Mirza (6/5): Negative impression - The staff were good but the owners are not. They didn't provide a credit card payment terminal at the counter. Online booking asked for cc details and said "pay at counter" but at the checking staff said "must pay cash". It was 11pm! That was embarrassing. The room key card got deactivated at 11am on the check out day although I paid for a late check out. The staff couldn't fix it. No apologies from the owner who was around indicating arrogant attitude! I will not recommend this hotel to anyone no I will stay again. I feel sorry for the staff. They were good people. Owner's behaviour.

Snack service available at an extra charge Bed not springy or supportive enough. No tea option, only nescafe. The card terminal was out of service when I wanted to pay using card.
