• Crystale (2/5): Terrible - This wasnt even close to the room i was showed online. It was tiny the fidge was dirty. This was very disappointing considering i even paid more for the tiny room i got then what i was told it would be.

• 271ariannae (2/5): Horrible place. - Lady at the window asked if we had children and when we said we had a 10 month old she continues to charge us an extra $20 and to tell us to not let him make a mess and by the time we laid down roaches were crawling on us and was rude when she was told and we had to leave w no refund.

We lost our full amount we paid for our room and could not stay there because they wouldn’t budge about our dog and they wouldn’t give us a refund either. Terrible motel, terrible policy, not nice staff/management!

• Verified traveler (10/5): Cozy convenience, great price! - This is an old fashioned motor lodge where you park right in front of your door and load straight in. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable. The rooms have television, fridge, and microwave. The proprietors are friendly and gracious and checking in is quick and easy. What's not to love? It is very peaceful and comfy for the price and it has become my preferred choice when I am working in the area.
• hummingbirds68 (8/5): Economically priced - Clean room and good price. I work a weekend job in town and have to rent a room for two nights since I live over an hour away. Have had no issues while staying here. Owners/management friendly and helpful.

Bed smelled like wet dog, asked if room was ready a couple hours early d/t getting into state early, even though she said it was ready, was gonna charge me. No cofee maker

• frequentadventures (2/5): Filthy, DANGEROUS, and a scam -Agoda not available - We were charged $70.00 instead of $59.99 plus 8% tax. The man said we were charged extra for 2 beds and because we used a credit card. He refused to cancel our reservation or give a refund. We were then placed in a SMOKING ROOM. He did move us to the room next door which still smelled like smoke but was better. Our room was supposed to be 2 queens but we have 2 full beds. The room is disgusting. Please see pictures. He is currently not answering the phone. We booked through Agoda which did not have operators available, email was returned undeliverable, and no live chat.
• John (4/5): Overcharged, Harrassed and Disgusted - From the beginning, this stay was a disappointment. The room was dirty and drafty, and the sheets and comforters had stains and scratches. When I left an initial review from the check-in, the motel manager called our room THREE TIMES and told us to take down the review. We were visiting Paragould for a funeral, and we had booked two nights, but after the check in and seeing how the room looked, there was no way we were staying. Tried cancelling the second night twice through both Hotels.com and the motel itself, but they claimed they couldn’t and did not refund us for the second night (we left after the first night). I would not in a million years recommend this place to anyone. We were charged more than we expected, the service was bad, and our experience was terrible. Do NOT stay here!
• Verified traveler (2/5): - There was nothing unique. 5 minutes in the room I killed 2 roaches. Stayed 2 nights, expected fresh towels and the bed to be re-made. Didn't happen. There was a Holiday Inn phone cover on the phone in the room. No coffee available & didn't even have an alarm clock.

This is the first place that we have ever stayed that when we tried to tell them the trash needed changing we were handed a new bag and told where to take the old bag. The toliet became stopped up and we were told where to find a plunger and we had to plung it. The toliet had also over-flown when it became clogged and we had to demand that the floor be cleaned so it got a swift wipe with a mop by the staff with no mop bucket to wash out the mop and go over a second time. Not some place I would recommend to my friends.

• Verified traveler (6/5): - The owners were nice, when we were leaving the man cleaning a room ran out with an item that the occupants had forgotten and gave it to them when they were about to leave, I thought that was very kind. Our bedding and everything in the room was dirty though, the batteries were dead in the tv remote, and we were overcharged. The room we booked wasn't available when we got there so we were given a different one.
• William (2/5): Horrible - Room smelled horrible and was very nasty. No carpet and no lights except lamp. Needed a shower in the morning to wash off the smell of the room!
• 427kristopherp (2/5): Owners are crooks - DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I stayed here for 1 night and it cost me $3,789.34. Nope...not a misprint. That is what it cost me after the owners took my credit card # that I used to pay for the room(after they insisted I cancel my reservation with hotels.com) and buy themselves a bunch of crap online. When I called them to investigate a bunch of charges(the only place in town I used that card) they denied it. My bank confirmed their machine # and only then did they refund the money and apologize and say they "mistakenly used my credit card to make purchases".

Paid for a room around 5 pm, at 5:30 we received a knock at the door wanting to come in and spray poison around the room with my 4 month old infant. We refused to allow him so they took our key, kicked us out and said we owed 100 more.
• Buck (10/5): Super Great Value - Great Staff, comfy bed, clean sheets and a fantastic bargain price of 50.00 per night. Very Happy!
• Keith (6/5): - Inexpensive Motel. Just the basics, but the room was clean and it had all you needed at a bargain price. The outside doesn't look like much, but the rooms themselves were nice inside. Was at least 20 a night less than the next least expensive in town.
• Jimmy (8/5): It's Not a 5 Star But It's Comforting! - If you are expecting a big chain experience, this is not your place. If you are looking for a comfortable bed, a hot shower and a nice TV, this will fit your expectations. It is an older property, but I found it to be clean and maintained. I saw no insects and didn't notice any unpleasant odors. It is a budget property and that is what you get. Simple and no frills. The management was very nice and accommodating, even after I informed them that I would be arriving well after midnight due to my drive up from Riverside International Speedway in West Memphis.
• Shawna (10/5): Old, but nicely kept. - We needed an affordable place in Paragould and this fit the bill. It's an old motel but it is kept up nicely and everything is clean.

• Nathan (6/5): Budget 1 night stay - The person I spoke to at reception didn't speak English and gave me his phone to speak to someone else. The beds have a lot of movement in them.

• Thomas (4/5): Never again. - Felt like at any moment my car was going to get either broken into or stolen. Well someone did steal fuel. I arrived at 2 am and by the time I was in my room it was 2:30. Next morning they were calling me to check out by 9. Check out time is supposed to be 11. Leave me alone when I have time to sleep. Will never stay here again.
• BJ (6/5): You get what you pay for. - With the exception of the TV, everything is very old and outdated, although, at least functional. It's about as basic as you get if all you are looking for is a place to rest.
• 898katrinaq (2/5): never again - We travel for work, stay in many different hotels/motels this is by far our worst experience in 3.5 years. we have together a total of 7 rooms a few of them are doubles and the rest are singles. we were ALL charged the same of $275 for the week no matter if it was a double or single which didn't make sense to begin with.. then we were only going to stay for 5 nights and take a few days off to go home, we were still charged the $275 even though it was five nights instead of 7. no where is it listed that we cannot cook in our rooms said she would charge $100 for cooking when it was not posted. all around terrible customer service and experience. all together they will be losing guaranteed 7 rooms for minimum of 6 weeks, due to poor customer service!!!!! also rooms are SO small don't let the pictures fool you. only one room of our 7 was decent sized.
• Eva (2/5): not happy! - did not like it. was charged an additional 10.00 for three beds all in one room. not enough towels, the bathroom/shower was as small as a closet. would not recomend it to anyone.
