- Sightsee53732340724 (10/5): Amazing . Best place to stay in siem Reap - I have stayed at many hotels in the last 8 years in SiemReap, this was by far the best place I have ever stayed. Beautiful and clean. Amazing rooms but above all the owners and staff were amazing. We had the 3 rooms on the first floor for our reunion and we felt at home. The first night my 4 year old son had an injury to his leg and the manager arrived with fresh aloe Vera and clean wipes. I can’t thank the amazing staff enough. The homely atmosphere just made our time in siem reap so special. This is by far the best place to stay in Siem Reap Thankyou to all that work there. X

If I have a chance, I thought it would be good to spend about a month here to read books, watch rain, and stay slow in Angkor wat. it's close to Pop Street, super, bakery, burger king, everything was comfortable and good

The staff were super friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. Rooms were very clean and large. The coffee & cocktails are a highlight and not to be missed! We would absolutely stay here again if we return to Siem Reap
- Joanna (10/5): Lovely family run boutique hotel close to centre - Very cute boutique hotel in very good location close to the centre but in very quiet place and near by an excellent Source Cafe, which is a great place for lunch. It's family run hotel with beautiful colonial interior design, spacious rooms with very nice paintings and bathroom with tube and stylish lobby you can enjoy while drinking excellent coffee. You can feel from the very first moment that Dave and his lovely wife do their best to make you happy and give personal touch to every detail, they do care, breakfasts are beatifully presented and we got delicious mango sticky rice after sunrise in Angkor Wat. You can ask any question, they are very helpful plus Dave is an English native speaker. The swimming pool is quite small but in shadow and with nice view- great to cool down a bit. I strongly recommend this place and I'm grateful for all the hospitality we have experienced.

We enjoyed the pool too, it’s compact but we had it to ourselves every time we used and it was lovely and relaxing. Staff are excellent especially Mr Doeng. And also Vin was fantastic and very helpful. (Also night receptionist was great) excellent spot in Siem Reap away from the noise but short walk to everything. great stay.
- 448iaina (10/5): Beautiful hotel in a quiet but central location - We stayed for 3 nights as part of our honeymoon. Jackson greeted us and helped us throughout our stay and he was lovely and a credit to the hotel. The room was huge and nicely decorated. Very good value for the price. We used the hotel's tuk tuk driver for airport shuttles, trips around town and to the Angkor complex and he was an absolute gem! He was always on time, we felt safe with him and when my wife had an accident with her foot he was very helpful in cleaning it and making sure she was ok. The breakfast was nice but limited in choice. This wasn't a big deal for us as there are plenty of options nearby and would not put us off staying again. Thank you again for a lovely stay!

The real highlight however was the manager, Jackson, who was incredibly helpful and helped us fix any issue we had and made us feel very comfortable! Since there is not a lot of business in Siem Reap, Jackson even allowed us to move to a nicer room when our AC didn't work well enough in the first room.

- ZakRaphEm (6/5): goood service but... - The staff are very helping but the breakfast and the room were soso.. At the price that we paid we were waiting for more .. You will find better for a lower price . We stay there 4 nights they never change the bed lining. Also there is a big bath in the room that is useless it will take a day to fill it.. So i dont recommand this hotel..
- ZitaTernovszky (10/5): They meda us feel home - This small hotel has something special, a good atmosphere with lovely staff! They were so kind and helpful, especially Jackson who helped us out in difficult situations with our daughter and his English is perdect.. The rooms are spaceous and beautiful and the location is great, close to the center but quiet. Our flight was cancelled which we only found out at the airport and my husband said... “ok, lets go home then”. This second time we got a room with a huge bathtub almost like a small dipping pool so it feels like being in a spa. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Very comfortable and a great bathroom. Staff were fantastic and the breakfast was amazing. I highly recommend this hotel for longer stays as well.
- Fiorra91 (10/5): Beautiful Hotel! - After a delayed 11 hour flight we were very glad to see this hotel was clean, tidy and beautifully furnished. The man in reception was very helpful, spoke good English and helped organise us a tour to visit the Ankor Wat complex which was reasonably priced and kindly organised us a bus onto our next destination. The room itself was amazing, 2 balconies on the room, a huge circular bath in the middle, powerful shower and comfy beds. Really recommend staying here.
- LiPing1987 (8/5): A nice, spacious and luxury stay - Great location. Staffs are friendly. We had stayed in the presidential suite and the room is so spacious and big. Only downside is the huge bath tub which i didnt use after Day 1 because I feel guilty of wasting water resources in this manner. There is no lift service at the hotel but the friendly staff helped to carry them up for me and my sister which I am really appreciative of it. Please do not try their massage service. They had initially agreed on a 20% discount for us since we are staying in their hotel. But ended up we paid more, moreover, we do have a free massage which we requested to upgrade to another type of massage and we will top up the additional cost. But total sum we paid is without the initially agreed 20% and they totally forfeited our free massage. The massage was just so-so. Me and my sis did the massage together in a room and the masseuse keep talking in their own languages to one another. We didnt bother giving them tips also because of the low standard of massage we got from paying so much money. They were like not happy when they bid goodbye to us. I am sure you will be able to get a much better quality and value for money massage out of the hotel.

