• Julie (9/5): Great location near good restaurants and transportation. - I was surprised at how large the apartment actually was! Often pictures are deceiving, but these were spot on. The kitchen, living room, and bedrooms were all a good size, and the separate shower and toilet were a good feature for three people visiting for Eurovision. The balcony was really nice, but we didn't get to use it much due to the weather. Our bedrooms faced the main street, so I would be woken up by the 5:30 tram every morning. Remember to bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper! Otherwise there was not much in terms of noise.

• Karine (10/5): Rustig, mooi, klassevol verblijf - Het was een ruim kraaknet appartement. Alles wat nodig is was voorhanden. Ondanks dat het aan een straat met tram lag was het quasi geluidsdicht. Ruime badkamer, goed voorziene keuken, goede bedden en ik vond de “ loggia “ bijzonder leuk om eens rustig een wijntje te drinken. Ook leuk dat we onze bagage de laatste morgen veilig konden laten staan tot we naar de luchthaven vertrokken. Eigelijk was er weinig wat niet beviel. Het lag wel wat verder van het centrum dan ik had verwacht maar er zijn goede verbindingen.

Existem supermercados e padarias logo ao lado. As janelas não isolam bem o ruído e as da sala são difíceis de abrir. Os quartos não têm superfícies onde pousar coisas.

• Nadine (9/5): empfehlenswert - Die Lage war für uns perfekt, so sind wir auch auf das Apartment gekommen. Eignet sich aufgrund der zentralen Lage und super Verkehrsanbindung jedoch für alle Stadtbesucher. Im Haus unten und nebenan befinden sich Bäckerfilialen in denen man günstig frühstücken kann. Die Dachterasse hat einen traumhaften Blick über die Dächer der Stadt. Dort darf auch geraucht werden, so dass sich ein Raucher nicht vor das Haus stellen muss. Die hauseigenen Parkplätze sind wohl eher nur für kleinere Autos geeignet (lt. Erzählung von anderen Gästen). Wir haben allerdings gleich in der Straße gegenüber einen Parkplatz ergattert, was am Wochende kein Problem war. Wochentags sind diese jedoch zeitlich begrenzt. Es ist alles sehr sauber und das Treppenhaus sehr einladend. Das Appartment selbst ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Preisleistungsverhältnis ist top. Die Auswahl der Einrichtung ist etwas triest.
• Wilfried (8/5): kleine Abzüge - Wir waren schon öfters hier,schöne große, helle u.gut eingerichtete Wohnungen , gut gelegen, ruhig, schöne Dachterasse. Eigentlich wie immer sauber, leider in der Küche einige Bemerkungen: Kochfeld war nicht sauber, eingebrannte Speisereste, auch bei Pfannen so. Ein zusätzlicher Kochtopf u.kleines Geschirr für Milcherwärmung am Morgen wünschenswert.
• samcP8374JP (10/5): Outstanding stay in Vienna - This place was a real find, just outside the main part of the city. Totally excellent stay in a clean, modern, updated, spacious apartment. Check in was smooth with a PIN, seems to be an automated process. Apartment was huge, more than what we needed or expected. Two tv's, laundry facilities, big living room, kitchenette. Owners answered any questions I had before we left and our room was ready early when we came in off the train. Biggest advantage is location. You are outside the city's main ring, but a 3 minute walk to Friedensbrucke U1 line. You simply take it to maybe Karsplatz, walk 2 minutes and you are in the heart of Vienna with all the spectacular buildings. AND, an amazing bakery is directly next door. Great coffee and inexpensive pastries or other things for breakfast. We went there all 3 mornings! The only oddity was that the toilet is across the hall from the shower and sink. But who cares... not us. Totally awesome experience and we would highly recommend this to anyone spending a few nights in Vienna. Tremendous value. Thank you to the owners and staff for a great stay. We really appreciate your work.

• hermsi (9/5): - Tolle große Wohnung mit Aufzug in super Lage. Zu Fuß 30 Minute bis zur inneren Mitte, 20 Min zur Volksoper, 3 Minuten zum Donaukanal, 15 Minuten zur Donau und 1 Minute zum Bäcker. Perfekt. Alles war sauber, es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir werden beim nächsten Besuch in Wien wieder hierher kommen. --------

Le gros problème est l'équipement et la fourniture de l'appartement, trop limités. Het was met 20 graden niet erg warm buiten, maar het appartement was met het raam open al amper af te koelen. Er zijn airco's in de meeste ruimtes, dus dat komt ook wel goed.

Suhtlemine korteriomanikuga oli väga hea, meile saadeti kõik info enne kui jõudsin muretsema hakata. Oli tunne,et nad on koguaeg olemas, millal meil vaja on. Korter asub kõrgemal esimesel korrusel ja kui aknad kinni, siis tänava müra väga sisse ei kosta. Väga meeldis,et all oli kohe kaks pagaritöökoda, kust sai värsket kohvi ja soojasid pirukaid. Toidupood asus 5 minuti jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Laual oli linnakaart ja veel infot, mida Viinis teha. Korter oleks võinud olla antuke hubasem, maale seintel vms.
• Heidi (8/5): - Sehr schönes, modernes, sauberes Appartement. Wir sind zu fünft angereist, dafür wurden zwei Appartements zusammen gelegt und damit war Platz großzügig vorhanden. Die schweren Kippfenster im Wohnraum waren eine kleine Herausforderung, aber einmal gründlich Durchlüften war nötig.

Er was niet altijd voldoende warm water (douche en keuken). De afvoer in de douche werkte niet goed en het water liep de badkamer in. Er mochten wat meer handdoeken zijn.

