- Polina (10/5): Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt – wir haben jede Minute genossen und kommen sehr gerne wieder - Eine wunderschöne und sehr stilvolle Anlage in traumhafter Landschaft. Die Zimmer sind groß, modern und sehr sauber. Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit – man bekommt tolle Restaurantempfehlungen und wird sogar persönlich begleitet. Der Spa- und Fitnessbereich mit Padel- und Tennisplätzen sowie vielen Sportmöglichkeiten ist hervorragend. Das Frühstück war unglaublich lecker und die Massagen wunderbar. Wir haben hier den Geburtstag meines Mannes gefeiert und hatten eine unvergesslich schöne Zeit. Auch für Familien mit Kindern ist dieses Hotel perfekt geeignet.

- CKHospitality (9/5): Secluded space in a marvellous setting overlooking the valley - As we have become a regular guest, we enjoy what the hotel offers and love the breakfast, the room with a view and the Salon Sofia, which offers excellent food with local products. The Cap Vermeil Country club rounds up the experience as we can continue with our daily routine here on site too. Lovely setting and great staff altogether. There is nothing what we did not appreciate, hence no further comments needed.

Die Abflüsse im Bad funktionierten nicht, das Spa im Hotel ist ein Witz mit nur einer Sauna. Zum Frühstück gab es keinen Fisch, was wir ungewöhnlich fanden für ein Spitzenhotel fast am Meer.

- Berendt Hallberg (10/5): - Alting spillede fra start til slut. Jeg var lidt skeptisk, da jeg havde læst flere dårlige anmeldelser af hotellet. De blev alle gjort til skamme. Fra vi tjekkede ind på hotellet til vi tjekkede ud igen fungerede alt upåklageligt. Vi blev modtaget af deres servicemindede receptionspersonale. De vidste hvem vi var ved ankomst. Deres valet parking service tog sig af bilen og fik den parkeret i garage og tog vores bagage ud. Vi blev transporteret til vores junior suite i golfvogn. Juniorsuiten havde den skønneste udsigt mod resortet og havet. Suiten var lys og rummelig, der var sørget for alle fornødenheder. Morgenmadsudvalget var stort og varieret og lækkert præsenteret. Vi prøvede tre af restauranterne under vores ophold på 6 nætter. Der var fantastisk service alle steder. Selvfølgelig var deres 2 stjernede Michelin Restaurant VORO i en liga for sig. Det var en helt fantastisk oplevelse for alle sanser. Der var en behagelig og afslappet stemning. Præsentationen af maden var som en smuk ballet forestilling koordineret ned til mindste detalje. Alt personalet var venligt, imødekommende og meget serviceminded. De skal alle have meget stor ros. Hovedpuderne var en anelse for hårde/høje. Ja, det var virkelig det eneste vi efter 6 nætter kunne komme på af kritik.

We were a bit of a tricky group as it was my father (70yo), two year old, and myself being pregnant - but they helped us in so many ways and accommodated all of our needs. Great food and the atmosphere was fantastic.

- Florian (9/5): Wunderbare und hochwertige Anlage mit sehr gutem Service und Essen - Wir hatten eine Junior Suite mit kleinem Garten, wunderbare Größe, toller Blick, sehr hochwertige Materialien, ruhige Lage. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr groß und weitläufig, wir haben uns oft wie die einzigen Gäste gefühlt, was sehr angenehm war. Immer ausreichend viel Personal und auf alle Bitten an den Guest Service wurde prompt reagiert. Die Restaurants sind auch sehr angenehm, immer ausreichend Platz frei und freundlicher Service. Das Bett hätte etwas größer sein können, auch war die Matratze dem 5 Sterne Niveau nicht ganz angemessen. Weiterhin wäre eine weitere Restaurant Option schön, da das Michelin-Sterne Restaurant für Familien mit Kleinkindern praktisch nicht nutzbar sind (über 10 Gänge mit über 200 EUR pro Person). Schön wäre z.B. etwas asiatisches oder ein Pizza Restaurant o.ä.

