• Yeoh (6/5): Dissappoint and sad - Location and the serenedity The room I stayed in, pool access villa is too too too dim. Furniture is limited too for luggages. Initially I thought Staff & manager is honest and good. But I am wrong. I left my necklace in the room, when I call back to no. +66 98 265 2391 the manager quickly respond and send me the picture of my found necklace and promise to send to me. After 2 days, I enquire again on the payment and status, all went cold. No response on call and message. I am very dissappointed, the necklace is an amulet that my husband gave me. I have email to bannchomle@gmail.com regarding this matter too when I failed to get updates. I really hope my necklace can be send back to me.
• Vera (10/5): Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, ruhiger Strandabschnitt🫶 - Die Holzbungalows waren sehr schön, insbesondere das Bad war super insbesondere die Regendusche. Das Frühstück war auch überdurchschnittlich gut, für jeden was dabei! Der Strandanschnitt war nicht überlaufen. Es waren Schattenplätze vorhanden, man konnte gut entspannen. Die Sitzmöglichkeit vor den Bungalows sind nicht so bequem und es war kein Tisch vorhanden!

• Tomáš (2/5): - Dobrá lokalita blízko u moře. Neochota personálu řešit vzniklé problémy. Cena neodpovídala kvalitě ubytování. Nefunkční klimatizace v chatě. Rozbité vybavení koupelny. Bezprostředně za chatou umístěné čerpadlo, které během celého dne a hlavně noci bylo neustále v provozu a svým hlasitým zvukem rušilo. Personál nebyl schopen věc vyřešit, nebyl nám nabídnut náhradní pokoj ani případná kompenzace.
• kristel (9/5): Prima verblijf en uitvalsplek voor uitstapjes en weg uit de drukte van Ao Nang stad. - Fijne plek alles dicht bij. Strand, 7-11, restaurants gewoon een fijne plek om te zijn maar ook om uitstapjes vanuit te regelen. De douche is koud. Ondanks dat we het hebben doorgegeven niet opgelost. We hadden de luxe hotelkamer dus dan hoop je dat dit niet aan de orde is.
• Sabrina (9/5): - Das Hotel hat eine direkte Strandlage und man kann fußläufig Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants erreichen. Der Pool ist sauber und die Zimmer werden ebenfalls täglich gereinigt. Hygieneprodukte stehen im Badezimmer zur Verfügung. Das Hotel ist schon an einigen Stellen im die Jahre gekommen. Paneele am Boden der Bungalowterasse sind gebrochen. Am Pool sind ebenfalls einige Gefahrenquellen die dringend beseitigt werden sollten damit sich niemand verletzt. Das Frühstück ist einfach gehalten.
• Andreas (9/5): Perfekt zum Ankommen für 2-3 Tage - Lage an einem der besten Strände. Transfer vom Airport wurde organisiert. Zimmer mit Klimaanlage und Moskitonetz, Kühlschrank im Cottage wie beschrieben. Abendessen 100m entfernt, Boat Café abends gut fussläufig erreichbar Frühstück passt für 2-3 Tage, dann ist es zu monoton.

• Nigel (7/5): - I liked the actual room i payed for with the direct pool access and staff were very helpfull and so polite , it was right on the beach which was fantastic and couple of food stalls which were really cheap and good quality serving fruit drinks and Thai food. 1) Bed in Room was rockhard so was pillow as you only got one. 2) TV - Sometimes if you have early night etc or cant sleep you put TV on however all the channels are in Thai , for the life of me at least put BbC world news or Al Jazeera news at least , considering 95% of guests are not thai. 3) Hotel Restaurant - Very helpfull cherfull staff but prices were double to some places .
• Mc (7/5): Une fois ça ira 😊 - Personnel sympathique et très poli, piscine et plage agréable devant les chambres Penser a des boules quies, pas du tout isolées et de nombreux espaces entre les bamboo. Impossible de dormir avec les bruits des animaux (chance pour nous on avait aussi des crapauds juste à côté) mais bon ça , c'est comme ça et si vous avez des voisins irrespectueux. Restant de produit d'entretien au bord de la piscine. Ça me brûlait le temps que je m'en rende compte que j'en avais sur mon bras. Pas dramatique mais faire gaffe. Petit dej pas terrible à mon goût non plus

• Gunilla (8/5): Vi är nöjda, men kanske ändå inte bokar igen. - Otroligt fint rum, men lite tråkig byggnad. Superbra frukost med fin utsikt. Bra läge. Lite för dyrt och stort hotell. Inte så många restauranger i närheten.

