- RODRIGUEZ (2/5): Pensaria 2 veces volver a CASA ANDINA PIURA - El area de la piscina y el bar son las zonas mas bonitas que vi. La comida es rica. Buena ubicacion del hotel, cerca al aeropuerto - Al momento del check-in me cobraron, luego a la hora de haber llegado me dijeron que me habian cobrado de mas, anularon mi pago, me volvieron a cobrar pero menos, luego me dijeron que se habian equivocado y que en principio me habian cobrado bien y volvieron a anular y me volvieron a cobrar. Un caos. - No habian toallas limpias en la zona de piscina (al menos en el momento que estuve ahi) . Le pedi a un personal de limpieza toallas limpias y despues de esperar 15 minutos, la persona nunca llego y me fui chorreando agua a mi habitacion. - En recepcion me dijeron que una de las habitaciones que reserve incluia desayuno, pero finalmente no estaba incluido y tuve que pagar adicional y eso que ya habia hecho un upgrade de standard a premium. - Estando hospedado tuve que salir por trabajo y deje a mi mama con mi hija de 3 años en el hotel, le deje a mi mama la llave de la habitacion y le indique que cualquier cosa que pida, que dijera mi nombre y numero de mi habitacion para que me lo carguen ahi y luego pagarlo, y le negaron el almuerzo a ella y a mi hija de 3 años de edad porque no deje garantia (entiendo que no deje garantia,pero fue porque no pensaba almorzar en el hotel, pero por un tema de empatia podian haberle dado el almuerzo, mis cosas estaban en la habitacion, no me iba a ir del hotel sin pagar.) - Al dia siguiente mi esposa almorzo con mi hija en el restaurante "La plaza", pago el almuerzo y en la noche le dijeron que no habia pagado el almuerzo, luego verificaron que si lo habia pagado, pero como se reservo por booking, el precio del almuerzo era diferente y que tenian que anular el pago y volverle a cobrar, es decir, realizar el mismo procedimiento que al momento del check-in.

El gerente o encargado del hotel fue prepotente y grosero en el check out. Salimos antes del hotel por el pésimo servicio.

La habitación muy moderna, espaciosa, con luz natural y vistas a la calle, dotadas de un buen acristalamiento que evita escuchar el ruido del tránsito piurano y permite un descanso confortable. Un baño amplio con mucha luz, una ducha espaciosa y elegante que apetece usar.
