From the moment we arrived, everything exce - The property was absolutely stunning and very close to all the main attractions and the sea. There are also a lot of shops around. The Vila is absolutely stunning and very spacious, we’ve had everything we needed and the host was extremely kind and attentive. All the bathrooms and rooms were fully equipped, same for the kitchen. We’ve had everything we could have needed to prepare our meals daily. The pool was just amazing and I loved that it was lit up during the night. We could have not asked for a better stay. Truly amazing and couldn’t recommend more. There is nothing to say, it was just perfect.

• Triinu (10/5): - Absolutely loved everything. We stayed in a 6-bedroom villa. Good location at the end of the street, quiet. Beautiful sea view, large pool. Great house, very well equipped. Kitchen has everything you need. Beds comfortable, rooms well and tastefully decorated. The children loved the swings outside and the pool table got a lot of use. The host was very nice and helpful and always available. We definitely recommend.

Wszystkie dodatki są dopasowane idealnie, aż miło i przyjemnie było w nim przebywać🥰🥰🥰 Natomiast Maria jest niesamowitą kobietą, na której można polegać bo służy zawsze pomocą🥰🫶 Świetna lokalizacja obiektu dzięki której wszędzie było do blisko do pięknych atrakcji. Restauracja, kawiarenka, sklep spożywczy oraz przystanek autobusowy (dzięki któremu można było się przemieszczać do pobliskich miejscowości) - to wszystko niedaleko naszej villi. • Julia (10/5): Nice villa in cute beach town - Absolutely amazing service. Maria is super helpful and very responsive. First we didn’t manage to switch the A/C on and 10 min later she came to the apartment to fix it. The town itself was very quiet during off-season (January) but Paralimni had great restaurants and cafes (only 10 min drive). The house is very well equipped with everything you need. Thanks so much for hosting us! We would definitely stay there again

• SARRIS (10/5): - Η εμπειρία μας στη βίλα ήταν υπέροχη, για το ένα βράδυ που διανυκτερεύσαμε! Η κυρία Μαρία ήταν εξαιρετικά εξυπηρετική και κατατοπιστική από τη στιγμή της κράτησης, τόσο μέσω email όσο και τηλεφωνικά, για να βεβαιωθεί ότι όλα βαίνουν καλώς και πως δεν μας λείπει τίποτα. Η τοποθεσία πραγματικά μοναδική και πάνω σε έναν δεντρόφυτο λόφο με πανέμορφη θέα στη θάλασσα, προσφέρει ηρεμία, ιδιωτικότητα και άμεση επαφή με τη φύση, ενώ ταυτόχρονα βρίσκεται πολύ κοντά στην πόλη του Πρωταρά. Όσον αφορά το σπίτι, ήταν ζεστό και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με σύγχρονες ανέσεις. Τα κρεβάτια ήταν άνετα και ανατομικά, υπήρχαν διαθέσιμα κλινοσκεπάσματα για όλους, όπως και προϊόντα για την προετοιμασία καφέ και τσαγιού. Επιπλέον, η ύπαρξη πόσιμου νερού φίλτρου ήταν ένα πολύ πρακτικό και ευχάριστο πλεονέκτημα. Πάνω από όλα όμως, αυτό που έκανε την εμπειρία τόσο ξεχωριστή ήταν η φιλοξενία της κυρίας Μαρίας. Η προθυμία, η ευγένεια και η ανθρώπινη ζεστασιά της, μας έκαναν να νιώσουμε πραγματικά καλοδεχούμενοι από την πρώτη στιγμή. Η επικοινωνία ήταν άψογη και προσωπική, κάτι που εκτιμήσαμε βαθιά και σίγουρα θα μας κάνει να επιστρέψουμε ξανά στο μέλλον.

• Daniel (10/5): - The villa is exactly like in the pictures. Well equipped, clean and good location with Protaras center within a pleasant walking distance (20 minutes) and Ayia Napa just a short taxi ride (about 30 euros for 7 people). Although the terrace of the villa is not really big they used the space incredibly efficient: you get a nice swimming pool, 7 sun beds, umbrellas, a grill, a table with chairs to enjoy outside meals and enough space to park 2 small cars. Every room has its own bathroom which is great, and the kitchen features everything you need. For sure we will be back, hopefully in the bigger villa.