The rooms are nice, the pool a real pleasure, everything is very clean and taken care of and the staff is fantastic. Special mention to Jackson, front manager, who in addition to helping in every way possible is a fascinating person. Ask him about Cambodia and its people, and also about his own history. Always smiling just like everyone else in this country. Highly recommended

- Kevsimps (10/5): Exceptionally clean & highly recommended - My girlfriend & I stayed for 3 nights & we were blown away at the quality of the room & helpfulness of the staff. In particular, Jackson, he was so personable & went out of his way to make us feel welcome & accommodated without being over bearing — we thoroughly enjoyed interacting with him. The location was perfect for us too — plenty of fantastic places to eat and drink within minutes and the main pub street is only 10 minutes away. Overall, we loved our stay here.

Small issue with WiFi which was handled well & sorted quickly. Pool was nice with happy hour drinks ( buy 2 get 1 free) between midday- 5pm. Breakfast was served between 6-10am & was enjoyable. Complimentary airport collection was easy with driver waiting upon arrival. Return leg cost $10. Trips were organised efficiently. Small family run restaurant opposite entrance, Watbo kitchen, which had excellent food & was very cheap. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.
- Dave_follow (8/5): Nice hotel !! - This hotel is nice but do not expect too much. Location is OK - in midst of town with all facilities nearby. 12 minutes walk from Pub street. The breakfast is over priced -example 5 USD for 2 slices of a bread roll, 2 egg sunny side up, handful pieces of porks, a small glass of juice and a cup of coffee. Rooms are really nice but I found the cooling of AC not much effective. Bathroom is again pretty good probably the shower needs a bit of attention. The hotel has no lift, so if you have heavy luggage, be prepared. One more thing this is not a real 4 star hotel as seems from booking.com. Staffs are nice but may need a bit more professional grooming!! Definitely a place worth staying!!

- Verified traveler (6/5): - The Hotel was much smaller than shown on the pictures which must be a rendering since the street in front of the Hotel was full of motorcycles, tuk tuks and barely allowing for safe pedestrian walking. The staff was friendly and the rooms clean if not to count pharaoh ants. We paid for 3 people but each day received only 2 towels, which was annoying in the hot climate, when you need to shower frequently. We were picked up from the airport by a tiny tuk tuk (3 people + 2 large suitcases) so we had to hold everything the entire time not to loose the luggage. For the way back we our own taxi. At the check out we had a discussion about missing sleepers, which should be one way item but were obviously reused multiple times. We found one pair of used, dirty slippers in the room which we immediately put back into the cabinet since they showed they had been used by somebody. It turned out the Hotel was expecting to have two pairs of used sleepers in the room. Luckily we were not forced to pay for another pair we never had. The „spa“ name is exaggerated. There was one room with a bed, no ambience, no music, no nothing. But the massage was good. Overall, if you want to risk your life walking in the streets with no side walks, dodging tuk tuks, motorcycles and cars, there are many restaurants in relative proximity. Had we known all that before, we would have booked a big hotel with real airport pick-up, real restaurant and real spa for the same price.

They picked us up from the airport - upon arrival not only a welcome drink but a tray with fruit n nuts. Pleasant suprise Our room is so spacious with a big tub, seperate toilet and rainshower.beautiful timber floors and 5* linen. The staff are simply lovely and the food in the restaurant - the curry in particular is one of the best I have ever had. Breakfast is lovely, good potion size n fresh croissants but most importantly lovely attitude from the staff. It's not far from pub street and I would stay here again.

