Guest Reviews
- shirleysU5056ZB (2/5): Avoid if you want any food - This hotel is awful especially towards English people, very rude, the pool is shaded for most of the day, so was ice cold, didn't get in it once, then was told that cat faecal matter been found in it.
Both my grandkids were ill for 3 days, no cocktails, no entertainment don't waste your hard earned money in this terrible hotel please.
- T6374DDlesleyc (2/5): Nightmare - I would never stay at this hotel again. Not very clean the food is terrible nothing for English people I did not find any I could stomach. Lots of cabbage!! for breakfast.
The all inclusive drinks were less than average. When we got there we were told they had overbooked 10 rooms as if it was our fault. Tried to give my daughter and her friend a room with no lock on the door at all anyone could walk in they said it will be ok for a few hours through the night. We could not use the pool as it was always in the shade it was freezing no one went in.
3 times the lift cut out when we were in it the beds are rock hard.
We spent every day at the beach which was beautiful with a fantastic beach bar that had lovely food reasonably priced.
The area is beautiful lots to do would really recommend it but definitely not at this hotel
- 499rebins (10/5): Kleopatra beach hotel - This is a wonderful place. Alanya is one of the most beautiful places in Turkey. The hotel is in a truly convenient location. The food is delicious and plentiful. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. The staff, especially the staff at the staff, were wonderful. I can wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone.
- Curiosity26855420373 (10/5): Good hotel - It is a really unique and nice hotel and the food is new and very good and the staff are very respectful and the internet is not free unfortunately
- douglasbF4856QA (10/5): I can recommend a great hotel - From the first day we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted with warmth and sincerity. I'd like to thank Haşim and his team; they do a fantastic job. I'd especially like to mention the food; it's delicious and plentiful, offering a wide variety of flavors. This hotel is close to the city center, and the beach is right across the street. I'll do my best to come back. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone.
- hjaltej2025 (10/5): FERIA HOTELS - I was very pleased with my 7-night stay at the hotel. First of all, the location was perfect; you walk up to the hotel and in just a few steps you reach Cleopatra Beach. This feature made the sea and beach experience incredible.
The staff was very friendly and helpful; they will help you with anything. The gentleman who organizes the stay is especially wonderful and offers affordable and reliable advice (party, etc.). Cleanliness was also good: our room was cleaned daily, and our towels and sheets were changed regularly.
The food was satisfying in terms of variety; there were options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. While the food was similar on some days, it generally met my expectations in terms of taste.
Being right next to the beach is a great advantage in terms of the view, beach, and sea. The hotel's location also provides easy access to Alanya's popular areas and restaurants
- mihailp868 (2/5): My worst nightmare was here called Holiday - The worst hotel I have ever been to in my life! The food was absolutely disgusting — every day the same awful pasta, a few tasteless salads, and maybe one meat dish if you’re lucky. All ten of us in my family got food poisoning from their so-called “restaurant.” What they serve isn’t food for people — it’s food for animals.
The staff are constantly trying to cheat you out of money. Nothing is cleaned unless you leave at least 200 lira, and even then, the room stays dirty. I paid that amount, and the floor wasn’t even swept or mopped. The hotel has no shame at all.
On top of that, people steal in this hotel! My mother’s earrings were stolen, my aunt’s cigarettes disappeared from the room, and my grandmother’s tea — which she bought herself — was taken. This place has zero security and zero respect for guests.
The pool is dangerous and should honestly be closed. My aunt fell because the steps were loose — the staff just said “sorry” and took her temperature, which made no sense. Two days later, another man fell and broke the steps completely. Their solution? They removed the steps entirely. Now there are no steps at all in the pool! How is that even acceptable?
For three days in a row, there was no tea for breakfast, even though they kept promising there would be “tomorrow.” The level of lying and carelessness in this hotel is unbelievable.
And as if that’s not enough — the cats. There are cats everywhere. They pee on the towels around the pool, they walk all over the restaurant tables, they poop near the pool and the waterslide, and it all gets smeared around. The smell is horrible, and no one from the staff cares or cleans it properly.
This hotel is a total disgrace — dirty, dangerous, dishonest, and disgusting in every possible way. I wouldn’t stay here again even if it was free. I won’t ever step foot in Kleopatra Beach Hotel again, not even within a kilometer of it. This was the most awful and infuriating vacation of my life.
- 912mehmetemrek (10/5): Nice hotel - Our stay at Kleopatra Beach Hotel far exceeded our expectations. First of all, the location was fantastic; just steps from the beach was a great advantage for enjoying the sea and sun in the mornings. The hotel's interior is warm and welcoming, the rooms are furnished with modern touches, and the attention to cleanliness is remarkable. The food was wonderful, delicious, and plentiful. The staff, especially the gentleman in charge of guest relations, was very friendly, honest, and helpful. You can safely participate in parties and other activities at the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel and will return.
