Sarah or Angel (1/5): Hilton says Booking.com is the cause of undisclosed fee structure - location was convenient The pet fee charged was $75 for a $100/night room and was not disclosed as such until AFTER the stay. When I contacted Hilton to inquire, the customer service was atrocious and unhelpful, they placed the blame at Booking.com's feet; Hilton said Booking.com didn't allow the fees to be listed, and apparently we were to be mind-readers about the extraordinary fee. I have now filed a dispute with the credit card company. I did not know using Booking.com would result in getting into a transaction that would cost 75% MORE than expected. This will absolutely color what website I use to book future trips with.

Kendall (6/5): Beds need updated. - The beds that were in our suite were not comfortable. The pool was also really cold and smelled of really strong chlorine.
Suzette (10/5): Loved Kesha - When we arrived, Keisha greeted us at the front desk and we enjoyed her friendly and outgoing personality, she could not have been nicer. The room is very clean and quiet. Although the hotel was pretty full, even the hallways were quiet, which was very nice no slamming of doors all night long. Breakfast in the morning was great, cooked fresh but even better was the coffee.

We had an ada room for our family. The weekend was extremely hot and the A/c in the room was awesome. The free breakfest was very good and they had biscuits and gravy which I had not seen before

Robert (10/5): - We don't travel as much as we used to, but we always try to stay at a Hampton. The breakfast options they provide was adequate and what we've come to expect. The location was convenient. The price was a bit too high. I'm glad we were there for only 1 night.

Had another king size bed, cleaned, and available. For an individual with no reservation. Front desk clerk was going to have my husband and I wait for a king sized bed room to be cleaned. Despite having a reservation.

Jennifer (2/5): Bedbugs!!!! - Our room had BEDBUGS!! Otherwise I would have rated it as a good place to stay. We were moved to another room after reporting the bedbugs to staff, bedbug was shown to staff. We repeatedly asked to speak with a manager, however no one reached out to us. I’m very concerned that others staying there will bring home this very unwanted guest.
Jacqueline (8/5): We had a great stay and would stay there again. - The Hotel was very nice and clean. The breakfast area was extremely nice. Very clean, spacious and had alot to offer. The coffee could have been hotter but otherwise very pleased. Our room was very spacious, comfortable and very clean. The bathroom was also spacious and plenty of towels. Wish the shower head had better water pressure, but we would stay there again. It would be the water pressure for the shower.

Trek30786642887 (2/5): Unacceptable Experience with the Hampton Inn & Suites -A Warning to Fellow Travelers - I booked this hotel at 11 AM for just one night, but had to cancel by noon because a customer informed me they had Covid, making travel unwise. Despite my efforts to cancel through the Hilton App and making two direct calls to customer service, this hotel refused to budge. They still charged me over $150 for a room I didn't even use. After nearly a decade of loyalty as a Diamond member, in all those years this is beyond disappointing. It's a betrayal of trust. Fellow Business Travelers, heed my warning: choose another location. This hotel's lack of flexibility and disregard for customer loyalty is unacceptable.
George (8/5): - The hotel was very nice. Our only issue was the door to the bathroom. It was a barn door design which should slide easily to open and close ( using your fingers). This door wasn’t properly installed. A child wouldnt be able to open & close this door!