Übrigens den Lärm machen nicht Frösche sondern Zikaden was uns überhaupt nicht störte Verletzungsgefahr am Bambusboden durch hervorstehende Nägel und Schrauben, Klimaanlage Aussengerät direkt unter der Hütte sehr laut in der Nacht, Pool beim Strand stinkt extrem nach Chlor, Restaurant (Möbel und Essen)

• Juliet (7/5): Fine for a couple of days ahead of islands - Good access to a lovely beach. Booked the swim up pool rooms which provided a nice escape from the busy beach area. Beach bar perfect spot for sunset downers. Good spot for accessing island tours. The hotel is situated by a busy beach area so doesn’t feel as private as you’d expect. Also the hotel allows the public to rent sun loungers at the hotel and bar area so no real priority to residents other than they don’t pay. Not convinced the paying clients were monitored fully either.

• Alfred (6/5): schöne Insellandschaft…Hotel nicht empfehlenswert - die Lage und die Bungalows der Anlage der Garten war nicht sonderlich gepflegt die Sonnenliegen waren täglich verschmutz und wurde von uns selbst gereinigt trotz mehrmaliger Urgenz waren keine Auflagen für die Sonnenliegen vorhanden…lt Managment gibt es das in diesem Hotel nicht😩…Restaurant war teuer, aber es gab nebenbei günstige Essensstände von Einheimischen

• Livio (7/5): adatto a famiglie ma se cercateun po di relax...... - nulla in particolare ... gentilezza personale e pulizia camere poco isolate e molte con porta comunicante dove si sentiva il respiro .... struttura adatta a famiglie se possibile con molti bambini .... poco nelle vicinanze .. mare sempre molto sporco da sospensione sabbiosa e pieno come la spiaggia di coralli morti .. una delizia per i piedi se vai in acqua ... e attenzione alle passeggiate notturne ... coralli dappertutto pezzi di barche ecc avrò spostato in sicurezza tanti vetri e chiodi .. un posto dove non ci tornerei ..
• Nico (7/5): Mooie kamer op rustigere locatie. - Grote verzorgde kamer. Goed bed, mooie badkamer Ligt aan een rustig strand. Buitendeel van de airco staat op het terras, en blaast de warme lucht op het terras zodat je daar niet echt kan blijven zitten als de airco aanstaat. Restaurant: duur en minder kwaliteit. Extreem lang wachten voor een kleine bestelling aan het strand terwijl het er nooit druk was.

• Desislava (7/5): - The beach in front of the hotel is amazing - large with white sands and blue sea. We stayed in the hotel and we liked our rooms a lot - clean, with sea view, nice balconies. The staff is very kind and attentive - both at the hotel and the restaurant. You need a taxi every day if you, like us, want to do activities during the day. Hygiene at the massage premises, the restaurant toilets is very low. The towels and sheets at the massage premises smell dirty. The professionalism and kindness of the staff compensated in a way this but still - lot more to be done. Also, the sunbeds at the beach dont have mattresses which makes them uncomfortable. The beds and the pillows in our room also were not ok.

• EMILIE (9/5): - Une des meilleures expériences d hôtels que nous ayons fait en Thaïlande. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le concept des bungalow qui sont de petites cabanes en bambou. Pas si petite que cela d ailleurs, elles sont spacieuses confortables et il y a tout ce qu il faut. L hôtel est calme, le restaurant est correct, le petit déjeuner est un buffet plutôt bien (à part le café 😖) et il y a plusieurs restaurants à proximité de l hôtel dans un rayon de 10 min à pieds. Nous avons apprécié qu il soit sur la plage, la piscine avec vu sur la mer et la sérénités du lieu (moins animé et bruyant qu Ao Nang) Le personnel est agréable J y retournerai volontiers

• Laura (9/5): - Lovely resort on the beach! We stayed in a pool access room and they are HUGE! Quiet too and set back form the beach. The location was perfect, and there were great places to eat and drink either side down the beach. The staff were brilliant, very attentive and helpful. Breakfast was good - choice of cooked eggs, traditional food and western options. I would def book and stay here again. Great value for money. The beach was beautiful, clean and quiet!