- Venture50332251549 (2/5): Avoid Avoid Avoid - This was definitely the holiday from hell! Staff are not friendly towards the English guests. I went with an open mind after reading the reviews. Day 1 and 2 food wise was ok. Day 3 and the vomiting began and did not let up resulting in me spending 2 days in hospital. I was not the only one. Avoid this hotel
- legoalex999 (4/5): 3 star at best, beware of food poisoning! - This hotel is marketed as 4-star but in reality it struggles to meet even a low 3-star standard. We travelled as a group of nine and unfortunately the experience was overwhelmingly disappointing.
Check-in & rooms
Check-in itself was smooth enough, but our room allocation was a mess. We had booked through OnTheBeach, but the hotel did nothing to help when the rooming was clearly wrong: two adults in one room, four teenage girls crammed into another, and a mother with two small children in a third — each only with two double beds across two different floors. When we asked for help, the overnight receptionist became visibly annoyed, told us “maybe tomorrow we change”, and nothing was ever done. We ended up moving a bed ourselves to make it workable.
Room size was fine and the air conditioning worked well, but cleanliness was poor — only three cleans in an eleven-day stay.
Food & drink
Breakfast was by far the worst: minimal choice, bread you had to cut yourself with dozens of hands over it, and nothing like what you’d expect from a 4-star all-inclusive. Lunch was acceptable and dinner passable, but with 8 of our 9 group falling ill during the stay (including children), it was impossible to feel comfortable eating there. Other guests also became sick, with at least five taken to hospital, including one who was receiving cancer treatment. My young niece (7) vomited in the lobby twice after dinner, and one guest even vomited in the pool.
Drinks were very limited: beer, wine, gin, vodka, whiskey, and raki — but no rum, no cocktails, nothing resembling a proper all-inclusive bar. Hygiene in the dining areas appeared OK, but the sickness issues were undeniable.
Facilities & entertainment
The pool itself was fine and we spent plenty of time there, but entertainment was virtually non-existent. The only offering was a group of college students performing the same folklore dance every few evenings, followed by a raffle that turned out to be nothing more than a marketing gimmick for their own shop. No kids’ club, no activities, nothing you’d expect from a 4-star resort.
The hotel also advertises a beach bar and food service included — this is untrue. The bar across the road belongs to someone else and you have to pay extra to use it.
Staff & service
The one shining light was the bar staff. They were fantastic: upbeat, friendly, funny, and they made the best of a bad situation. They were honestly the highlight of the hotel. Outside the hotel, Salim, who owns the sports bar at the entrance, was also brilliant — genuine, welcoming, and serving good quality food and drinks.
Location
The location itself is very good, right on the beach (across a busyish road) and convenient for shops and town.
Overall
We paid premium 4-star prices for a hotel that was barely 3-star in reality. Poor food, widespread sickness, almost no entertainment, and a management team unwilling to resolve issues made this a holiday we’d rather forget. The only positives were the hardworking bar staff and the convenient location.
Verdict: Do not be fooled by the 4-star label — this is not a 4-star experience.
- heatherjU2909WM (2/5): Kleopatra Beach Hotel - Stayed at Kleopatra Sept for 11 days. Unfortunately this hotel is an absolutely disgusting dump. Myself and 8 others stayed here. We all got food poisoning after trying some of the meats etc. The food is catered only for Russia/Turkish and not nice at all. I have never been so ill with sickness/Diarrhoea for about 6/7 days. Rooms ok, no entertainment whatsoever - absolutely rubbish. Drinks on all inclusive consisted of: cheap vodka, gin, red wine, white wine, raki. Advertises cocktails lol no chance you have to go outside to the sports bar attached to the hotel and pay £8 per cocktail. Only good think is the swimming pool and flumes which kids enjoyed and you have to be up early to get a sun bed or your out of luck. All I can say is never again to this hotel and I ve been to Turkey many times before and Never had a hotel so bad. Good luck if you venture to book this dump.
- tuningg (10/5): Nice hotel - The hotel is fantastic! Staff is very kind, foods are delicious and the room quality is perfect! We were on a several program and party sightseeing etc. It was amazing!
