• Jorge (10/5): Excellent stay, beautiful view, prime location and very convinient kitchen! - Te roofview was lovely! Located almodt in front of an iconic mexico place! We also were very satisfied with our kitchen, had everything for us to make breakfast, or dinner. It was also convinient to have a washer and dryer (same machine) without any extra charge and the gym. This was not the hotel fault at all. We use metrobus all the time, but we find it the transport a bit disrupted because of marchas. But we understand that is the nature of the location. Other than that, the hotel does everything right!

La terraza es muy bonita! Las habitaciones grandes y cómodas. La falta de clima en todas las habitaciones, si no hay disponibilidad toca quedarse en una donde no hay clima.

Quarto amplo, chuveiros ótimos, vários restaurantes e conveniências por perto. Para saída de tour pagos (contratados a parte), o local é muito central. Carpete nos quartos. Sou alergicomas isso nao foi um grande problema.

Muchos restaurantes alrededor y una ubicación céntrica para el turismo. Excelente vista al Angel. Es demasiado caliente, la ventilación en los pasillos es nula. Las habitaciones tampoco cuentan con AC. Durante la noche es muy dificil dormir. Te brindan un ventilador pero no es suficiente y además hace mucho ruido

La vista es inmejorable! Siempre hay personas en recepción y muy amables! Fuimos con mi hijo y mi esposo y tranquilamente podíamos prepararnos cosas para desayunar porque la cocina tiene lo necesario! Cuando llegamos la limpieza no me pareció al 100%, estaba en baño un poco sucio y los platos tuve que volverlos a lavar bien! Pero desde el segundo día nos hicieron limpieza todo los días durante las 5 noches que estuvimos! Una noche llovió muy fuerte y el balcón se llenó de agua! La habitación que elegimos tenía vista a la Av. Reforma y se escuchaba el ruido de la calle, pero cierras la puerta del balcón y se soluciona!

The views from the balcony and the roof top terrace are really cool The room and the furniture were not the newest. The biggest problem however are the windows. • Wing Ting (7/5): The front desk service is unreliable. - The location is good, public transportation is convenient, some attractions are within walking distance, and there are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The rooms have balconies where you can enjoy the street view. It's close to the tourist bus stop. The hotel signage was unclear. So I had to go upstairs to the front desk. The hotel has no parking lot. I didn't ask the front desk to book a local tour for me, and the staff didn't carefully check my information before calling me downstairs to join a tour organized by a completely different guide than the one I booked online.