• Dietmar (10/5): - Die Unterkunft entsprach voll unseren Erwartungen. Besonders die Gastgeberin Maria war von unserer Anreise bis zur Abreise immer für uns da. Sie kümmerte sich nicht nur um die Unterkunft, mit großer Hingabe, auch als Beraterin für Ausflüge auf Zypern stand sie uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.

Wir hatten alles, was wir zum Grillen, Kochen und Entspannen brauchten und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Super war auch, dass jedes Schlafzimmer ein eigenes Badezimmer hatte. Auf der Dachterrasse konnten wir entspannt den Meerblick genießen. Die super nette Gastgeberin Maria hat uns sehr herzlich begrüsst und in jeglicher Hinsicht unterstützt. Sehr wertvoll waren ihre Empfehlungen für Restaurants, Ausflüge usw. -

• Alison (3/5): be careful and ensure you have booked the correct villa. Bring some cleaning materials - Location and clean pool, that was about all. Beds comfy, easy access to supermarkets, town is lovely great amenities but be aware this is not a cheap place, prices are on par with what you would pay for a meal out in UK. 2 adults bottle of wine £80 - £100. Hire one of the off road buggies they are great fun. actually everything we did that was great did not include the villa We booked this on booking.com and on arrival we were floored and quite emotional given it was midnight on arrival to find the Villa we thought we had booked was in fact the one next door. In the morning our host Maria, (Who I have to say was excellent) went through in detail 4 times that we were in the wrong and to book the better villa you had to check the app properly . On looking at Booking.com we seen others have fallen for this also, never got what they had expected. the advert and most of pictures all show the better Villa. We made the best of it for the week not to disappoint our son. Accommodation was clean until you look closer to cracked induction hob to broken old sun loungers please see pictures, not making this up. I have never seen an older more antiquated BBQ which needed cleaned on arrival. From dirty bathrooms with hair on the floor to broken sun loungers and even an outside dryer for wet clothes held together with masking tape. Plugs with cable coming out to a bathroom that has a shower fitted and tiled across a window blocking half of it..... who does that. Bathrooms were our biggest concern as they were rusty dirty and caked in old shower gel, walls with black grime in the grout pictures do not lie, this place needs a whole revamp. To quote Maria on Booking.com "One of my greatest skills as a villa owner and manager is my attention to detail. I make sure that every aspect of the villas is perfect, from the elegant furnishings to the high-quality linens and towels. I also ensure that the villas are spotlessly clean and well-maintained," Im sorry Maria but think you do need to remove those sunglasses and look a little closer. We have booked another villa for next year but not this one, sadly be aware pictures tell 1000 words and the pictures i have added were from arrival not leaving as i have a video of how we left the place as I am a frequent traveller and always ensure i leave the place spotless to provide evidence.

It is close to the beach in a calm neighborhood. The property gives everything for a nice vacation. • Kamil (10/5): A good base for trips to various beaches, Cape Greko and Famagusta (by car). - Nice house seated in the outskirts: no cars nor people passing by but only 10 minutes walk from the Green Bay Beach. Despite its location among other villas, it ensures privacy. Enough room for 6 people (we stayed in a 3 bedroom apartament). And last but not least: Maria is a very caring and friendly host.

The villa is in a quiet and peaceful area, and only a short bus or bolt ride from Protaras. Ayia Napa is also very close by. The pool gets the sun right up until 6pm (mid may) so it's great as you get full use of the pool all day! Each room has its own little ensuite which was amazing considering there were 7 of us. We would absolutely come back to the Romeo & Juliet villas x That we only booked for one week instead of two 😊

Fully equipped Kirchen with endless crockery, cutlery etc. Comfortable sun beds and large table and chairs for ourltdoor area. Nice pool. Added to the great property is the lovely Maria. What a hard working and charming woman. Firstly there was a bottle of wine and a fruit basket waiting on our arrival. She came to see us everyday asking if we needed anything. One day there was an area water problem and amazingly she was able to arrange for water to be pumped from a local hotel so that our supply was not broken. She literally makes herself available 24 hours a day. You will not find a better or more committed host

The pool was brilliant and having so many outdoor seating areas to enjoy the sunshine was fabulous. Great location and very easy to get around. Maria our host was fantastic! She really couldn’t do enough to make our stay perfect. Nothing at all was a problem she was always available should we have needed to get in touch. She gave us lots of excellent recommendations on things to do and fantastic local restaurants. Such a warm and friendly lady, thanks for an amazing stay.

