I would likely book the same hotel again, but not the mountain view room. You pay extra to get the mountain view room. But that is a bad choice. It faces the road and many noisy scooters are passing by. Since the noise proofing is not the best, it ruins your sleep. Also, the curtains are not preventing the daylight to get into the room. So, early wake-up...

Ayu Ansharani (8/5): Nice stay but please improve your check in process. - The facilities like kids facilities is nice, so me and the kids enjoy our time in hotel. The beds are also comfy. The check in process took a long time. I still couldnt check in eventhouth it's already 15.00 pm, they said that the rooms weren't ready yet. So, it took almost 1,5 hours waiting in the lobby for check in. The breakfast is limited options. It was promoted that there will be more 100 menus for breakfast but in reality it's still limited options.

أحمد علي (10/5): - الغرفة جميلة وواسعة والاطلالة رائعة ويوجد في الغرفة غلاية ومغلفات الشاهي والقهوة الاستقبال كان رائع والطاقم جدا ودود وبالذات الشاب ريان الذي تعاون معنا في تقديم الخدمة المطلوبة الفطور كان جيد الاغلب أسيوي ويوجد ركن فيه اجبان ومرتدلا وطبعا البيض وهو الخيار الوحيد للعرب الفطور اتمنى ان يكون عالمي وبالذات تواجد الكثير من العرب ايضا لم يتم السماح لنا بتناول الفطور في المطعم القريب من الجم باعتبار انه للسويتات فقط علما بانه الأقرب لغرفتنا واطلالته أجمل وتنظيمه اقضل وطلبوا منا دفع مبلغ إضافي في حال أردنا ذلك مع العلم ان اقامتنا كانت مشمولة بالأفطار المطعم المخصص لنا فيه الكثير من العوائل الاسيوية والكثير من الأطفال والوضع غير مريح تماما ايضا هناك قليل من الازعاج وبالذات وقت الظهيرة

Rina (10/5): Wrapped in Green, Filled with Joy - A truly enjoyable and calming stay. The resort is perfect for families, with fun kids’ activities such as horse riding, flying fox, archery, indoor games in the ballroom, and a splash bubble party. While children stay happily entertained, parents can relax and enjoy the lush green surroundings and beautiful mountain views, making it a refreshing and family-friendly escape from the city. Thank you for the lovely birthday greeting, it made our stay even more special. One small downside is that the resort is often fully booked, so availability can be limited. However, the experience is truly worth it once you get the chance to stay.
Nelson Sukarta (9/5): Short family getaway in Bogor - Facilities and amenities were excellent. There were lots of kids activities to keep them occupied throughout the day. Breakfast has wide range of food and restaurant is big enough to host guests during the busy period. Staffs were all polite and attentive and response to queries in timely manner. Though the breakfast has a vast range of food, some of them were not served in great condition (i.e. egg balado curry was cold, coffee tasted burnt). The elevators were pretty small to fit 1 wheel chair, 4 adults and 4 kids (which gave us an excuse to use the stairs for extra exercise). Overall, it was still a nice experience for the whole family.

Firstalina (7/5): Good - This is my 2nd time staying at the hotel. Superb room, very comfortable and clean, nice spacious bathroom. The little touch of welcome dessert was amazing. Unfortunately, the room is not soundproof against the sound from outside. I cannot sleep well due to the traffic sounds. Another suggestion, put guests with little children on the lower floor. The family above my room was very noisy, their children kept on running and jumping, I heard their thumping all night! 1. The breakfast menu could use some upgrades; my kids were not loving it. 2. Paying for valet. It was free during my 1st visit.

yulian (9/5): - De service. We kregen van Zulfa een hele goede service. Zij vroeg ons tijdens het ontbijt hoe onze kamer was. We wilden niet klagen, maar vertelden haar wat ons tegenviel in de kamer. Ze gaf ons die dag een upgrade qua kamer. Hadden we niet verwacht!. Zo attent van Zulfa!!!
djvdorp (7/5): Hotel zelf is fantastisch, wel overlast door ligging. - Wij hadden een suite. Dat was een heel erg fijne kamer. Lekker ruim en super fijne badkamer. De douche was top Herrie van de weg langs het hotel. Daardoor zeer slechte nachtrust. We reizen met een groot gezelschap en iedereen heeft problemen met de maag na het eten in dit hotel. Pony's voor kinderritjes staan met het hoofd strak vastgebonden met geen bewegingsvrijheid. Geen water en eten.

