The Room was clean and confortable, pool is great, with a table service if needed, sunbdeds are clean and pool towels too, breakfast is amazing and the staff is above expectations ! 5min after check in We cancelled our stay in another 5 stars hotel near the sea with an horrible smell of fish and thankfully we managed to have a room at Hilton and what a great choice ! - Christopher (10/5): Wonderful Stay - We had an amazing stay at the Hilton. The accommodation is great (as you might expect) but its the staff that make this place so good. We had an executive room and used the lounge everyday where Diana made sure we were well looked after (and fixed a problem with our room in a flash) - Aiden and Thong looked after us with drinks and food cooked to perfection by chef McDonald. We ate dinner twice in the Rooftop Grill which serves up great international food (thanks chef) and great service to match. Ben at the bell desk gave us great advice on a trip to Manukan island Everywhere in KK is easy to get to using Grab Nothing at all

- DEVIKA RAJAMANICKAM (9/5): 5 star as always! - 5 star as always. Clean rooms, good shower, good customer service despite having a reservation issue the front desk solved it flawlessly. Breakfast spread was awesome, after a long time saw hand made roti canai in hotel lol and it was superb! Nothing specific.
- Katie (8/5): Nice stay, could do with some higher standards - The facilities at the hotel were really good. The room was also very nice and well kept. You had to get a Grab or walk a few minutes to most places but this wasn’t an issue. Some of the staff were very helpful. For the price you pay and considering it’s a Hilton, there’s room to deliver higher standards; for example, the room key stopped working multiple times, there wasn’t anyone to help with bags on arrival and room service was poor (forgotten items in the order and expensive for what you finally receive).

- Musliana (9/5): In general, it was a nice experience for us as a family - The breakfast menu offers a great variety of options, catering to different tastes and preferences. The restaurant staff were also very friendly and attentive, they guided us through the menu and provided excellent service throughout our dinner. The location is convenient as it is close to the main road, but this also means it can be quite noisy, with the sound of vehicles continuing until late at night. Additionally, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke along the walkway on level 11, where our room was located. This made the environment quite unpleasant, especially since we were traveling with a 3-year-old child.

- Xuefei (7/5): - 地理位置很好，周边很多餐厅，距离各个商场与景点都不远，打车也很方便，房间的床很舒适，酒店毛巾等比较干净，更换很及时，卫生环境不错，早餐品类丰盛，但每天变化不多 客房服务很不细致，第一天入住房间缺少纸巾，多次打电话要求送来，等待时间很长，第二天护发素不足也不更换。床品更新不及时，即便放置更换床品牌子也没有及时更换，也没有按照说明的三天一更换，因为每次都比较晚回来，也没有再继续坚持等待更换床品。 早餐餐厅的员工工作很差，从入门登记开始就很混乱，插队的事情频发也不管理。服务员引领入座以后基本就再也找不到机会沟通了，甚至有一次需要宝宝椅也完全忘记，想再次要宝宝椅就根本找不到人沟通，终于在过了15分钟以后找到服务员，但是居然推脱说交给同事拿宝宝椅，完全没有歉意。 整间酒店的管理都很差，但是员工的态度都非常好，沟通时表现的很积极，但是与酒店客房、前台沟通以后，表示知道了，抱歉，没有了，仍然继续混乱。我们入住的时候还不是旺季，不知道如果是旺季会是什么情况。
- Madeleine (10/5): Very good central hotel. - The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The location is great just a short distance from good seafood restaurants and a Grab ride from anything else. Our room was upgraded to an Executive room which was perfect. Really good air conditioning, loads of space and an enormous bathroom with an excellent shower. The breakfast buffet was good and well organised. I would definitely stay here again. We had stayed here a few days previously and had encountered some issues. On this occasion everything was so much better. No complaints at all.

- Gary (8/5): Comfortable stay in a well located hotel - The hotel was centrally located and the rooms were well appointed and a good size. Gym was clean and had a good range of equipment. Staff were very helpful. The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay here very much. The breakfasts were great but it was very crowded. Other guests could be a bit rude.
- Madeleine (8/5): - The hotel is very well located with easy access to a range of different restaurants. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was a good size and was very comfortable. The shower was excellent with plenty of hot water. There was plenty of storage space and comfortable chairs. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Kota Kinabalu. The safe hadn't been checked and needed new batteries. I had requested a room without a connecting door to the next room but unfortunately I was allocated the very thing I didn't want. The connecting door compromises the sound insulation. At 11pm the guests on the other side of the door came in shouting loudly and this went on for 2 hours. The breakfast area needs closer monitoring. The coffee machines regularly not working and needing attention. Check in was painfully slow. A large group had arrived creating unacceptable queues and waiting time for others.

L’une des serveuses (d’origine philippine ?) au petit-déjeuner du deuxième jour qui prend l’assiette de la gaufre que j’avais commandée pour la service à quelqu’un d’autre et qui accable le jeune cuisinier sous prétexte qui ne parle pas anglais.

- Thea (10/5): Absolutely amazing - Everything - from check-in to late check out - my stay was incredibly comfortable. Big, silent room, amazing bed and pillows, great facilities - gym, steam room, sauna, rooftop swimming pool with beautiful jungle views, good location, fast Wi-Fi, delicious breakfast and the nicest staff! There was an issue with hot water in my room, but it was quickly fixed. For breakfast, fruit variety could be improved, and longer opening hours would be appreciated.

- Ahmad Nubli (10/5): Amazing - Great 2 nights stay at Hilton Kota Kinabalu. Everyone is looking for a hotel with seaview at KK but trust me you dont need it once you choose Hilton. Breakfast was amazing,teh tarik is the star.Staff was very helpful and always greet all the guests with big smiles. I asked for complimentary cake/decoration for my son’s birthday and they granted both. Thankyou so much for making my first visit to Hilton and Kota Kinabalu a memorable one. Will definitely come again.