Mrs. Maria took care of every detail and the well-being of the client. When we arrived we found delicious wine that she welcomed us. She came to us and also wrote where it is best to visit Cyprus and eat well. The house is clean, large for wonderful trips with the family. The pool is clean, sunbeds, terraces literally everything we needed. Thank you again for such a wonderful trip and we will definitely visit this facility ❤️

The hostess Maria was attentive and always on hand. She popped in a couple of times but was also available 24 hours answering all texts promptly. She was very charming and approachable and nothing was too much trouble. She gave clear instructions on accessing the WiFi, door codes, TV. She also gave lots of information about Local Bars, restaurants and Places to visit. Good size rooms with comfortable double beds, wardrobes with plenty of hangers and drawers. Excellent air conditioning throughout. Nice showers including the outside one. Good bbq. There were also a free safety deposit box to use, tea and coffee, shower gels. Tea towel, washing cloth. Things that usually I have to purchase straight away. All the kitchen utensils you need. Microwave, dishwasher, washing machine. A good hair dryer and iron. Lovely bakery within walking distance. Excellent location close and easy access to many lovely sandy beaches which you can walk to a couple for a change. Nothing

• Damian (10/5): Exceptional - We came to Cyprus for a week holiday with my 12 friends - for resting and partying. The area and 'Romeo & Juliet' Villa was perfect for spending this time. The host, Maria, provided us all necessary information about the area (taxis, buses, restaurants, shops, viewpoints, beaches etc.) and the house. She also managed to arrange us the transport from and to airport for all 13 people in really nice price. The villa contains all relevant accomadentions (air conditioner each room, almost each room with own bathroom, balcons with perfect view of the sea, comforatable beds, large kitchen and dining tables etc.) and of course it was perfectly clean. We mostly spend time by the pool - sunbathing, swimming, bbqing and playing water volleyball. There was a few supermarkets around (even one opened 24/7) and beaches with some restaurants. In order to get to Protaras or Aiya Napa, there was a bus stop just 2 min from the house - no problem with its schedule. If someone prefers to rent a car, there was a plenty of car renting spots (many people also rent moto-quads). To sum up, the villa totally matched our expectation and Maria is perfect host. I hope we would go back there sometime. :)

She went above and beyond, always available to assist with any request and providing exceptional service. The villa was extremely comfortable, easily accommodating our group of 9. It’s located in a peaceful area, just a short 10-minute walk to the beach. The entire place was spotless, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping us cool throughout our stay. That the vocation ended.

• Nicola (10/5): Fantastic, relaxing, beautiful - Maria was amazing, when we arrived she came and met us as the Villa, she shown us how to use all the facilities. Then explained a bit about the area and how we could get out shopping delivered. She sent us a WhatsApp with recommendations for restaurants and where to buy our shopping. The Villa was beautiful plenty of room for all of our 9 guests. The pool was great with plenty of inflatable's for having fun in the pool. The sun loungers too are top quality and comfortable. All the bedrooms were clean and the beds were so comfortable. The air conditioning in all the rooms was amazing. We had a few cats as visitors but they were so cute and the children gave them names they did not want to leave them, they never entered the villa, even when the doors were open. They were not a bother. We had to be out of the villa by 11am and our flight was at at 10pm Maria got all the family an amazing deal at the Waterpark hotel next to the Villa were we spent our last day in the pool and on the slides whilst our suitcases were securely lock away at the villa until our transport came to collect us. Nothing.

Normally it should be @ 2 or 3 pm max & check out should be @ 12h or 1pm . You can not enjoy a day on the pool . U leave early & u come late

• Lena (10/5): Greate house, greate host and great location - The house was great, comfortable and nicely furnished with a dining area outside on both sides of the house, pool, sun loungers and a balcony in one room, All rooms had private bathrooms and air conditioning, and air condition in the living-room. The location was good, about 5 minutes to walk to a small supermarket, about 10 minutes to the beach, about 5 minutes to the bus stop with bus that went frequently in both the direction of Agia Napa and Protaras center. There was also rental of city bikes with the use of an app right at the bus stop. There are nice beaches along the promenade from Green Bay to Protaras Center. We used Wolt to order food and had food with good quality delivered to the door. Maria who is the host was absolutely fantastic and made sure that the stay was top notch. We had 12 great days at Romeo & Juliet and experienced a lot with nice days at the pool, at different beaches, Nissi Beach, catamaran sunset trip, visit to Water World and visits to Agia Napa and Protaras. It was an absolutely fantastic holiday, with the best house, best host and great location. Everything was good!
