Guys there's a hidden fee in the policy section for so call house cleaning, please be aware of that. Washing machine not working plus TV not working. never be staying here again.

• Jamila (10/5): - The apartment is clean and fully equipped. The neighborhood was safe and, aside from construction going on, is quiet. One of the neighbors uses the parking spot for his car so park just park on his spot, I forget the number but you drive forward from the gate and park directly under the tree that will be on your left side. I will definitely try to book with them again the next time I visit Jamaica.
• Nhi (8/5): - The host is quick responding and flexible. The property is located nearby all attraction. However, It is not much of scenery surrounding the property. Metal guard all over the house all windows were closed, feeling like it’s probably security reason why they do that. Also, there was construction next to the apartment, so it was a lot of noise in our stay.
• BENJAMIN (2/5): - it a clean property,but super noisy! the AC only works in the bedroom,the living room has only a fan,and it super hot!you cant sit in the living room because it always hot! and the bedroom is right on the side of a construction site..they start working from 6:00 am to 11pm..everyday!with heavy equipmnt!!it so so noisy!i wish i could retrieve my money for all the sleepless nights! it a nightmare dont go there! learn or perish😜

• Davian (8/5): - My only problem with this property is the parking situation! If you have a car make sure they guarantee you a parking spot before you book! I was given a number but they had a car in that spot the whole time I was there, this make my stay very inconvenient. I was woke up in the night by security to move my car because the owner park in spot am supposed to use or whoever that let use the parking space. Don’t advertise parking if you can’t accommodate it

• Bianka Klaudia (8/5): Rövid időszakra tökéletes szállàs! Szuper tiszta! - A szàllàs meglepően tiszta volt, a szobaberendezések újszerűnek tűntek. Sosem érzem magam igazàn komfortosan idegen szàllàshelyen az ágyban vagy a kanapén ülve, de ez a kanapé elég tisztának, újnak tűnt! Az àgy hatalmas és nagyon kényelmes!! Az apartman felszereltségén, leginkább a konyhában, illetve azon a tényen, hogy a fürdőszobai kàdban képtelenség volt àllva zuhanyozni (nem jött meleg víz..), tehàt vagy kàdban lehetett volna ülve fürdeni vagy ahogyan mi próbâltuk megoldani "guggolva zuhanyozni" - lehetne mit javítani, de összességében szerintünk ez egy szuper kellemes szàllàs kingstoni viszonylatban! A főbb látnivalók rövidebb tàvon belül elérhetők, viszont élelmiszerboltot mi egyet sem találtunk a környéken...Ez elég nagy nehézséget okozott, mivel hogy a szàllàs önellátó..

• Oneil (10/5): Fantastic Experience - A fantastic 1-bedroom apartment located within walking distance to the historic Devon House. Boasts a large, king size bed as well as mini fridge, stove, microwave and utensils. A/C unit in bedroom blows cool and was a welcome relief from the tropical heat. Communication was excellent throughout our stay. We would definitely consider booking again in future.
• Michael Horatio (8/5): - The property is well maintained. Even in my absence, housekeeping came in and cleaned. I had money and other valuables laying about, and there were no problem; your personal property and yourself will be safe. However, there are a couple things though, I would have wished that even a bottle of water, soda, juice or coffee were made available for arriving guests. There was absolutely nothing. Secondly, the information from the website and the actual name of the property are different. I received a text message giving the correct name of property, then my phone died as I was traveling since the day before and had no charge. When I went looking for the place using the printout from Cheapticket.com, it became confusing. I will say the female host was very pleasant and accommodating, but the husband, even "Christ" was used in a conversation point...for him a score of zero is to be added. My overall experience was good, and I would stay there again.

• Michelle (10/5): - The property was excellent and the area where it is awesome. The only thing was the bathroom need a little upgrade the shower could do with a modern hand held shower head and the toilet the tank took too long to full. Otherwise everything else was perfect.
• Sheryl Stanor (10/5): - Cattleya's property was in a central residential quiet prestige neighborhood and the inside was extremely comfortable and very nice. We spoke with Nicole upon our arrival and she was very polite and intelligent. My hubby and I will definitely book our next stay there.
• André (8/5): - Overall nice location comfortable. However the booking transactions weren’t as smooth as I anticipated. Firstly this property has hidden fees are NOT disclosed during booking via the app. I find this very concerning it gives off deceptive impression. I was charged a cleaning fee separately from the total booking fee I paid online and was only informed of this after paying online in full. I was not pleased with that. Secondly, in collecting this additional cleaning fee NOT mentioned in the booking process, While my girlfriend and I were staying there the gentleman just came in the apartment to collect said fee claiming he thought we were out. This is completely unacceptable and very uncomfortable and considered a breach of my personal space and privacy. Even when the gentleman saw us in there because he was adamant in collect said unmentioned fee, he remained in the apartment. Luckily my girlfriend and I were clothed and locked away in the other room else the gentleman would have invaded on a very private and personal situation as we were on vacation. But I will always cooperate with the owners request but it felt very uncomfortable to know that at any moment they can just come in on us so despite the fact I really enjoyed the physical apartment unfortunately my stay was quite uncomfortable by the organizers. Privacy is very important and must be respected at all times. In closing all fees charged should be disclosed during the main booking process so one payment is made

