• Gábor (7/5): Szerény, de tisztességes hely, kicsit már külvárosi jellegű. - A reggeli korrekt. A hangszigetelés az utca fele jó. Metró párszáz méterre. A recepció rugalmas. A szobában van vízforraló és hűtő, ez nagy plusz. Nem rossz hely. A tusoló vezetéke el volt törve, ez probléma volt, nagyon körülményesen lehetett csak zuhanyozni. Belépéskor volt egy kis rossz szag, de az elmúlt. A szoba kicsit szűkös, de nem is számítottam lakosztályra. A szállás az elfogadható és a rosszabb környék határán van, késő este csak óvatosan. Ja és elég hideg volt a szoba, bár én nem vagyok fázós. De volt takaró.

• Regina (7/5): Gute Lage aber sehr laut - Die gute Lage. Parken im Hof war für 15€ pro Tag möglich, da waren wir froh drüber da die Gegend nicht so besonders Guten Eindruck gemacht hat. Sehr laut, auch bei geschlossenem Fenster, zum Glück hab ich für solche Fälle Ohrstöpsel mit. Das Zimmer ist überholungsbedürftig. Frühstück war ganz okay, leider waren immer mindestens 4 Kinder am Buffet (gehörten anscheinend zum Personal) die immer alles anfassten und wieder hinlegten und aufs Buffet niesten, da verging uns alles... wir haben nicht weiter gefrühstückt.

A equipe é muito solícita e ainda por cima tem um gato muito lindo circulando pela recepção. O café da manhã é bom. É um hotel seguro para mulher viajar sozinha

• Paulo (1/5): Uma pensão rasca com nome de hotel de 3 estrelas. - Nada Falta de higiene no pequeno almoço os alimentos manuseados com as mãos sem luvas e se as lavar, galta se educação, o homem fumava para cima de quem estava na sala e de seguida manuseava os alimentos.

Le petit-déjeuner est varié et copieux (viennoiseries, salaison, oeufs durs, fruits secs, céréales, boissons, alternatives au lait...). Proche des métro Botanique (5 minutes à pied) et Rogier (10 minutes à pied). La chambre donne sur la rue. C'est parfois bruyant avec les voitures qui passent mais ça reste un bruit de fond tout à fait supportable.

• Amelle (9/5): Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel bien situé. - Le personnel très sympathique et bienveillant. Petit déjeuner très bon et complet. La place de parking à un prix raisonnable. Très bon emplacement . Il manque un petit frigo ça aurait été un petit plus.

• Katja (6/5): - Freundliche Mitarbeiter, aber leider haben wir das Zimmer mit einem großen Bett nicht beziehen, weil es in der 1. Nacht nicht frei war und dann wollte man nicht mehr. Frühstück war sehe lecker. In der letzten Nacht wurde ich wahrscheinlich von einer Bettwanze zerbissen und jetzt Sorge, dass ich das mit nach Hause genommen habe. Zi.202. Das sollte das Hotel zwingend prüfen! Für den Preis war das Zimmer ok und man hat modernisiert, aber es ist einfach funktional.
• Andre (10/5): Gutes Hotel zum guten Preis ziemlich zentral in Brüssel. - Ein kleines familiengeführtes Hotel ziemlich am Botanique in Brüssel Zentrum, nettes Personal, Zimmer in Ordnung, ruhige Lage Seitenstraße. Schnell zu Fuß an der Metro oder Straßenbahn und nicht weit vom Gare du Nord. Aus meiner Sicht hervorragend für ein Wochenende in Brüssel.

• Marcelo (7/5): Boa opção de estadia próximo ao metrô de Bruxelas - A localização, próximo a uma estação do metrô (Botanique - linhas 2 e 6), sendo possível, ainda, alcançar a Grand Place de Bruxelas através de uma caminhada de cerca de 25 minutos. A reposição de itens do café da manhã foi lenta. Havia uma única pessoa para realizar essa função, a qual necessitava, ainda, cuidar da recepção do hotel.

• Serhii (10/5): Все чудово, кіт перегодований :) - Сніданок досить гарний - на вибір є мясні вироби, є дієтичні - яйця, йогурт, фрукти, снеки, мясо, круасани і на вибір з кавового апарату напої. В номері з додаткових речей - чайник з набором кава/чай, бачив, що сусіди брали праску з відпарювачем. Ліфт. Велика душова кімната. Все чисте й нове. все було добре.

• Mohammed Rabiul (2/5): Disaster and never again - Location Staff are very rude with breakfast with shouting. No professional behaviour with gusts. We requested a blanket, towel, coffee, tissue and toiletries on our return on 2nd night at 10 pm. They said they would provide in minutes but after waiting 1.5 hours, we went downstairs and asked receptionist who doesn’t know anything. Pillow cover was not washed full of hair from previous guests. Room is not soundproof and you will hear everything from next room. Breakfast is poor and only until 9:30. Breakfast person is not maintaining hygiene, he is rude, smoking, cleaning floors, working in reception and changing food from food with his dirty hands, like, salami, sausages, fruits, etc. Also, their pet cats are going everywhere near food while guests are eating. Never experienced such bad things before after using 100+ hotels last 15 years.

• Marta (8/5): Estancia agradable y cumpliendo expectativas que llevábamos - Las camas y almohadas eran muy cómodas para mi gusto, aunque un poco pequeñas las almohadas porque eran tipo cojines. A pesar de eso nos resultaron muy cómodas respecto a otros muchos alojamientos. El desayuno no excesivamente grande pero completo y variado y rico todo. El personal muy amable. Alguna de las partes de instalación un poco más nefasta y la accesibilidad ya que tiene dos escalones para entrar. Tampoco me pareció demasiado agradable que tenían un gato rondando por allí.

Petit déjeuner varié. Hôtel plutôt bien situé avec metro et bus à proximité. Je recommande grandement. Le seul inconvénient est l'isolation sonore des chambres.
• IGA (9/5): - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko metra i centrum. Pokój czysty, codziennie zmieniana pościel czysta i pachnąca. Czajnik i mini lodówka wystarczające do codziennego użytku. Łazienka w sam raz, posprzątana, zapewnione kosmetyki i ręczniki. Śniadania smaczne, pyszna kawa z expresu. I oczywiście gwóźdź programu- piękny i towarzyszki duży kotek:). Ściany w pokoju przy balkonie i sam balkon wymagają remontu.

• Véronique (8/5): - une très belle découverte ! petit hôtel de peu de chambres, dans un quartier populaire. Très bon accueil, souriant et efficace. Très réactifs aux messages envoyés en amont (ceci est important) Chambre petite mais très jolie, idéale pour un court séjour,. Super petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix. Et dans la chambre plateau bouilloire et bouteilles d'eau offertes. il faut vous préciser que l'accès au parking est assez étroit. Avec notre Fiat Panda nous avons dû replier les rétroviseurs par sécurité. Ce détail peut avoir son importance. Mais nous étions enchantés d'avoir un parking à disposition. Chose rare à Bruxelles.

• Theodora (8/5): - The room was exactly as shown at the photos. It was quite small but I was aware of that. The location is good. It is close to the city centre. There is a metro station and bus stops nearby. It is about 15 minutes walk to the north railway station. At the corner there is a mini market open very late at night. The stuff is very friendly and helpful. Bed and matress very comfortable. You can adjust the heat in the room. There is a fridge and electric kettle. Lack of a bedside table. Very small sink in the bathroom. No channels to watch on the TV. They told me that there was a problem with the connection to the provider (or something like that) which was going to be solved the day after, but I was not able to watch anything on the TV during my whole stay which lasted 5 days.