• Luisa (10/5): Estancia muy cómoda - El apartamento es enorme lo cual hace muy cómoda la estancia. Me gustó también que la ducha estuviera separada del aseo. La cocina tiene todo lo que se puede necesitar y el personal de recepción es muy amable y atento.

There are a few restaurants within walking distance. Subway within a five minute walk to green line. Easy access to bus station and airport. Subway is easy to use. Access to anywhere via public transit. Would definitely recommend this place and would come back anytime. My wife and stayed here in March 2026. Unit was clean. We were able to check in a bit early upon request made previously. Grocery store close by. All and all, everything we needed was available with this unit! Separate washer and dryer would be preferred but the unit they have is very useable

• Federica (10/5): Bellissimo appartamento - Bellissimo monolocale completo di tutto, stoviglie, sapone per piatti, bagnoschiuma, phon per capelli, asciugamani puliti. Letti comodi e puliti, stanza con finestra e bagno con ventola oltre che doccia grande e pulita. Pulizia impeccabile in tutto l’edificio oltre che nella stanza. Bel collegato a 2/3 min dalla fermata della metro e 10 minuti dal centro di Vienna. Consiglio assolutamente Unica pecca la tv è smart ma non c’è applicazione netflix.

It’s close to the U4 metro station and also near a tram stop, which made getting around the city very easy. The instructions for check-in and accessing the property were clear and simple. Despite the windows facing a large street, the apartment was surprisingly peaceful. It was also very warm and comfortable, and the building itself is nice and well maintained. The location is very convenient, with excellent transportation links. The metro station is very close to the building, making it easy to get anywhere in the city. There is truly nothing negative to say about this place. The only very minor point is that the apartment is slightly outside the city center, but thanks to the great public transportation, this was not an issue at all. I would definitely recommend this apartment and would be happy to stay here again.

• Michael (8/5): Wunderbar. Schöne Wohnung tolle Stadt. - Alles Die Ausstattung der Küche ( Teller, Tassen, Besteck usw ) war etwas gering. Mann konnte in der Wohnung den Müll nicht trennen.
• Manuel (8/5): Super modernes und komfortables Apartment, leider in sehr lauter Gegend - Wir wurden von sehr freundlichen und motivierten Mitarbeitern begrüßt und verabschiedet. Das gesamte Haus und das Apartment selbst war sehr modern und zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Alles war noch sehr neuwertig und sehr gut durchdacht. Wir haben den großen Fernseher im Wohnzimmer genossen, und am großen Esstisch einige Spiele gemacht. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Super war auch die (in unserem Fall noch ganz spontan angebotene) Parkmöglichkeit in einer Hydraulik-Garage, die es uns ermöglichte, unser Auto direkt dabei zu haben und jederzeit wegfahren zu können, ohne immer wieder neu zahlen zu müssen. Die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Mit Straßenbahn (5, 12) und U-Bahn (U4) ist man schnell an wichtigen Punkten in Wien. Auch das reichhaltige Angebot an Geschäften (Bäckereien, Supermärkte) und Imbissen (Döner, Sushi, ...) wurde von uns mehrfach genutzt. Die Nähe zum Donaukanal ist perfekt zum Joggen. Das WLAN war hochmodern (bereits mit WPA3 = höchste Sicherheit) und schnell und unkompliziert (wir konnten viele Geräte verbinden). Trotz der negativen Punkte (siehe unten) können wir das Apartment empfehlen, das Positive überwiegt das Negative bei weitem! Ein Wermutstropfen war die Lautstärke von draußen. Es fahren halt Straßenbahnen und Autos direkt vor dem Fenster (wir waren im 1. Stock), und die einzige halbwegs ruhige Zeit war zwischen 2.00 und 5.00 Uhr nachts. Der Lärm ist auch durch die Fenster durch konstantes Brummen zu hören. Mit offenem Fenster geht es gar nicht. Auch die Geruchsbelästigung am Tage bei offenem Fenster war nicht tragbar. Aber so ist es nun einmal mitten in der Stadt. Fluch und Segen der Lage liegen oft beieinander. In der Küche gibt es nur eine Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine, die mit Hotelkapseln funktioniert, die nicht öffentlich im Handel erhältlich sind und direkt beim Vermieter gekauft werden müssen (teuer!). Das ist nicht ok, denn in einer Ferienwohnung sollte man sich selbst versorgen können, und eine Kaffeemaschine (entweder Filter, Standard-Pads oder Standard-Nespresso) gehört meiner Meinung nach als Minimum-Standard dazu. Ein letzter Punkt: Es gibt zwar 3(!) hochmoderne TVs in allen Zimmern, aber leider sind diese so fest an der Wand installiert, dass wir kein iPad über HDMI anschließen konnten, um zu streamen oder zu spielen. Das könnte man leicht verbessern, indem man ein HDMI-Kabel anschließt, das der Gast nur verbinden muss.

We can imagine how nice a stay can be during Spring and Summer when the small balcony is in use. We can imagine morning and evening coffees there. Great location. Host is nice and supportive, big recommendations. Maybe to include a bit more coffee for stays longer than 1 night for 4+ people. This is not something I did not like, but it would be nice.

• YING-CHI (10/5): - 房間非常非常的大！超乎我們的預期，加上費用CP值超級高！另外，客服人員對於任何回覆都算很快且清楚，加分～房間裡提供的所有設備也都很新很乾淨，超讚！ 唯一很小很小的缺點，就是他們超大客廳的電視沒有辦法連網路或是投射電子設備（Netflix），對於習慣邊吃飯邊配影像的人來說有點可惜，但是房間的電視是可以的，所以想看平台的人還是可以到房間觀看～

Апартаментът е изклюително просторен и удобен. Паркингът не успяхме да ползваме, но ни препоръчаха близък на 5 мин. пеша. Всичко беше прекрасно.Препоръчвам!
