- Tetsuo (8/5): 親戚訪問とサッカー観戦旅 - 前回の宿泊で、浴室備え付けのシャワーヘッドが気に入り今回も利用しました。ミストシャワーになるタイプで、ビシネスホテルではあまり見かけません。 朝食は、焼き立てのあじの干物とアジフライが選択出来、小鉢に入ったあじのお刺身が美味しかったです。干物、刺し身、海苔をふりかけ、美味しい静岡茶でお茶漬けをいただきました。また来ます。
- Lucy (9/5): Comfortable and convenient for playing golf nearby - Perfect location for my partner's golf day with Galloway Golf Group KK. Hotel is next to the north exit of Numazu station which is the beginning of the Gotemba line. Many convenience store options on the doorstep with a large supermarket in the basement of the small shopping centre near the South exit of the station. Room itself was clean and comfortable, hotel staff were very friendly, with English speaking reception staff available. We were able to store our luggage for the day after checking out. The toilet flush and the cistern refilling was very loud - this can't be helped of course, but it did feel like I risked waking up the neighbours when using the bathroom late at night.

- Linus (10/5): Exceptional - Fantastic location! Located just outside Numazu Station's North Exit, and near multiple shops, restaurants and convenience stores. The staff is committed to making guests' stay an amazing experience. Front Desk staff were really nice - we checked in at 10 PM and they still welcomed us with a smile. They always greeted us as we went out for the day, and when we returned for the evening. Housekeeping was equally amazing - clean rooms, fresh towels every day, and the attention to detail is a very nice touch. We could tell they take pride in their work, and felt truly taken care of. The Twin Room didn't have the biggest living space, but the larger-than-average bathroom was a big perk of this room. There was a separate area to shower outside the tub, similar to what you'd find in a lot of Japanese homes. Having stayed at plenty of places with shower/tub combos, a separate shower and tub was truly welcome. The Twin Room does not have a lot of storage space. We had two large-size suitcases and couldn't find a place to store them away.

Totally recommend. - The room is small but it has everything you need to feel warm and comfortable, big modern TV, Kettle, nice toiletries, modern shower with 3 different levels, nice view, comfortable bed, modern, nice staff, good location (a lot of restaurants around and the station is just next to it) and clean. the sleepwear was a bit worn out and scratchy.

Highly recommend to anyone, even if you don't speak Japanese. This is right next to the train and bus station as well, a very easy way to catch a 10min bus down to the fish market! Plenty of food and drinks within walking distance of the hotel as well.

- Motohisa (8/5): 普通のホテル - 普通のホテルでしたが、少しばかり割高感がありました。朝食付きにしましたが、こちらも普通です。 良くも悪くもかもなく不可もないホテルだと感じます。 駅近ではありますが、何もない出口側ですので少々売りとなるような強みがあれば嬉しいです。

- あーやま (8/5): 朝食で食べた鰺の開きはちょーうまい - ここのホテルの魅力は、駅からも近く。部屋も角部屋が多いことそして、朝食で食べたあじの開きです。注文を受け炭火で焼いてくれます。 何枚でも食べれちゃいます。 実は今回で3回目の利用です。とても気に入ってます。

- Verified traveler (8/5): Numazu's closest thing to Western Style Hotel - Con isn't location. Staff was friendly capable in English. Room was a good size for a Japanese hotel. Bed was a little firm. Despite being adjacent to Numazu train station, the train noise was well insulated. Needs English instructions for HVAC controls.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Clean Rooms, decent beds, small tight rooms - Rented two rooms for Two nights each. Both rooms were fine - clean, modern, but very tight. There's room for the bed, a TV Stand and thats about all. This is a very basic hotel. The lobby is plain, simple. Arrived to the hotel at 1:00 pm. The room was clean and ready but the staff did not allow us to use the room until 3:00pm, the official check in time. The hotel is fine. It's a bed and a place to have breakfast in the morning but nothing more. Located close walking distance to the train station.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Highly recommended - Gem of a find. Location excellent, small but perfectly appointed room with all conveniences. Great restaurants nearby but beware, they allow smoking inside. Get a card from the hotel for 10% off or free drinks. Staff gênerally very helpful and friendly.
- Zhaoyuan (2/5): Very unclean room - Don't trust the pic you see on the webpage, the room is much smaller. What more disappointing is the room was very unclean. I saw dirt on the bed, mold inside the water boiler, very disgusting
