Guest Reviews
- peter (5/5): A little break. - The staff. Really lovely really helpful. Christos was great.
Wonderful location. Our suite, it really needed comfy armchairs. The kitchen wasnt great. The equipment needs a good updating. It kind of appears to be existing on past glories. Outside seating in poor condition.
- Gilles (8/5): Séjour très agréable - Le calme de la location, la piscine et le jardin magnifique , les chats câlins . L’hôte est très réactif La maison est bien mais un peu vieillissante . Et manque de quelque petite chose comme une machine à café .
- Abhro (10/5): If we return to Cyprus we will definitely stay here again. - Location - close to airport and facilities but away from bustle. Nestled in the country side.
Rustic.
Secluded- offering peace and privacy.
The manager was an excellent host. NA
- Conlon (10/5): Exceptional - The whole family loved everything about this place. It is so beautiful and in a peaceful area within a few minutes' drive of supermarket and restaurant. Had a couple of minor issues trying to figure out a/c, but this was addressed very quickly by the property owners. The owners were great and left us to ourselves, but were always just a call away if there were any problems. It really was perfect for us and we couldn't recommend this highly enough. We will definitely be back. If you are not sure about booking, just do it, you will be glad you did. Nothing.. Couldn't fault it.
- James (9/5): An ideal place to relax and recharge - A great place which was mainly quiet and private, ideal for a family holiday together. The villa is quite far from amenities so I’d recommend hiring a car but Christos kindly drove us to the supermarket to pick up supplies.
- Simone (8/5): Great experience of old Cyprus - Great quiet little courtyard of villas. Great facilities and amenities Dated and a little tired but didn’t spoil the stay
- Linda (6/5): Tiny kitchen - The pool area was very good The kitchen was tiny , no worktop space and not room for two people at one time. The whole apartment was was dark and dated.
- John (4/5): Such a disappointment having stayed previously. - It’s location and setting It is very ‘tired’.
- Vlad (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sarah (10/5): beautiful, clean, very well maintained two bed property with private pool. Absolutely loved it. - the property was lovely, a spacious two bed with private pool, parking included. Very easy access to the main routes with a car across Southern Cyprus. Had everything you needed washing machine, dish washer, etc. Beautiful property and location. Very easy to contact the host. The pool was clean, sun loungers, umbrellas and towels provided. Would 100% book again next time we are in Cyprus. i think the photos on booking don't do the property justice enough, its a great place.
- Maria (8/5): Great stay but communication can be better. - The pool and villa were great, comfortable and located at a peaceful location with food options nearby. The property was clean and the surrounding cute cats were a bonus :) We enjoyed our stay. -During our arrival, nobody was there to greet us, show the property or even let us in the villa. No instructions were sent via booking either. I had to call and the person who picked up was not the one responsible for the property (not at the time at least). It gave a very unwelcoming feeling. We did not see the staff at any point during our stay.
-The photos and description of facilities mention kids club and outdoor toys which were nowhere to be seen. I have enquired about them as it was one of the reasons that I have booked the particular property. The lady which was on the phone reverted me to the local person who deals with question. We have sent a text and received no response.
- Michalis (9/5): Superb -

- Elena (10/5): The best possible stay for nature and peace lovers. - The apartment met all our needs. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you can possibly need or even conceive for cooking (even skewers, baking tray and so on). The bed and the pillows are very comfortable. The bathroom is large with a huge shower. The room is nicely decorated with handcrafted real wood furniture (most of), and handcrafted mosaics, so that the place has a lot of personality. The environment is just breathtaking: the apartment is located in a EXTREMELY beautiful garden, very well maintained and with an incredible variety of plants ; it looks like a botanical garden. The pool is also very nice, large enough for the small number of guests . The staff is incredibly nice and caring. We were welcomed with fruits and wine and the host took news several time (we spent there one week ) in order to check if everything was ok and offered us more beverages and even croissants during our stay. A gentle and silent cat in the garden, which does not disturb in any way, adds to the feeling of being home. We felt exceptionally well.
- Ashvin_g (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely villa in a nice and quiet location.
- Pawel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Amy (3/5): Poor -
- Yann (10/5): - court mais très bon séjour en famille dans cet hebergement. Nous l'avions choisi egalement pour sa proximité avec l'aeroport de Paphos
- Douglas (9/5): Superb -
- Peter (7/5): In general, the positives outweigh the negatives - Very calm and beautiful place to stay. We were only guests in there that is why we had whole place just for us. We loved all the trees, birds, cats. Outdated interior, old furniture, smell in the wardrobe, less equipped kitchen, fireplace not working, some problems with drain in the kitchen.
- Giulia (10/5): Exceptional - Great location (close to paphos city and airport but in a quiet and green area), very well equipped house, great welcome - the host was super kind, at arrival we found complimentary water, coffee, tea, bread, buttter, cheese, ham and fruit! And a bottle of wine! Thanks to Christos and Augustina for their kindness!
- Anna (9/5): Relaxing place, lovely people and so nice to see the sun after a long winter - beautiful and so peaceful in February/March. most of the time we had it to ourselves. I loved the pool area and garden and my toddler absolutely loved exploring it. Not like is too strong but just a note that cooking is quite hard as the kitchen is tiny and the job very high up. But all the facilities were there and the free fruit and other food provided was such a nice touch.
