• Michael (10/5): Exceptional hotel, well-suited for long-term stays - I stayed here for more than a month and I can say that every aspect of my stay was exceptional.

But this was not it. -The hotel has no elevator -There was a leak coming from the AC- it took some time before it was fixed. -The bed was not comfortable. -There were no washcloths available for guest rooms even though that gave them upon arrival with a welcome drink, Which means they have them but would not give me one when I asked for one to use for my bath.
• Sanjibc (5/5): Very Comfortable stay only the washroom goofed up - I have always liked Nordic Villa. It's a comfortable place to stay. Staff behaviour is impeccable, and I compliment each of the staff members as well as the management who has trained them so well. The room I stayed in this visit (Christiansfeld) had an awful washroom. Management needs to look into that. The water pressure was low. Sometimes only the hot water will come and no cold water. I have been staying in this hotel for the past ten years and have rarely complained about anything. So when I am giving this feedback, I hope management takes it seriously and carries on with the necessary rectification.
• Derek (8/5): Clean, functional, and comfortable Nordic style hotel - The hotel was clean and all amenities were functional including all electric outlets, AC, and the wifi which was excellent for a hotel. The hot water became very hot. The "Nordic" style was nice with good furniture, lighting and ambience in the room including a scented oil diffuser. Sheets and nice blanket were very clean and the bed was comfortable. It's not the best location, a little far from the city center, but easily accessible if traffic is light. The breakfast was good, the egg sauce wasn't oily, but I thought the serving size was small.

• Adesola (4/5): - No onsite pool or gym. The photos used are from their former location. The gym that can be used is located at The Nordic Abuja - about a 15/20 minute walk. The hotel claims they will provide transportation but our entire stay, it was never available. For what it’s worth, I suggest just staying directly at The Nordic Abuja. However, the pool is also not open as it’s currently under construction. Overall, our stay wasn’t so bad, I just wish I would have known all these things going in. Nordic Villas shouldn’t be using these photos as the amenities are not on their property, and the photos they’re using is from their former location. The Nordic Abuja has a very nice and new gym but for their nightly rate, I think at this stage Transcorp Hilton is a better opt as all of their amenities are fully operational and make sense for their costs.

• Björn (8/5): Comfortable and clean place to stay. - The rooms and premises are clean. Excellent environment with little noise or traffic. The rooms are quiet. The Wi-Fi functioned very well most of the time. Close to Abuja centre and easy to reach from the airport. The bathroom is very small. The facilities are few. The breakfast offers little selection. For those that wish to watch television, there are very few channels available.

• Utibe (4/5): Disappointing experience at the Nordic Villa Hotel. - The location The tv in the room assigned to me wasn’t working. As a result, my room was changed. However, I was changed to a smaller room without a fridge. After complaining, the next day a fridge was provided. Overall the experience here fell way short of expectation.

• Sophie.p.henson (9/5): Superb - Great location. The hotel was really clean and the rooms very spacious. You can tell that the maintenance and cleaning staff do a fantastic job. The reception, bar and restaurant staff were awesome too, especially Mr. Frank who was really organised. Less 1 star because it appears the kitchen isn't set up to cater to large groups, so our breakfast took long to come out, the 2 mornings we were there. It would have been nice to have hot water flasks placed on the buffet table vs. the electric table that had to be set on our table.

They were always willing to help with questions and queries. The food on site was delicious with a nice variety of local and international dishes. Can I give a special thank you to the front of house staff at reception, kitchen staff for the lovely meals and the two drivers who drove us around : Adegoke and Solomon. You all made our stay special.

The kitchen staff were amazing, the prepared my breakfast just the way I wanted.
