wpuld put little refegerator in each room.

- ontheroadkev (10/5): Great price, very accommodating - We stayed her for two nights before and two nights after out two week humanitarian service trip. 4 adults and 4 kids. Clean and well kept. Both times I made my reservation and pre paid thru Trip Advisor, both times they had no record of my reservation. After presenting my reciept they accommodated our group. One night we stayed in separate rooms, 4 each but otherwise in the big 8 bed room! Very nice to be all together. This is 15-20 min from the airport and near nothing, so you need a rental car. Management speaks no English, so Spanish is a must too. Close to the new Walmart and only a couple blocks from MaxiPali. No restaurants nearby.
- azim (8/5): Good economical place. I used a share for dorm - Kitchen and dorm bathroom too small for 4 but friendly people and for the price it is great value. Staff and management are very friendly. Will use it again if I am in the area. For people taking rooms, rooms are great and had WIFI too. Happy Holiday Season to all travellers.

- elivann2016 (6/5): Good enough for it's price. - It's a really affordable place to stay and confortable enough, but be certain that it's not even a two stars hotel. But if in a hurry is a good choice. It is pretty but the rooms inside are not so confortable but again is very affordable.
- atorres347 (8/5): Missionary Trip - During the month of april we visit managua with a mission group (25 peoples). We got there late that day, the person in charge by that time was really friendly, helpful and very kind. The rooms and all facilities were clean. Safe environment, air condition works great with a 90 plus degrees outside. Price can't complain. This place is more than expected. Soke with the owner and it was like i knew him. definitely if i need a stay in managua will be here next time.
