- 陳小Ann (10/5): 老闆娘非常熱情, 會先打電話問入住時間, check-in當下也會寒暄幾句, 非常自在. - 住宿地點很好, 出花蓮火車站, 步行10分鐘內可抵達, 巷弄內, 安靜(個人最喜歡的點), 步行五分鐘內中山路的麥當勞, 摩斯漢堡, 步行一分鐘內可至全聯, 7-11, 早起可晨跑至七星潭, 單程約5.X公里, 來回約10.X公里, 沖洗完之後, 到民宿特約的摩斯漢堡吃早餐, 開始一天的行程, 非常舒服的小旅行. 本次入住3B號房, 是雙床房, 個人偏好硬床, 民宿的床很軟, 對於吃軟不吃硬的人來說, 會是非常舒服的選擇, 冷氣的出風口方向不是說很理想, 我睡靠牆的這張床, 冷空氣朝下, 剛好對著頭吹, 把棉被蓋著頭睡太熱, 棉被拿掉冷氣直吹頭又太冷, 如果你是個怕熱的人就沒有問題, 浴室乾溼分離我很喜歡, 但是沒有門? 可能是浴簾剛好拆掉要換新的? 沖澡的時候一直怕水沖出去, 比較傷腦筋, 3樓的洗臉盆水壓較小, 蓮蓬頭的熱水不會馬上有, 要稍微等一下才會有熱水.

- 書華 (6/5): 整體算還不錯啦!位置離火車站近+連假價錢cp值高 - 老闆娘人親切服務好，有很多代訂服務， 有電梯房間內空間大! 位置算很方便，從火車站走路也可以到 房間內沒有移動式桌子， 冷氣開16度也不涼:(雖然老闆娘有拿電風扇但還是沒有甚麼用...)建議可以檢查一下， 廁所燈光偏昏暗，潮濕的味道較明顯， 客房內有比較明顯的灰塵，一進房有點過敏+氣喘

- Georges (8/5): Nice family-run hotel not far from train station - Family-run small hotel, within walking distance from train station (750 m).. Reception looks like family home, but room was nice and comfortable. Receptionist spoke English. Friendly. Elevator. Refrigerator as well as hot and cold water in the corridor. Breakfast at Mos Burger (walk 300 m) with free voucher was pretty good. Supermarket and restaurants nearby. Confusing to find location because hotel's name is not clear. We put our baggage on the sofa because there was no baggage rack. Map only in Chinese. Late and wrong information by mail about visits to Taroko Gorge. Confusing information on Booking confirmation about prepayment, which finally was not the case.

- Eric (7/5): Nice room but pretty poor servicing. - We were happy that there was an elevator there because it was ridiculously hot and humid at the time that we visited. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioner worked well. The owners were very nice, but the housekeeper seemed to be very lazy. We asked her to clean the room several times, but still our rubbish in the balcony was left in the bag. We stayed there for four nights and our bed linen was not changed once! The coffee that was supposed to be available on the ground floor was poorly stocked, and often unavailable. It seemed a bit strange staying here because when you went downstairs, at a normal waking time (around 7:00am to 8:00am) there seemed to be no signs of life there. So, in that case, there was no-one to ask for a sachet if coffee, or anything else. One more thing - they had this wierd system of wanting you to change from your shoes into slippers (slip -ons) at the ground floor, to wear up into your room. Then of course, every time that you wanted to leave the building, you had to do the same, (but in reverse). So for me it meant changing from my size 12 slip-ons into a size 6 which was the biggest available, and felt very uncomfortable, with most of my foot hanging over the edge of it. I couldn't see the point of it! Also, there is no fridge int the room, so you have to store any cold items in the passageway outside of your room, and exit your room each time you want to get a cold drink or something cold to eat.

Our hosts were the loveliest people, super friendly and helpful, they even kindly shared some of their delicious home cooked food with me one night when I was feeling under the weather, without me even asking - I was so touched! The rooms are lovely, spacious, comfortable and well appointed as well. They can also provide home cooked meals (breakfast and dinner) upon request at very reasonable rates - highly recommend for a taste of delicious authentic local food!

Comfortable and clean room, plus a helpful English-speaking reception, very reasonable price. We also appreciated the tea/coffee and snacks in reception, a nice touch. The breakfast arrangement with Mos Burger on Zhongshan Rd was a bit limited, especially if you don't eat eggs

Best parts were the hoists. Made me feel really welcome especially after a long day of walking and travelling. Great directions to the local markets. Even helped me book my train tickets for the next day (wrote a note, which i took to the station, booked my ticket easily). Sadly only stayed 2 nights. Would definitely visit again.

- josephine (6/5): 景觀不錯 - 這次主要是家庭旅遊，幾個月前就已經訂好了兩個4人房，可是在出發的前一天收到店家的電話說只有一間房給我們，另外一間房安排到附近的地方，原因是同一個房間賣給了兩個客戶，所以要我讓給人。我覺得不太滿意，最後就送了一些花蓮的特產做陪禮。還有我們住了4天，你不叫他是不會清潔房間的。
- Ka (10/5): Nice, New, Clean and Quiet - The lady boss and young boss are "yao siu" good. They were superb. The lady boss treated us to tea, fruits and snacks and shared with us candidly on Taiwan culture and history. The young boss replied promptly when we emailed her before our stay and she too shared with us her life as a young person in Taiwan. Both of them made you feel like you are visiting a relative home. The room, bed and bathroom are all big in sizes giving you ample space for a hotel room. Other than the huge bed, there was even a sofa bed in the room! There was even a balcony with table and chairs for you to relax. You do not need to boil hot water as it was readily available at a water dispenser right outside your room with complimentary tea and coffee. They also have bicycles that you could borrow to roam the streets.

Will be given a breakfast coupon worth 50twd only (any excess amount to be borned by guests) and walk about 500metres to the cafe or Mc'Donalds (location stated not clear). If those who unable to read or communicate in Mandarin, would be a hassle looking up for the cafe!
- Han Yee (8/5): Extremely Friendly Owners :) - Owners are extremely friendly and helpful - made sure I knew my way around the city and helped with booking a taxi when needed. Breakfast vouchers provided - you get a choice between Mo Dou or McDonald's. The property is pretty new and decked with sensors; motion sensors are installed so that they turn on whenever movement is sensed, cameras are installed in various corners of the property - just in the hallways though, not in the rooms :) - and keycard readers are installed on the doors to the main entrance and rooms. I thought that was pretty neat. Room was overall pretty clean. Limited house keeping though - no cleaning during the duration of the stay, but additional amenities and towels were happily given upon request. Overall I had a pleasant time staying here!
