• Stefanos (8/5): Καλή για τα λεφτά της! - Η τοποθεσία ήταν καλή! Δεν είχαμε κλείσει με πρωινό. Ο χώρος ήταν όμορφος και πρακτικός. Περιείχε σαπουνάκια για ντους κτλ. Πάρκινγκ ακριβώς έξω από το σπιτάκι στο πεζοδρόμιο. Ψυγείο και κουζίνα πλήρως ικανοποιητικά. Δε μου άρεσε που δεν ήταν φουλ καθαρό. Φαίνεται ότι έχει γίνει ανακαίνιση κτλ ωστόσο χρειάζεται ακόμα περισσότερη συντήρηση για να γίνει άριστο.

• Lisa (10/5): - The apartment was exactly as per the photos. They are done to a high standard, all modern fittings. The kitchen has a clean hob, fridge, and counter tops. The lounge area is enough to sit and relax, leading to a lovely balcony with a smashing view of the hills and olive trees. Bedroom is very spacious. Bathroom has fabulous sink and shower. Lights all controlled by high tech panels. Pretty sparling touches in the decor. Staff exceptionally helpful. Great breakfast.

Evening, night times, rooms were very dark, need better lamps for light. No Coat rack or hooks for amy jackets.

• Gillian (9/5): - Stayed in February for one night, so didn't make use of any facilities, so can't comment on pool etc.. Apartments really great with everything you would need for your stay. Nice contemporary decor, all looking very new. Location fantastic, just minutes walk from the main Coral Bay strip, where you'll find ample bars and restaurants. Would definitely stay here if in this area again. Everything was great

• Trankmann (5/5): Not good not terrible - The staff was helpful and solved some of the problems well. The sheets and bed was clean. 1) The room strongly stink with smoking, even after 24 hours of the stay and constant ventilating and open windows. 2) There was no sauna included, because it was out of order and wasnt fixed after our request (were there 2 nights). We chose to book the apartment because there was sauna in the deal. 3) There was no hot water the arrival day evening and 2nd day morning. Only had hot water with solar mid day, they fixed the problem with the boiler after 24h of our stay but also made unconveniance. Would suggest to test the electric boilers in time to time (how they work without solar). 4) The pictures for marketing much better than the real situation, the place has had a renovation but today it is wore off and does not look up the standard they are marketing. 5) The kitchenware was not very clean. 6) The apartment is very tiny, for equal price you can get 2x bigger place. Would not visit the place again. It wasnt horrible, i have seen much worse accomondations but it is definitly not worth the price. Could get a much better deal for the same price. The information on booking was not accurate (sauna not included, room quality).

• mandy (7/5): A lovely good value hotel with excellent food but would not return - Location fantastic, Food and drink very reasonable and excellent quality. Bar staff worked really hard and were great. Checking in was swift and professional and so was changing a faulty toaster and hairdryer. Pool area was lovely and a perfect size for the hotel. Very good value for money. We have stayed in this hotel before and had a really lovely time. However , the hotel seems to attract local English workmen sometimes in dirty work clothes who would be better off in a working mans club . On occasions they took up the whole of the seating area outside the bar. My main issue, and other quests were complaining , was the incredibly bad language (2 men in particular)and local ex pats who bring dogs in when its a pet free hotel. The restaurant is small and adjacent to the bar where smoking is permitted. This hotel is losing a lot of money as people were eating/drinking out to avoid listening to the noise/ language most days. We would have spent so much more time round the pool but it was not relaxing at all. Beds were only changed 3 times in the 13 days we were there. Towels smelt of smoke.

• Zuzana (3/5): - The only pros of this hotel are the location and the staff. The supermarket, restaurants and the beach are close to the apartments, and the staff was nice and friendly. This was probably one of the worst accommodations I’ve ever stayed at. Firstly, we expected the room to be clean. However, the dishes were dirty, the sofa as well, and the inside of the wardrobe was full of crumbs. They hadn’t even taken out the trash from the previous guests. Secondly, I expected the cleaners to do their job properly during the week. The only thing they did was take out the trash (when we asked them to) and change the towels. They barely did anything else, which was very disappointing. Thirdly, the air conditioning worked very poorly. When I turned it off, it somehow switched on by itself. At night we wanted it to stay off, but it started running again and we ended up getting sick. Fourthly, the worst thing was that there were ants and cockroaches in the room. I was surprised, because we cleaned the dishes every day and kept the room tidy (since the cleaners didn’t), but they were still there. Lastly, I was very disappointed with the gym and the sauna. The gym had a very unpleasant smell, and the sauna was small and charged extra, which definitely wasn’t worth the money.

• Jane (9/5): - Nice big clean apartment with a comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen There was a crack in the bath covered up with a mat but everything else was in very good condition The pool area possibly doesn't get any sun but the beach is nearby and absolutely beautiful Handy for the shops, restaurants and also the supermarket Just to note, there isn't a lift if you have trouble with stairs. Overall, a brilliant place to stay for the price

• Carstairs (10/5): Highly recommend Neptune apartments! We will definitely be going back. - Literally everything about this hotel was amazing. Perfect location, the apartments were gorgeous, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay, it was excellent value for money, the food was lovely & we will 100% be going back. My only issue was that one of the air conditioning units was a bit "iffy" & we had to get maintenance out to fix it. That was literally the only issue we had there. Everything else was perfect.

Hotel has a nice pool, bar and a small gym. Spacious one bed apartment recently updated. Some maintenance issues with the room and limited food offering on site. Poor free WiFi signal.