- India (7/5): Stay somewhere else until service is GREATLY improved - The facilities in the hotel were fabulous. Bedroom was very big, very well equipped. It had everything it needed to be fantastic….. The service was APPALLING. Staff were rude. We stayed for 3 nights and they only serviced our room once during this time - in a 5 star hotel!!! When I went to reception to ask if they could please service our room, the woman said they had tried that day and so wouldn’t try again!!!!! We also had a problem with the bar by the pool - bought drinks with a card and they never arrived. I went to ask where the drinks were, they made me PAY AGAIN because they couldn’t find the receipt! The receptionist I spoke to on all occasions was rude, not helpful and couldn’t care less!

Its inconvenient to get from your room to anywhere because of how expansive the hotel is. This was by far the newest and most luxurious hotel we stayed at over our 2 week visit to Spain. The rooms are awesome but the location of the hotel is very far from anything. The service is good but they don't really go the extra mile for 5 star experience.

Hier stimmt aus unserer Sicht alles, vom Spitzenrestaurant Voro, bis über das Restaurant Tapas zum ausgezeichneten Frühstücksbuffet (mit einer Vielzahl an mallorquinischen Spezialitäten). Kostenloses Valet-Parking von sehr hilfsbereitem Personal. Wunderschöne Gesamtanlage. Wir hatten eine Junior Suite, welche die perfekte Grösse hatte und hochwertig eingerichtet war. Mein persönliches Highlight war der TV (mit Musiksender) im Badezimmerspiegel, haha! In jedem Fall eine tolle Adresse. --

From the moment we arrived, the check-in was smooth, welcoming, and personal. The staff are attentive, genuinely kind, and always go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and immaculately clean, with incredible attention to detail and breathtaking views. The breakfast and restaurants on-site are outstanding — fresh, varied, and of true 5-star quality. The facilities (pool, spa, common areas) are world-class and maintained perfectly. Nothing worth mentioning. Every detail was taken care of, and the level of service exceeded expectations.

Vários restaurantes no hotel de elevada qualidade (adorámos o Roka). Quartos espaçosos e bem decorados, com varanda onde é possivel ver o por do sol. Qualidade de sono fantastica. Estacionamento fácil no local sem custo adicional. Staff muito atencioso e prestável. Para um hotel deste nível, a limpeza deveria ser executada de forma mais rigorosa. Quando a sala está cheia o serviço à carta do pequeno almoço (alguns pratos e bebidas) é algo lento. Reportei estas situações ao atendimento ao cliente e foram prontamente rectificadas.

We tried restaurant Roka which we really liked and two michelin starred Voro which was really fantastic. The room was really spacious, bright and clean. The only thing we didn’t really like was the pool area which didn’t at all meet the standards of a 5 star hotel. There was a kids pool which we didn’t go to but the adults pool is really tiny and not well kept and the sun loungers are basic and not comfortable at all.

En general está todo muy bien organizado y limpio. Como punto negativo solamente la invasión de hormigas en la habitación y que las piscinas son un poco pequeñas en comparación con el tamaño del resort.

- Susan (6/5): - The negative views of this property all say the same thing: the customer service is not good and the cleanliness/maintenance of the property can be improved. 1 there was litter on the pathway outside our property all the time we were there; 2 the breakfast room staff acted as though they didn't want to be there. It frequently took 10 to 15 mins to get water and an additional 10 mins to get coffee/tea; 3 A la carte breakfast orders were uneven. We were initially told we could order something for our son that we could take up to him. The next day we couldn't; 4 one day, we were sitting outside on the patio. It began to rain lightly but that was not a problem as our table had a large umbrella/sombrero (as did others). I went inside to get some buffet items. When I came out, my husband was sitting in the rain. It emerged that a Spanish family asked for an additional umbrella and the server, without saying a word, took our umbrella to give to them. My husband was the only Black man sitting at breakfast that day. I don't want to jump to conclusions but it is difficult not to in the circumstances. When I objected to the way we had been treated, all of a sudden, we were allowed to order another take-away item for our son. 5 The gym at the hotel was not maintained. On successive days, there were no towels and on at least one day, there was no water. When I went to the reception to ask for them to replenish them, they seemed surprised to be asked.