• Verified traveler (4/5): ボブマーリー博物館近いが、サービスに難あり。 - ホテルでなく民泊のようでした記載の住所いっても誰もおらず、むこうから3時に約束したのに40分遅れてきた上に別の場所の部屋に連れていかれました。返金の予約を勝手に変更するのはおかしいと思います。また部屋の清掃料と言って50アメリカドルを請求されました。部屋自体は悪くはなかったのですが、これでは観光に差し支えます。ボブマーリー博物館から徒歩圏ですので、それでも泊まりたい人はどうぞ。

The agent could not be there, at the time , but was in constant communication with me and had sent her assistant to welcome us in. This is a secure environment. The rooms are clean and spacious, very cozy and comfortable settings. I would not hesitate to recommend anyone to enjoy the comfort of Cattleya guest Apts. Try it you'll love it.

• Jaqueline (10/5): NICE APARTMENT, GREAT LOCATION - Clean and well appointed apartment opposite the popular Devon House. Beautiful gardens and famous for their delicious ice-cream (we had some). This apartment has 24 hr security with private parking. Shakira checked us in. Great personality and professional. Already booked this apartment for my return visit in a couple weeks.
• John (10/5): Great apartment - I am so happy I chose this Apartment. What I loved most about it, was how well kept and clean this apartment was its exactly how the pictures are. Very central close to everything. Truth is you really don't need a car unless you want to take a drive out to the country. I cooked quite a bit and was happy that the kitchen was so spacious. I had my own private parking and felt very safe being in a gated community with 24hr security. Honestly this place felt like home. Wonderful staff that catered to our every need. Will be visiting next month for a conference and will definitely be staying here.
• Elizabeth (10/5): Luxurious Apartment - Luxurious Apartment This apartment is Fabolous!! Beautifully furnished, lovely bathroom and best of all Egyptian cotton white sheets. When we arrived were pleasantly surprised with a refrigerator full of goodies. Shakira the manager was so thoughtful. Orange juice, butter, eggs, bagels, fruits. Shakira we really appreciated this! The Location of the apartment is perfect walking distance to shops, supermarkets and lot of entertainment. We felt very safe in this new Kingston area. It’s a gated community with 24hr security Oh! Can’t forget to mention Ms. P the housekeeper who is always so pleasant and does such a beautiful job of keeping the apartment spotless. Overall a fantastic stay. This will be our home away from home when we’re in Jamaica.
• Donna (2/5): EVICTED IN JAMAICA!!! - Two days prior to departure the general manager called me and had a nasty tone " you are aware that you will need to pay an additional $190" I asked why and he basically said I had agreed to it before finalizing my booking. I told him that I didn't recall and asked him to tell me exactly where that was on the itinerary. On the itinerary it showed that if destination fee of $20/night, $50 cleaning fee and $80 for airport transportation was not already included then those fees would be charged upon arrival or departure. He later apologized for his approach. I got to Jamaica 2 days later at appx. 2 a. m. And was given access to the property by a young lady, who at the time I thought was the property manager. We agreed to meet the following day being that it was already late. The following day I realized that the remote that opens the gate did not work, I couldn't access the safe, and THE AIR CONDITIONER WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY. I also asked her to explain what was included in the "destination fee" because it wasn't clear to me. She was unable to do so and at this point informed me that the property manager would return on Tuesday. Also, she would get someone to come out to look at the AC "MAYBE" on Tuesday. I explained to her that I would pay the $190 as soon as the AC was fixed and I understood wat I was paying for. She said she understood. Appx. 1 hour later I received a text from general manager: I WAS TOLD TO VACATE THE PREMISES BY 10 a.m the following day!!!
• Rushane Scott (10/5): Amazing Stay - I have to say, with just a short stay at this residence, i felt super comfortable. I felt as if i was back home in the states, and there is no place like home. The Cattleya guest house is simple amazing and im not just saying it just to say so. Nice clean guest house not only that but also nice quiet neighborhood. Janet the house manager was also very accommodating and very much respectful. Simply follow house rules and all will be fine.
