- Iga (5/5): - Obsługa była pomocna i miła, lokalizacja dobra, ale jeżeli czyjaś wizyta wiąże się z pracą to nie polecam szczególnie pokoi od głównej ulicy. Lokalizacja hotelu dobra, ale pokój, który otrzymałam miał okna od ulicy i przez całą dobę było głośno (dzwony, turyści a w nocy imprezowicze) więc ciężko było się wyspać. Na śniadanie zeszłam raz, niestety nie widziałam nic na ciepło (może przeoczyłam) więc w następnych dobach już odpuściłam. Sam hotel ewidentnie wymaga odświeżenia, w moim pokoju nie działały lampy przy łóżku, na dywanie były plamy (jakby po wybielaczu) i znalazłam trochę śmieci po poprzednich gościach (głównie plastikowe opakowania za śmietnikiem w łazience). W telewizji ciągle znikał dostęp do podstawowych kanałów. Łazienka była mikroskopijna- nie pozwalająca aby zrobić krok a brodzik pod prysznicem dosyć nierówny (chyba kwestia wykonania bo nie widać tego tylko czuć po wejściu). Części wspólne też nie wyglądały na najnowsze a niektóre wręcz zniszczone (np. jedna z klamek na korytarzu na pierwszym piętrze). Brakuje również siłowni. Podsumowując nie oceniłabym tego hotelu na cztery gwiazdki jako osoba dużo podróżująca. Maksymalnie trzy a cena jest zawyżona.

The selection for the breakfast is generous and expansive.

- Jack (10/5): Perfect for our needs. - Great location, so easy to explore old town on foot, trams near by. The area is beautiful. we were on the ground floor next to the bar area and it was actually very quiet. Breakfast we got included and the choice, quality of the food was excellent. The bartender, Jacek was amazing making us a proper Mad Dog (Krakow local drink) and other cocktails not in the menu. His coffee making was also brilliant. Towels fresh everyday. We will definitely stay here on our next visit. We did not eat at the restaurant, so cannot comment .

However, I didn't find any juice available, and the staff member did not ask whether we want juice. The room is small, and we doubt the floor size description is correct for a deluxe room.. The twin bed is quite narrow compared to the standard twin size bed. Though we were disappointed with the small bathroom with a small sink, we like the heated towel rack. No body lotion and shower cap were provided.

Nie jestem przekonana do picia wody ,, kranówki " do której zachęca hotel. Myślę że fajnie by było postawić chociaż na korytarzach jakieś dystrybutory z wodą dla osób które nie piją wody z kranu.

- Lindsey (8/5): We zijn tevreden en zouden het onze vrienden/familie aanraden. - De kamer was zeker in orde! Poets onderhoud is zeer goed! We werden heel goed geholpen aan de balie. De 2e dag aan het ontbijt, was er 1 personeelslid niet vriendelijk, maar dat is 1 persoon en misschien een momentopname. Verder vonden wij de hoofdkussens in onze kamer niet goed, maar dat is misschien ook eerder persoonlijke voorkeur.

- Joanna (6/5): Hotel pod kątem lokalizacji ok ale cena do jakości zawyżona. - Lokalizacja i śniadanie. Parking podziemny, który nie działał. Musieliśmy szukać parkingu na mieście. Mała łazienka. W szafce brak łyżki do butów, czyścika. Firanki z dziurkami po prasowaniu a w pokoju widoczne niepoodkurzane brudy.