Even with the swimming pool view side, one could hear the traffic and they were cutting grass at 6am in the morning disturbing us. The food was subpar, I had expected more of a 5star hotel. Tatiana (7/5): Шум от мопедов ночью раздражал, но персонал очень отзывчивый - Очень вежливый и отзывчивый персонал-менеджеры. Первая ночь была в очень шумном месте, на вторую ночь нам заменили номер. Завтраки разнообразные и вкусные. Уборщики номеров некачественно выполняют свою работу. Вечером, расправляя кровать, обнаружила огромную дыру в пододеяльнике по всей ширине: как можно было постелить такой рваный пододеяльник и не заметить этого? Очень устала и просить замену было уже поздно, иначе пришлось бы еще неизвестно сколько времени ждать, поэтому спала так. Первая ночь прошла в номере 325, там спать невозможно, эта сторона отеля выходит на горную дорогу и некоторые мопеды ночью надрывно выли, как Боинг на взлете. На вторую ночь номер заменили на 542, окна выходили на бассейн и внутреннюю часть отеля, было тихо.

إبتسام مجمد (7/5): - أجمل ما في الفندق الإطلالة أكثر من رائعة طاقم العمل رائع الجميع الاستقبال خدمة الغرف الحارس المطبخ الجميع كانوا اكثر من رائعين ومتعاونين . اسوء مافي الفندق الإفطار سيئ جدا" فقد يخدم شرق أسيا نحن كشرق أوسطيون لا يوجد إفطار مناسب كما أنه مكشوف ويوجد ذباب عليه . الغرف لا يوجد بها اثاث او مرايا ،، كنب للجلوس فقط الغرف المزدوجة يوجد كرسي واحد أما المفردة لا يوجد كنب عل الإطلاق . توقيع تعهد عن عدم الطبخ في الغرف او الاجنحة وهذا مجحف خصوصا" إذا لم أجد ما يناسبني في الأكل احتاج على الأقل اطبخ طعامي الخاص فيني . لا يوجد كواية ملابس خاصة بالغرفة يجب ان تطلبها من خدمة الغرف رغم أن أسعار الغرف غالية جدا" .

Bjoern (8/5): Entspannt und schön aber etwas laut. - Tolle Lage am Golfplatz, schoene Aussicht. Sehr gutes Frühstück und Essen. Angenehme Atmosphäre. Gutes Preis Leistungs Verhältnis. Zummer zur Strasse mit Aussicht sind extrem laut ob der Motarradfahrer auch die ganze Nacht hindurch. Zum Pool hin ist es ruhig. Der Adult Pool hatte leider kein Wasser.

Tout est très propre, et la chambre était top ! Il un peu excentré, difficile d’avoir des Grab il vaut mieux demander à l’hôtel de trouver un taxi mais l’endroit vaut le coup malgré tout !

The single beds are very small though and the room is rather old and dull with the limited lights.( less lights in the swimming pool stairs area too and near the front gate. However a job well done, now the staffs are very friendly compared to when we come 7 years ago. Love the creativity offered for breakfast, when they have about 4-5 types of meal with egg. My omelette with bean, bacon, and wedges taste great. My son really likes the car simulator and my toddler love the small hut where she could walk with small steps to cross to the other ends. Thanks for the cookies for my children, Ms Fitria. Thanks for being friendly, Mr Ferry the manager.