• Elisabeth (8/5): C’était bien mais il faudrait améliorer le confort au global - Voici une évaluation rédigée de façon claire, structurée et polie, tout en restant honnête : ⸻ Évaluation de notre séjour Dans l’ensemble, notre séjour s’est bien passé, même si certains points mériteraient d’être améliorés. Points positifs : • L’emplacement est vraiment agréable : un lieu calme, verdoyant, et situé directement au bord d’une plage très bien entretenue. • Le personnel est adorable : souriant, attentionné et toujours disponible. • Après avoir changé de chambre, nous avons séjourné dans le bâtiment principal où le confort et l’espace étaient au rendez-vous. Points à améliorer : • Le service de navette depuis l’aéroport nous a paru un peu cher. • Il n’y a pas assez de chaises longues pour tous les clients, et celles disponibles sont en plastique blanc, sans matelas, donc assez peu confortables. • Nous avions initialement réservé un bungalow en front de mer, le logement le plus cher de l’établissement. Malgré son charme et son style cabane en bambou, il manquait vraiment de confort et de praticité : • aucune isolation, tous les bruits extérieurs étaient audibles ; • absence d’espaces de rangement ; • ventilateur de plafond non fonctionnel ; • climatisation impossible à régler, très froide, avec un moteur bruyant situé sous le plancher ; • matelas posé à même le sol, sans sommier ; • la vue mer ne justifie malheureusement pas le prix demandé compte tenu de ces inconforts. • Après quatre nuits sur les huit prévues, nous avons demandé à changer de chambre car cela n’était plus tenable. Heureusement, l’hôtel avait de la disponibilité et la nouvelle chambre dans le bâtiment était beaucoup mieux. Le restaurant de l’hôtel est cher pour une qualité qui n’est pas au niveau. Cependant, il suffit de marcher entre 5 et 10 minutes le soir pour trouver de nombreuses options bien meilleures. En journée, des vendeurs proches de la plage proposent également de très bonnes alternatives.

• Marie-Neige (8/5): Very nice stay ! - The location on the beach is great, the beach itself is very nice. The 2 pools are appreciable, the restaurant with sea view too. The staff was smiling, kind and helpful. The bamboo cottage was really cute and gave an authentic Thai experience. The restaurant is a bit expensive but the spot is very nice. The breakfast was not that various as it was not high season yet I guess. Not a lot of deck chair facing the beach.

Very spacious room, we had a family room in the main building, but I think all the main building rooms are the same size. Balcony room with sea view (some rooms have very limited view though). My teen daughter found the breakfast limited.
• Tzafrir Manshko (9/5): ממליצה מאוד! נקי ושווה את המחיר - במקום מהמם, מיקום על הים, 2 בריכות, צוות חמוד ונחמד בטירוף, נקייייי(!) שלי זה ממש חשוב. אהבתי מאודדדד בארוחת בוקר יחסית טובה, טרייה- אני פשוט לא מתחברת לקונספט התאילנדי של אוכל אמיתי בבוקר, אבל היה בחירה של פירות וירקות ואפשרות לבקש שיכינו לי חביתה הדבר היחיד זה שצריך לקחת מונית כל פעם לאיזור המרכזי של אונאנג 130 באט לכיוון בערך ושלא היה חלב סויה….
• Petra (7/5): Mehr Schein als Sein - Die Lage 50 m vom Meer entfernt ist phantastisch. Das Essen war weder Continental noch Thai- Food, einfach nur schlecht. Die Fußböden der Cottages sind so, dass sie einfach nicht sauber gehen. Das merkt man, wenn man Yoga macht.

• Ian (10/5): - The setting of the hotel was great. Right on the quiet Khlong Muang beach with a great swath of clean sand and awesome sunset views. We stayed in a family room in the main building which was modern and lovely. There are also 2 small pools to enjoy (one on the beach front). It’s about 10 minutes drive from the chaos of Ao Nang. We had no issue getting tours to pick us up directly from the hotel. We recommend The Best 50m up the road away from the beach for awesome smoothies and food. The Balibar is also run by a lovely couple.
• Suzann (10/5): Das Hotel hat alles, was man für einen entspannten Strandurlaub braucht - ein tolles Fleckchen Erde. - Das authentische Hotel hat eine angenehme Größe, eine ruhige Lage, liegt direkt an einem schönen Sandstrand, meine Bambushütte mit Blick aufs Meer war klasse und das Personal ist großartig. • Jane (10/5): Idyllic Thai Retreat - The style of the bungalow was a quintessential, idyllic, tropical retreat. It was very clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and attentive. The beach bar served drinks and food which was convenient and tasty. We would definitely recommend this resort and hope to return some day.
• Ross (7/5): Ok, but not worth the money as stayed in nicer places for cheaper ! - Beach front location was really lovely, 2 good restaurants just up the road , good base if you want to travel around the islands The bamboo floor in the beach front hut was so uncomfortable on your feet and the flip flops provided were not great either, the on site restaurant was pretty poor , the breakfast that was included was not great , hardly any selection but the coffee was good ! The lunch and dinner menu was ok, but had to much better and the place up the road called ‘ the best ‘ Thai restaurant. The swimming pool is in need of a decent clean as it looks green from the outside. The room itself was very basic , not that I expected much but would have liked a bed and not just a mattress on the floor with a mosquito net around it. The air con unit was good and worked well