Only a ten minute walk from all the hussle and bussle of siem reap / pub street so nice and quiet without being too far away. Couldn't ask for better. Gorgous hotel, so quiet felt like we had place to ourself! We booked the Presidential suite which was just amazing! Free massage with the room was a great bonus. Free pick up was always one less thing to worry about. Hotel also made us warmly welcome on arrival with juice and fruit and made it very easy to arrive airport tuktuk and day trip. Breakfast was lovely too. If you like eggs you'll love it! Just decide how you want them. Made a nice change from the over eating at buffet breakfasts. Was just enough to start the day of. Supermarket super close by and lots of bars a restaurants within walking distance. Would highly recommend
- Robert (8/5): Fantastic Hotel - I can not fault the hotel itself as it was exactly as was advertised! We were delighted with our room! The pickup service from the airport was easy to organise and identify when we arrived in Siem Reap. The hotel is only a 10 minute walk from Pub Street and the surrounding markets, which was ideal for us. The only negative from our point of view was the breakfast, where we were told to pick from a choice of egg which would be accompanied with sausage, bacon etc. As my partner is allergic to egg we asked if we could just have the accompaniments, however we could not get this across to the waiter and ended up with toast. Granted communication should be better from both sides but that was our only fault. Other than, the hotel is a great place to stay and I would highly recommend the Landmark Suite Room With Pool View
- Verified traveler (10/5): Nice hotel with big bedroom and quiet environment. - I stay 5 days in the hotel. Nice staff and large bedroom. Hotel's location is near downtown but it's very quiet. Breakfast is not bad, however, the variety is not enough. Bathroom is very large, however, the drainage design is not well and the floor is easy to get wet. It is a little slipped after take a shower. On the whole, it is a nice hotel. If I come to Siem Reap again, I may consider this hotel.

- Shoji (8/5): truly hiding boutique - There is a nice roof top to view the old market, it's easy to access to downtown. I had a good rest all day long, free from the stress. The bar which is adjacent to the hotel is good to have a meal, you can drink local beer with an easy mind with having a conversation with waiters.

Es liegt in einer Seitenstraße in direkter Nähe zum Nachtmarkt und zu zahlreichen Restaurants. Das Essen im Hotel selbst ist sehr gut und landestypisch. Das Frühstück ist á la carte. Gewählt werden kann zwischen Continental es und einheimischen Frühstück in verschiedensten Variationen. Das Zimmer sollte die Bedürfnisse eines jeden erfüllen. Das Bett war fest, zwei verschiedene Kopfkissen, aircondition so einstellbar, dass man damit schlafen konnte (also ohne Lärmpegel und Schnupfen). Die sanitären Anlagen erfüllen auch die Anforderungen empfindlicher Reisender. Es gibt eine schöne dachterasse und einen kleinen sauberen Pool.. Minibar und die üblichen Waschartikel etc. waren vorhanden. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Gleich nebenan gibt es noch zwei günstige, saubere und seriöse Massagesalons.

Quiet room except chicken clucking from dawn to morning. Fair sound insulation, sound from upstairs could be heard clearly. Nice staff with acceptable English. A range of European and Asian breakfast can be chosen. Free tuk tuk transfer from airport, we got 2 tuk tuk when we came but only 1 for 4 people when we left. 10min walking distance to pub street, 2 supermarkets nearby with <5min walking.

Breakfast is set not really worth having at the hotel. Hotel is quite near the Night market & Pub street -that is perhaps its redeeming value. Staff is great. Everyone is like family.

- Brian (4/5): SHADY/DISHONEST concierge service, otherwise great - Very nice room in ok condition. I'd have easily given 5 stars except their car booking service is EXTREMELY SHADY... We were charged for both the Waterfall ($80) and Small loop ($40) because we stopped at Angkor Wat on the way back from the waterfall. If they'd charged a few extra $ I would have understood, but the full price and no warning is just dumb. And the desk guy was super unfriendly and had no explanation for why, just that we stopped at a small loop item so we had to pay for it. The guide and car were great and overall our trip was fine, but I hate shady service and unfair billing so sadly cannot recommend the hotel.

- CARLOS (10/5): Best staff in perfect hotel. - The staff is the most kind and caring Ive had the pleasure of meeting in any of my trips. The building is perfectly kept, the rooms pristinely clean. They provide every kind of service you might need during your stay, or will find a way to do so. The airport pickup in tuktuk was a comfortable and fun experience. We kept our driver, Mr. Pei (no idea how to write his name properly) for our Angkor Wat tours (best choice, the only comfortable way and worth every dollar) The area around the hotel offers local restaurants I absolutly recommend, laundry services, drinks, and is a very short walk away from the night market. There is a big supermarket closeby too perfectly supplied with everything you might need and more, and open 24 hours. The hotel breakfast is perfect too. Didnt have time to try the pool but saw others guests doing so and enjoying it. We loved Cambodia and a big part of it was choosing the right hotel. This was just perfect.

