- Reshad (3/5): Lizard in Bathroom, Bathroom too hot, - The rooms sheets are old with stains. We bought our own bedsheets are local store in the area. When i check in i asked staff if the rooms have mouse or lizards they said no. My wife went to bathroom she runs out and she is pregnant saying lizard is in the bathroom I go check see it in the corner. I call the front desk they send house keeping guy he nodded his head said no problem he covered the hole in the wall with toilet paper and said the lizard went back in the hole it’s gone now. I go in the bath room just 20mins later and run out because i see the lizard again. My wife called the front desk complained to staff and we wanted a refund and go to other hotel. The staff member told us he switch us to other room. So me and my wife agreed. We didn’t see lizards in the bathroom in this room but in the hotel the bathroom is really hot i have to open the door when i take shower because it feels like sauna. The toilet is too small too and bathroom has a weird smell. Please look at my above message

Unfriendly night manager, uncleaned room and sheets, no remote to control AC, multiple power cuts, didn't switch on backup until guests started waking up to complain, poor water flow in the bathroom, access to location was closed in the night.