- 246m_t_z (10/5): FERIA HOTELS ❤️ - Kleopatra Beach Hotel is perfect for a truly peaceful getaway—the fresh feeling of waking up to the seaside in the morning, bidding farewell to the day with short walks on the beach in the evening… and they'll take you to wonderful parties. The rooms are comfortable, and the sea view is peaceful. The staff's friendly service and hospitality enhance the quality of your holiday, and with the all-inclusive concept, your basic expectations are fully met. Being just steps from the deep blue waters of Cleopatra and experiencing this comfort makes this place unforgettable
- ninapX4673OP (10/5): Ok - The hotel was good, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Willi and Hasim were always smiling and helpful. Located in a beautiful, picturesque spot, it has a sandy beach and is close to shops, bars, and restaurants. There are plenty of sunbeds at the hotel, so you don't have to book them early in the morning. Generally, no one has any problems with anything. A smile on every employee's face.
- 537patrykt (10/5): 💫 - We had a wonderful family holiday at Kleopatra Beach Hotel! The atmosphere was amazing and they made us feel very welcome from the very beginning. The staff is friendly and attentive, especially thanks to Mr. Hasim and Veli, they were always ready to help with a smile. The drinks were excellent, the beach location couldn't be better, and everything was clean and comfortable. It was the perfect place for a relaxing family getaway and we will definitely be back!
- 92gabriellaaaa (10/5): We will definitely come again - We were pleased with everything from our first day at the hotel to our last. Our only complaint was the poor cleaning of the rooms. The food was ideal for a four-star hotel. One of the staff, organizer Haşim, was very hospitable and friendly. He was always honest with us. We extend our gratitude to him. The hotel's location is truly excellent. I wholeheartedly recommend it.
- Q4960Spatriciaa (10/5): 👍 - I definitely recommend it. We will be back. The staff is friendly, the food is delicious, and we were pleased with everything. You can attend wonderful parties and activities here, and Hashim will be there to assist you.
- 165lindaaa (10/5): Kleopatra beach hotel - The hotel is a good choice for a family or a couple. Everyone here was friendly and smiling. Mr. Hashim, in particular, took great care of us and was very honest. The food was okay. We'll definitely come back.
- 626dushannn (10/5): ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ - Staying at Kleopatra Beach Hotel was truly a pleasure. The hotel's location is excellent, and its proximity to the beach and the city center is a major advantage. The rooms were clean, spacious, and tidy. The breakfast and meals were delicious. Overall, we had a peaceful, comfortable, and enjoyable stay at the hotel. I'd especially like to thank the staff member, Mr. Haşim. His friendly demeanor, hospitality, and helpfulness made our stay even more enjoyable. He sincerely answered every question we had, and his attentiveness and sincerity made us feel right at home. I'd also like to thank the hotel for having such a professional and warm staff.
- 730maksb (10/5): Holidays in Kleopatra Beach Hotel - Overall, I had a good stay – it was quite nice, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the location is great, very close to the beach. The food was good, there was always something to choose from. The hotel is rather simple but clean and affordable, so as an economical option it’s really worth it. A perfect choice for those who want to enjoy a holiday in Alanya without overspending. There was nice guy named Hașim, he was really kind and carrying.
- 970dorotad (10/5): Thanks Feria Hotels - The hotel has a perfect location – just a short walk to the beach, which is a huge plus. The staff is excellent, always friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Hasim – the best, super nice and supportive guy who made our stay even better. The food was good and the rooms were clean and well-kept. I definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back!
- 959bartoszj (10/5): Nice hotel - The hotel is really very good, I highly recommend it. The food is very tasty and there is a wide variety to choose from. The hotel staff is very kind and fulfilled their duties. Special recognition goes to Hasim.
- Monikaa47955 (10/5): Thanks FERİA HOTELS - I came with my friends. Everything was great, the food was delicious, and the staff was friendly. There's a wonderful view of Cleopatra, and the beach is right across the street. You can go to parties here every day. Haşim will help you with that. I can recommend it; we'll be back.
- B5040KRleeh (2/5): Terrible Experience. - Where do I start with this place, Didn't get the rooms we paid for, the service was shocking, we lived on salad for all of our of our meals, the hotel only catered for Turkish guests, there was no entertainment, the beer was served in paper cups, the pool was over crowded and there was no health and safety, the only music that was played from 10 am until 23.00 was Turkish dance music or folk music, our room was not cleaned in 10 days, our bedding wasn't changed during our 10 day stay, the staff were very rude.
The food was recycled from the previous day, having chips for breakfast isn't my idea of a traditional breakfast, 3 out of the 4 guests in our party were ill, It was an absolute terrible experience, PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!!!!!