• Poonkodi (1/5): WiFi is very bad, there’s no intercom facility for the rooms and the guest has to come down. - Breakfast was very ordinary Reception staff do not help u, no proper WiFi, far off location, costs for commute goes up becos of location, rooms aren’t cleaned everyday, no intercom, guests need to go for everything to the reception, staffs aren’t very helpful. Overall,morphed reviews and disappointment after reaching the place. Pl check for packages for island hopping and other activities outsides. Don’t go with the pamphlets provided in the hotel. We ended up paying 2k bhts more for our phi phi trip as compared to our other companions ,just becos we stayed here.
• Chris (2/5): a mistake. not a place I wish for anyone. - its close to the beach where do I start ? sadly neglect is the major culprit, it was probably a good hotel but staff have no guidance , everything is tired, gardens are a dust bowl , most things are broken , bets are really hard and uncomfortable. I could go on but its not worth the effort

• Rie (7/5): Great location on an uncrowded beach. However communal facilities were a bit tired. - Great location on the beach. Restaurant staff kept getting the order wrong.
• Lisa (8/5): Beautiful position, cute bungalows, lovely staff - We loved the area, the beach was not crowded, it was clean, the longtail boats created a beautiful foreground for the ocean view. The breakfast was OK, and other food we ordered from the menu was yum. The staff was very friendly. The bungalows were beautiful and quaint. I had a beach front bungalow, my bed was a little hard for my liking. They were doing renovations to the beachfront bungalows, so the first day was a bit noisy. They were also doing pool renovation. Certainly cant control the wildlife, but if you get a beachfront bungalow, you may have wildlife visit your roof, which can be somewhat noisy through the night.

• Sylvie (7/5): A simple & quiet Thaï hotel in front of the sea with typical Thai bungalows. Great value for money! - The best part was the location of the property in front of the sea and it’s typical Thai style bungalows . And great value for money ! The beds were not very comfortable. The sea bungalows have futon style beds on the floor which were so uncomfortable that we asked to change rooms to garden view. We also had a very noisy and disturbing neighbour screaming and banging all night (which has nothing to do with the hotel)

• Gina (5/5): Great for short stay and if moving around - The deluxe room was well designed and comfortable Located right by the beach but not many shops or restaurants around Pools were not cleaned and water was murky Massage room smelt of mould and not best massage received Airport transfer at 800bth but be aware there are cheaper options, we found taxi at 600 and shared transport available at cheaper price Reception does not book all the tours Rubbish on the beach
• Richard (2/5): Decent for a couple - Proximity to beach, good staff . Ok for a couple or friends but not for a family Hotel rooms are very dark, not suitable for a family, walls like paper can hear everything. Smell of septic tanks, and breakfast wasn’t great.

• Catherine (10/5): Wonderful unique beachfront rooms! - The location was incredible and the rooms were not only clean and comfortable but very unique to stay in. The food at the restaurant was delicious and excellent value. Staff were super friendly and incredibly helpful. A great place to stay! All good.

• Damian (8/5): Fun & economical, like camping in a hotel. - Very close to the beach, the charming bamboo hut is a bit like camping, but with some mod cons. Rather close to the other huts so a bit noisy, and there was a strange smell in the room, probably from a poor gecko that may have died within the bamboo structure.
• Michał (6/5): Great location, amazing wide Muang beach - This is 3 star hotel with some small issues like very dirty chairs in the restaurant or dirty pool beds so you need 2x towels to cover one bed. But the rooms are clean. But stuff is really great, very kind and helpful. We had 2x bamboo cabins front to the beach: they were small but very nice with AC. Breakfast is ok (nothing special) and tai kitchen in the restaurant is really great. The view from the restaurant to the beach is great. The beach is very wide and quiet so you just ignore all the issues and enjoy your stay. It is Muang beach so most of the trips around have pickup point in this hotel. dirty chairs in the restaurant or dirty pool beds so you need 2x towels to cover one bed but remember about the view. the view and the beach is amazing so don't worry about chairs :)
• Claire (9/5): Beautiful bamboo house right on the beach - Great location right on a fantastic beach The family bungalow for 4 people had one very large comfortable bed but then one really tiny pullout bed that wasn’t so comfortable
• Teresa (8/5): Very good - Beachfront cottage was amazing. Lots of choice for breakfast. Nice to have food stalls and cafe opposite. No sunbeds on the beach kept the landscape looking as it should! Bamboo floor painful to walk on.. although flip-flops provided. Tiny ants in the bed, but due to area, understandable. Not all Sunbeds on the grass area had cushions.