It is a small boutique hotel located in a quiet street and only 10 mins walk to the Night Market and the Pub Street. The highlight of our stay was the warm hospitality of the staff. We felt welcome from the moment the hotel tuk-tuk driver received us at the Siem Reap airport. At the hotel, the manager Mr Phannsophea leads a team of highly courteous staff who are forever smiling and forever willing to help. We had booked a deluxe twin and found the room to be spacious, well furnished and tastefully decorated. For cleanliness we rate it 10/10. All amenities like toiletries, safe, minibar, etc were provided, the wifi signal was good. The only minus point was that the room had no windows. The complimentary breakfast was a la carte, sumptuous and tasty. We also dined twice in the restaurant and have only compliments for the chef. My wife highly recommends the hotel spa. The hotel also met our local tour requirements; the service was courteous, timely, safe and reliable with no hidden charges. Being a budget conscious traveler, I did compare the cost of hotel services with the market price and found that the hotel charges a few dollars more; however, it provided better quality, safety and reliability. Hence we opted for services from the hotel instead of fishing for a bargain in the market, a small price to pay for a worry free holiday and the added convenience. - allister (10/5): One of the Best Hotels I've Ever Stayed At - One of the best hotels I've ever stayed that. The room itself was great - very spacious, clean and comfortable. It was close (walking distance) to the city center, which included the night market and Pub Street. They offered free breakfast (generous portions!) and upon our departure provided us with breakfast boxes to go. They also helped us schedule multiple activities during our stay. Above all, the people that worked here were the highlight of our experience. They would greet us with smiles and cold towels and drinks whenever we returned from our daily activity. They were some of the nicest people I've met and genuinely cared about us during our stay. It was the best customer service I've ever received at a hotel and I stay there again without hesitation.

The hotel was small but clean and new. It was near the night market which was convenient. We love our stay there. The manager gave us Cambodian scarfs when we left. We could definitely feel their hospitality!
- Sonia (10/5): Great Value - This hotel was great value for the money. Beautiful pool area and facilities (room was huge and had a really large tub) and the free breakfast was really good quality. The hotel staff was very helpful and organized our airport pickup and a trip to Angkor Wat. The hotel is a couple blocks off the main road and is walking distance (or a $1-2 tuk tuk) to Pub Street where you can find most restaurants/bars. If you want a really relaxing experience with staff who are eager to help at a reasonable cost than this is a good choice.

De kamers zijn groot, schoon, netjes met een verzorgde en moderne badkamer. Gratis water en koffie/thee faciliteiten op de kamer. Ontbijt menukeuze (meerdere Aziatische en westerse keuzes). Klein zwembad naast de ingang. Gratis tuktuk service vanaf de luchthaven. Excursies kunnen via het hotel geregeld worden.

They helped us to call the tuk tuk going to the airport only charge US$5 . We asked them a lot of things they were patient and answered in detail. the staffs always keep a smile on their face. it is not far to walk to night market.I will recommend it to all of you.

Polite and helpful staff coupled with a very comfortable, clean and spacious room...The staff speaks English well and are very friendly and professional. Personally, a draw back was that the hot water pressure wasn't too great but the cold water was superb, bathroom facilities were good.. Beds are comfortable. Nice cool air conditioning and fast internet. Keep in mind that there are no elevators so being on the first floor is nice, especially after walking around Angkor all day... :). didn't really try much of their food except for breakfast. Nice strong coffee. Their drinks were good and has a selection from wines to liquors and fruit juices and shakes. After a day out I recommend a fruit shake by the pool to cool off and relax.

The service provided by all the staff was the best we have ever experienced including our stays in many 5 star hotels. Dinner at the restaurant was excellent, The spa was a relaxing relief after a day of walking around the temples, the pool is beautiful and the staff are so welcoming and helpful. All this for a very reasonable price. The hotel is very well placed in the city centre to be convenient to explore the city but once inside this oasis you are unaware of the bustle outside in the street I would totally recommend this hotel everyone who have a plan to visit Siem Reap ,Angkor Wat Cambodia.

General Manager also coming to say welcome and given name card for warm feel and wish our stay . We are lucky that we get 20% discount of massage . we really enjoy massage and dinner at pool with khmer foods ( Amok fish ,Curry Chicken ) so good wonderful time for our trip. The staff were fabulous and the owner has great vision, has built a wonderful hotel with an eye for detail and she supports the local community. The rooms are spacious, spotless and tastefully decorated. The hotel food was fantastic, such that we only ate there. The pool is well looked after and so refreshing especially after our trip to Angkor wat which the hotel organised and even sent us off with a packed breakfast . - Svetlana (8/5): Terrible start, overall great stay - Overall a very mixed feeling. Staff is always really helpful, but forget things whereever possible. Overall nice rooms with terrible aircon. Positive: Overall a great stay of 7 nights in a great room in a good location. Negative: When we moved in the hotel was overbooked and we were moved to a cheaper hotel with a room of a lower category. Our bag was initially damaged due to all the moving around.