- Coastal14939853657 (2/5): Avoid this hotel - This hotel is not a 4 star more like a 2
It's very basic and dated
The food is terrible we ate out every day
The staff are not friendly towards English and and would say there are ignorant the music at side of pool was loud and awful
We were the only English in the hotel
There were not enough sunbeds as people would put towels on and leave them all day even though there were nowhere to be seen
This holiday has putus off ever revisiting turkey
- 713juliaaa (10/5): wonderful sunset - We were here in August. It's hot and humid, but it's a great city for a vacation. Right across from the hotel, you can see the sea and the beautiful scenery. The staff responds professionally, and you can find Haşim for any questions or activities you may have. He will recommend the best and most affordable options. The food is not bad, with plenty of variety. The best part of the hotel, its location, is that I can wholeheartedly recommend it.
- 460enriqu (10/5): magnificent view - We were warmly welcomed from the first day we arrived. The view from our room was wonderful, and the staff was friendly. They take you to great parties here, so find Haşim to join them. The food was delicious and delicious. The beach is right across the street, and the market is within walking distance, so you can easily find everything. I highly recommend it and will be back.
- AJohannaa2025 (10/5): You should try it for a wonderful holiday - The hotel's biggest advantage is its location; you're just a few steps from Cleopatra Beach. The staff, especially Haşim, was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and tidy. The food was varied and not bad. Its proximity to the city center and the beach made our stay very comfortable. It's definitely a good choice for value.
- katygU7905WL (6/5): Wrong star rating - I would personally recommend this hotel as a 3 star. It is in a great location near sea front but hotel itself is very German, Russian, Turkish orientated audience. There is NO entertainment on an evening or during the day. The hotel itself has a very tired and dated decor ( a FEW repairs needed). Snack bar was a lady making flatbreads filled with lunch left overs. No ice creams available, a water refill station is available but you have to have your own bottle. No kettle in room . Rooms offer a walk in shower with metal sliding doors that are rickety and if you are in the plus size like me and disabled well “good luck getting in and out”. Food is ok the salads are beautiful. Very minimal for all inclusive. Must add very comfy beds
- 55celinaaa (10/5): excellent experience - The location is truly amazing: Cleopatra Beach is very close, the surrounding area is quiet, and the city center is within walking distance. The staff is generally welcoming, especially Hashim, who does a really good job and is very efficient. The rooms are kept clean and provide basic amenities. The food can be repetitive but delicious, and the cleanliness can be inconsistent in some areas, and the internet speed can be slow in the lobby at times. Still, for this price, it's a good choice for those looking for a beach-friendly location and a friendly atmosphere.
- 756angusl (10/5): Great hotel, recommend to all! - Really nice hotel with nice rooms friendly staff and a lovely pool. Haşim is great for sorting out good nights out for a very cheap price and a good time. The food is good and a great range of alcohol. Would recommend
- Camper799986 (2/5): AVOID AT ALL COSTS - What an absolute dump of a hotel! I arrived early hours of the morning & couldn't even get a bottle of water despite travelling for over 12 hours, i was told there's a supermarket up the road I can get water there, even though it was early hours, plus I'd never been to Turkey before & wasn't walking the streets alone. The food is rotten. I paid for all-inclusive & had to eat out everyday. I wouldn't feed my dog their food. Rude staff in reception. The final straw was they wouldn't convert sterling to Turkish lira, even though sterling is the strongest currency in the world, I was told sterling is worthless to them!!! My view was of rubbish , a mattress & carpet dumped. I wouldn't recommend this hotel . Absolute nightmare of a hotel
- P8193QRlovel (10/5): Kleopatra beach hotel - We came to Kleopatra Beach Hotel with our family and stayed for 14 days. Everything is very nice. The hotel is in a very good location. The staff is very kind and polite, especially the reception staff. Thank you very much, Mr. Veli is very interested in us.
- C5706OPtinao (6/5): Great staff - I had a Good experience during my stay at Klepatra Beach hotel and what really stood out was the amazing staff. The bar team was always friendly, smiling, and provided excellent service, which really added to the relaxed atmosphere. A special mention goes to Sukran from the reception — she was incredibly cheerful, funny, kind, and always ready to help with anything. Her positive energy made a big difference and truly made me feel welcome.
- Marby1975 (2/5): Terrible hotel to avoid very disappointed. - We arrived late evening tired so went straight to bed. Looking forward to a buffet breakfast to be given a plate of a sliced tomato couple of bits of ham, cheese, a extremely soft boiled egg( only just cooked). Was disgusting excuse only opened yesterday. Ok so go back for lunch and all I can describe it is as a school dinner. Walk straight out no buffet nothing. Told will be sorted for tmw!!!!!. Your open had your money NOTHING LIKE YOUR PHOTOS. Talking to all locals was told how bad it is there. Also from ex staff. Rooms very clean tho staff are nice and friendly. BUT THIS IS MY HONEYMOON. AVOID AT ALL COATS TLFAR BETTER HOTELS around, as have visited Alanya 4 times in recent 2 years.
