Από την πρώτη επικοινωνία μέχρι και την αναχώρηση, η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν εξαιρετική, με ευγένεια, προθυμία και πραγματικό ενδιαφέρον για να περάσουν όλοι όμορφα και άνετα. Τα δωμάτια ήταν πολύ καθαρά, προσεγμένα και φιλόξενα, ενώ οι χώροι είχαν μια ζεστή και ευχάριστη ατμόσφαιρα που έκανε τους καλεσμένους μας να νιώσουν σαν στο σπίτι τους. Μέσα στο άγχος και την οργάνωση ενός γάμου, ήταν τεράστια ανακούφιση να ακούμε μόνο όμορφα σχόλια από όλους για τη διαμονή τους. Η φιλοξενία, το χαμόγελο και ο επαγγελματισμός των ανθρώπων έκαναν πραγματικά τη διαφορά και συνέβαλαν ώστε το τριήμερο του γάμου μας να μείνει αξέχαστο σε όλους ❤️ Σας ευχαριστούμε θερμά για όλα και σας προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

Acústica do hotel não é boa, ouvimos tudo nos quartos, corredores e até da área externa. A piscina só funciona das 10 às 17h, ficando inviável para quem é turista usar a piscina, pois nesse horário vai estar nos pontos turísticos

Je boekt uiteindelijk ook een appartement omdat je zelf wat maaltijden kunt bereiden, ook al is het basic. Met alleen een waterkoker, kookpan, en simpel bestek lukt dat niet echt. Ook niet als er in de huisregels staat dat je niet mag bakken, er was dan ook geen koekenpan. Borden/glazen e.d. was minimaal aanwezig. Ook geen magnetron. Wel spijtig. Bereiken van locatie: steil omhoog/naar beneden met de auto.

• 78452eeffad472e2d8fbaef4783fa63e (7/5): - Das Hotel liegt oben am Hang, von unserem Zimmer hatten wir einen schönen Blick über die Bucht. Es ist nur ein kurzer Spaziergang bis zu der Hauptstraße am Meer, in welcher sich zahlreiche Shops und Restaurants befinden. Die Betten waren weich, aber für uns bequem. Das Frühstück hatte eine sehr gute Auswahl, es gab alles, was das Herz begehrt und wir fanden es sehr lecker 🥰 Das Badezimmer in unserem Apartment war doch sehr schlicht. Die Dusche hatte keine Halterung, sondern man musste sie sich mit einer Hand über den Kopf halten. Teilweise kam der Schaum, den man sich gerade aus den Haaren gewaschen hatte, außerhalb der Duschkabine aus dem im Boden befindlichen Abfluss wieder raus 😵‍💫 auch Wasser wurde auf diese Weise im Bad verteilt... Ebenso wären Mückennetze an den Fenstern und Balkontüren sehr hilfreich.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us, even opening the restaurant early so we could catch our boat. We booked six rooms, a mix of apartments and standard rooms, all of which were spacious and spotless. Breakfast came with a fantastic view, and the team made my birthday extra special with a thoughtful gift. Highly recommended Nothing serious, we would have liked to use the bar by the pool, but was never open, although the lovely staff were always on hand when my two year old wanted an ice cream!

• Lennard van Kesteren (9/5): Amazing view and nice beds - The moment we arrived, we were struck by the spectacular sea view from the accommodation. The hotel maintained an excellent standard of cleanliness throughout, which was evident in the public areas and in our apartment. We were pleasantly surprised by the daily housekeeping service, which included making the beds; a thoughtful touch we didn't necessarily expect. The bedrooms in the apartment are spacious and the beds are modern and very comfortable. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. We had a minor issue with a leaking tap, which was resolved promptly on the same day. The breakfast was fine, offering a varied selection with everything we needed. In terms of location, we found it perfect. While not directly in the small centre of Tolo, it’s only a few hundred meters away, providing peace and quiet away from any potential centre noise. The pool area is well-maintained and clean, although it's worth noting it is unheated (but this was not a surprise given the price). While functional, the bathrooms are a bit dated and could use some renovation to match the quality of the rest of the hotel. Also, be prepared for the hilly road leading up to the hotel, and note that parking spaces are limited.

• Lucan (9/5): Lovely 2 night stop in Tolo to explore the local area. - Great location, with comfortable room, lovely breakfast and very clean. Wi-Fi quality was not great - did not work in the room we had, but otherwise everything else was excellent
• itay (8/5): - המיקום, החדרים, הנוף וארוחת בוקר טובה. מקלחת עם זרם מאוד מאוד חלש.