If you go out to eat, I strongly recommend leaving Anarita. There are some great restaurants a short drive away- my faves were Efraim Tavern in Kouklia and Londos Perasma cafe on the b6. The people running the restaurants in Anarita were lovely- food not so much.
- Elena (10/5): Exceptional -
- Piotr (9/5): friendly staff, surprised us one day with cookies, the next day with fresh fruits. The house was clean, we visited Cypru -
- Douglas (9/5): Superb -
- Lisanne (9/5): Superb - We got spoiled everyday by getting some delicious fruit and other things. The pool looks amazing (although it was to cold to swim in) Lots of noice of the pool pomp in the bedroom, starting early in the morning.
- Alison (9/5): Superb -
- Oleg (10/5): Exceptional -
- Leslie (7/5): Good - Location great.
Kristof is great, nothing is too much trouble This year there seemed to be a lot more ants and spiders
- Leslie (8/5): Very good -
- Sharon (8/5): Very relaxing break in a very peaceful village. - We stayed in the 2 bedroomed villa with a private pool. This is a beautiful place if you are looking for peace an quiet. It has two double bedrooms, a large living/dining area and a small shower room. It has a small swimming pool which was maintained well, 4 sun loungers and lots of outside space - including two barbeques.
Anarita is a very quiet village which does not have any shops/bars so a car is needed but you are very close (5-10 minute drive) to restaurants (Mandria & Timi), supermarkets and beaches: Mandria - not the best beach as it's quite pebbly but sunloungers are free and there is a small bar. Bonamare beach is also close by and if you want a bit more of a luxourious beach, drive to Cabana Beach Bar, where you can find luxury sun loungers, waiter service and a beach bar. Anarita is only a 20 minute drive from the harbour, where you can find plenty of shops and restaurants. The roads in Cyprus are very good and well maintained.
The host was very friendly and helpful. There was a welcome pack of food (bread, milk, cheese, margarine, wine, fruit, tea, coffee and sugar) waiting on arrival, along with toilet rolls and shower gel. Towel and beach towels are provided. Free wi-fi is also available.
The villa is set in a little complex which also consists of a 3 bedroomed villa, a 2 bedroomed apartment and a 1 bedroomed apartment - theses properties share a pool. There is also a tiny little chapel in the courtyard. Kitchen equipment - although there were plenty of plates, glasses and cups, there were only two pans in the whole kitchen (a frying pan and a very large saucepan), also, there were no chopping knives to prepare salad/fruit etc. and we had to go to buy one.
Bathroom - the bathroom was very small compared to the size of the property. However, the shower was powerful and the water was hot.
Steps - if you don't have good mobility, there are quite a few steps to climb to access the property.
TV- the TV was small compared to the size of the room. It wasn't a smart TV so we were unable to log in to Netflix etc. and we were unable to view any English channels.
- Likeabadhabit (8/5): Pleasant weekend stay in villa with private pool - Beautiful location in the village of Anarita, very quiet and peaceful. The villa was spacious and traditionally decorated, the bedrooms large with comfy beds. Excellent power shower with hot water and large functional kitchen. Lovely outdoor area and private pool. No one was available at the property to check us in, had to call a couple of times to get someone to hand us the keys. A few items I would have expected to find in the kitchen were missing, such as oven gloves and knives. We had a bit of an ant problem in the kitchen and bathroom during our stay. The air conditioning units could do with upgrading.
- Janet (10/5): Beautiful accomodation with pool, great for the kids and us too. Will be returning for sure. - Located very close to the airport but still away from the noise. The villa was exceptional and the pool, well what can I say! Absolutley brilliant! We had a car so we could get to the shops, bars etc but honestley we didnt want to leave the villa. It is a "shared" pool but it only accomodates 3 villas in total so never crowded. It was fantastic and we cant wait to return. Nothing
- Marina (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kirsty (10/5): Exceptional - Very quiet and beautiful place. Conveniently near to the airport, with a beautiful pool. Host was very friendly and helpful. Provided a little welcome pack for our arrival. Added bonus of a restaurant within walking distant of villa. Olivios, would recommend that too. Very welcoming.
- Theo (6/5): Efficient management - Unfortunately the place was fully booked and the reservations manager contacted me personally almost immediately to say so to minimise any inconvenience. Alternatives were not available but I would go there if I get the chance to next time I’m in Cyprus
- alison (10/5): Really sweet place and close to the airport - Lovely place, really sweet. we only stayed overnight before our early flight home (close to the airport) very clean, welcoming, warm and comfortable. Christos was very accommodating (& waited for us as we were running late!) we were left wine, water and fruit. The pool looked lovely too, wished we could have swam but too cold (Feb) . there was a small kitchen too which was handy. would def stay again and wish we could have stayed longer. Only very small gripe, the second single bed was a camp bed, which may suit a child but we were four adults (my one daughter did manage to sleep on it though but not sure if she would have liked it for any longer. But as I said before, i’d Definitely stay again,