Exquisite hotel and wonderful staff from the time we arrived till our departure. The Roka restaurant was also such a fantastic treat. Food, picturesque views and excellent service was phenomenal. The air-conditioner unfortunately was not working properly. Had to ask for a manual fan to assist with the heat.

Staff is amazing, always smiling and ready to fulfill any request. They actually do all the necessary things without you even asking. True 5* treatment all the way. We booked a suite which was huge and had amazing views to the resort and the valley. Bathroom is amazing, large walk-in closet, superb beds and mattresses. Pool area, Spa, Gym all exceptional (MUST try the Spa treatments and overall experience). The restaurants... simply amazing. Tried the Tapas restaurant and Roka asian restaurant, both fantastic. Unfortunately we couldn't enjoy the 2-Michelin star VORO restaurant because it is adults only and we were travelling with our 9yo son. Absolutely nothing. This is a true gem resort, go for it if your budget can handle it.

Restorani, hrana, sadržaji, ljubaznost osoblja i udobnost na visokom nivou. Osoblje je vrlo usredsredljivo i uvek spremno da pruži svaku pomoć. Hotel za svaku preporuku. A hotel with such a reputation should have the option of choosing several pillow options, for the specific needs of the guests, and that TV devices have the ability to read hard disks and media players. Hotel sa takvim reputacijom bih trebao da ima mogućnost odabira više mogućnosti jastuka, za odredjene potrebe gostiju,i da tv uredjaji imaju mogućnost očitavanja hard diskova i media plejera.

From the time you arrive at the property you will receive “white glove” level of service. Pictures can’t do the views from this property justice, they are absolutely stunning. The restaurants on the property are phenomenal, be sure to make a reservation at ROKA when you check in (highly recommend the crème Brûlée). Additionally be sure to take advantage of the country clubs fitness classes that are free to you as a hotel guest (e.g., Pilates, Yoga, etc.) N/A

Es ist eine traumhafte Anlage mit wunderschönen Bäumen, Blumen, blühendem Oleander und schön angelegten Wasserläufen. Alles sehr pittoresk. Ein schöner Strand mit feinem Sand liegt an einer kleinen Bucht und ist nur ca. 2 km vom Hotel entfernt. Regelmässiger Shuttleservice vom Hotel. Leider nur 2 Beachclubs mit Sonnenliegen und Sonnenschirmen. In der Hochsaison unbedingt vorab reservieren, da sonst alle Liegen ausgebucht. Sportangebot im Country Club ist super. Yoga, Pilates, Tennis, Padel etc. Das Essen ist erstklassig. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Vor allem das japanische Pop Up „Roka“ mit dem Roka Grill ist ein wahres kulinarisches Erlebnis auf höchstem Niveau. Wir haben beinahe alles probiert. Vom Feinsten. Die Poolanlage ist schön, der Pool ist aber relativ klein. Zum Schwimmen nicht geeignet. Im Country Club hat es einen 25m Indoor Pool, dieser ist aber für alle Member des Country Clubs und nicht ausschliesslich für Hotelgäste. Das Gourmet Restaurant Voro ist nur für Erwachsene erlaubt. Jugendliche werden nicht akzeptiert, erst ab 18 Jahren!

- Tashi (4/5): - Disappointed – Poor Service Overshadowed a Beautiful Property While Cap Vermell Grand Hotel is undeniably beautiful, the overall experience was far from what you'd expect at this price point. The location is remote, with limited dining options, and the service consistently missed the mark. We rented a car and used the hotel’s valet service. During our stay, the car sustained damage—three small dings, likely from another car door while parked. The valet staff acknowledged the damage happened after our arrival, yet the hotel refused to accept responsibility. We reported the issue to management immediately, but received no response for two full days, despite repeated follow-ups. As we were checking out, we asked again for a resolution. There was no manager on-site, and Sergio—who had initially been handling the issue—was conveniently on leave with no one informed or available to step in. Francesco, another manager, was equally unhelpful and dismissive. What should have been a minor, easily resolved issue was dragged out and still outstanding. We are escalating this matter. For a hotel that markets itself as a luxury destination, the lack of accountability, professionalism, and basic customer care was extremely disappointing. We expected more—and unfortunately, we wouldn’t return or recommend Cap Vermell based on this experience.