- Gonefishing69 (2/5): Awful don't go - Hard beds, terrible food,we paid for food elsewhere. Such a shame as location was lovely. I was sick after eating the food so stopped eating there and then was ok 🤷. Don't go there. The travel companies need to eat there. They wouldn't go back.
- leticiagO7017GK (10/5): amazing hotel - I simply loved everything! Every experience I had was sooo good, the food was really good, even though it's not common in my country I liked it because I had the chance to eat things different from my culture, I really liked the events that had a live show, and belly dancing, I also loved being next to the beach and the receptionists and the people who work there, very cool and very happy to experience everything that lives there, I thank you very much!!! I loved it and would go back again!!!
- Totto75 (4/5): Unfulfilled potential with an amazing location. Complete disappointment - I had good hopes for this hotel with the fantastic location in the middle of Kleopatra Beach. How wrong we were... This is a sad story about a hotel with crazy potential.
1. Room :The beds are too hard. It's almost impossible not to get a back injury sleeping in these beds. Small pillows that reminds me of bricks. Atleast the bathroom was decent and the pressure of the water was good and we got hot water. The cleaning lady did her best and we gave her plenty of tips to award her amazing job.
2. The restaurant. The same food without variation every day. Eggs for breakfast, chicken for lunch and chicken for dinner. Chicken breast was was always dry as desert sand. The salads were unimpressive and lack of creativity.
3. All inclusive was a joke. The alcohol was original, but one type of beer, white wine or red wine and three types of the cheapest gin, whiskey rum and vodka can only please alcoholics, which seemed to be alot of in this hotel.
4. Staff, staff seems tired, overworked and uninspired. They have to create gold without any budget at all. Hamam was a joke, avoid this activity here. Order somewhere else.
5. Free WiFi it said on the Internet. Only in the lobby, another joke on you.
6. Ad on the Internet said fitness room. A room where they threw in 5 machines and a bench, and nothing was working. The room was leaking from the roof.
7. There's no program at all in the evenings. Only poor music from a Cd player from the bar or drunk people singing from their missing memory.
- wendyrO1383JP (2/5): Holiday Nightmare - The hotel itself is ok. Staff are so friendly. However both myself and sister got very sick. Day 2 my sister called the dr, extreme gastro enteritus! We had 1 lunch and 1 dinner then sick!! Lasted 10 days. Breakfast included things like brussel sprouts, carrots, oliy salads, disgusting! We made the mistake of drinking the water for couple of days, because it came frim a big metal machine we assumed it was filtered. I was treated for parrasites.
Contacted Feria Hotel group who accept no resposibility.
All inclusive is nonsense. Drink is whisky, vodka, effies beer and juice. Snacks were biscuuts, cake and dry pasta with red watery sauce. No ice cream ir lollies for the kids. Food is eepetative. Basically whats not used at dinner is prepared another way and put back out for breakdast. If you like to just eat bread and chips every meal, your sorted. £ 2,500 wasted and annual holiday was certainly not be one thats ever forgotten. I make no apologies for this review.
Use the restuart located oitside at the stairs. Excellent service and great food wished we had seen earlier
- Familytraveller85 (8/5): Not as bad as I thought it was going to be! - We were a family party of 8 Brits ranging from 4yrs up, after reading the reviews I was actually dreading coming here, however I was pleasantly surprised, the food is quite repetitive however we all found something to eat each day, staff were lovely, room was cleaned everyday to a good standard and beds comfy, location is amazing the beach is beautiful, and shopping is good, not far from bar street either. This hotel is more geared towards Europeans food wise and the facilities are limited pool wise & pretty much no evening entertainment etc but overall not a bad basic hotel at all.
On another note if you do stay here Salim at the sports bar next to the hotel steps does amazing food and cocktails and speaks good English 😊 Small regular tips go a long way in this hotel with cleaners and staff 🙂
We did the pink panther tour which was so fun and really great value, we booked this directly with the hotel to make sure we weren't being scammed by tour reps.
A week at this hotel is enough however with better entertainment and food it could be a brilliant hotel!
Personalen i receptionen talar dålig engelska.
- Ali (2/5): Smelly room bad food - I booked 2 weeks all inclusive stayed only 4 nights and left because of the smell and dirty sheets and bad quality of food. The staff are not friendly niether helpful.
